The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

The guy with the beard served us. He was abrupt sweating looked like he was off his nut. and just fug-ging rude , however the young girl was the total opposite .... Lovely polite and very good at her job. Unlike the owner I think he was. ....

I called yesterday afternoon to sit in with my husband who has been working away. It was 3:55 pm and as we approached the door aww we of staff was guarding the door saying they were closing now. I asked why seeing as the door sign said they close at 6pm- she smiled and shrugged her shoulders at me! We called in today to use the drive through and it was all chained off, I didn’t have time to sit in today. This is not the first time it has closed early or the drive through is coned off.

The cafe is really nice with lots of tables. The entrance is confusing as you have to enter through Blackwells! It’s well located near the University and I will definitely return here in the future!

They lost 3 customers due to their payment by card only. Nothing against card payments but against card ONLY payments.

Wetherspoons have a 10 minute rule that once food is ordered delivered to your table withing 10 minutes.. Well on 31-01-25 i ordered at 13.10 at 13.40 queried where was my meal 5 minutes later it arrived the fried eggs were so well done and cold the chips cold bacon underdone baked beans warm the only good thing on the plate was the sausages Have been coming once a week for a meal for years but regretfully will not be coming back. Should have returned the meal but after waiting such a length of time ate it !!!

Venimos aquí casi todas las semanas, ya que es local para nosotros. Siempre ha sido un bar muy bueno en una ocasión, pero el servicio al cliente fue excepcional y el problema se resolvió profesional y rápidamente. La comida es agradable y se le aconseja si hay un tiempo de espera , últimamente parecen tener más personal que era muy necesario, especialmente en las tardes concurridas. El establecimiento está limpio y bien cuidado.

I adored the location and its beautiful surroundings! The hospitality and service were outstanding. Our room was spacious enough for my family of three, and the breakfast was just perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

Don't bother going here not worth your money there's much better ones then this one in Crewe Very rude staff Ordered food and had blood on piece of the chicken Had blood on ham sandwich We ordered 3 sandwiches only mine was ok staff were constantly on there phone aswell when should of bin working no supervisor or manger was on shift Slamming stuff around even while wereing gloves put his hand by his mouth when should of changed gloves very poor hygiene standards and toilet was disgusting aswell hope something gets done and I won't be ordering from there agin just thought to let people go not worth it

Would give the food 4 stars but the service 5 stars. When we finally got through checkin and security we headed to the Grain Loft for some breakfast. We were greeted by a member of the staff called Kostas who looked after us throughout our time in there, cannot thank him enough. I would recommend asking for him next time anyone is eating there.

I’ve been to the plough many times over the years and I have to say last night was the worst experience ever. They were not serving food only for bookings which fair enough if was busy but whilst we were there no bookings came in. We ordered some drinks whilst we looked where else to go for dinner. My moretti was warm and I over heard people around us and some staff talking about it. I went to the bar and asked the gentleman behind the bar I’m presuming the new owner if I could change my drink as it was warm and undrinkable. I was met with a very rude response and told I would have to pay for a different drink. Sadly to say we left and sadly to say we will not be back. Shame as was a lovely pub but all the staff and the new owner looked sad and miserable. He has not got the character to be in hospitality and needs to check his attitude when speaking to customers

Nice environment and very friendly staff. The food is good quality pub rather than classy restaurant. Decent prices for food wine and beer.

Extortionately expensive. £32 for two gin and lemonades are YOU JOOOKING. Got me drunk before my flight though, was great x
