I only moved to the area a month ago and this has become my favourite local. My dog and I visit at least 3 or 4 times a week. The coffee is delicious (and I'm fussy coz I like it strong but not bitter!) and the staff know exactly what they're doing. Some chain coffeeshops you'll ask for a flat white and get essentially a shorter latte, but this crew know their stuff! And the matcha is AMAAAAZING! I'm a Nutritional Therapist so I advocate the stuff but have never found one I particularly enjoyed... until now! I also really appreciate the little touches, like 'Joey's fact of the day' which he adds to a little chalkboard by the till. Stuff like this sets it apart from the soulless chain coffeeshops you find everywhere! I've started visiting different places in the city in order to get to know my new area, but I've not found anywhere with staff as friendly and welcoming as this, so it will continue to be my favourite place to frequent :-)
