The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

I contacted the cabin early April to arrange a little get together for my sisters 50th birthday x they reserved half the venue for us. I was allowed to bring my own food and set up a small Buffett table communication was great from start to finish and nothing was too much I honestly can’t thank the staff enough. They also booked a singer from 6pm which was brilliant x

The food here is absolutely excellent. I visited here for the first time one evening for a meal with a friend and was so impressed that we went back the next day for lunch. The service is also friendly and attentive. A great atmosphere and reasonably priced for such good quality food

Went on my birthday for bottomless brunch. Exceptional service from the host and our server Nathan. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely come again

Alana was very prompt with table service, polite and very helpful.

Opted here for coffee, although the coffee was nice, the wait was a little too long. However, the waiter was very friendly, apologetic and polite.

We always stay here when we meet friends from Carlisle. The service and the ambiance is excellent. This is a wonderful 4-star inn, but with 5-star service. The fish and chips we have for dinner was memorable and the breakfast was absolutely superb. We would certain would recommend this place for people travelling from the South to the North for a one night stop-off.

Great pub, Great staff, Great location just don't tell anyone.

We went for a Sunday roast dinner paid £23.00 and paid extra £6.00 for cauliflower cheese. We was very Disappointed. The veg was rock hard, and having paid extra for cauliflower cheese, the veg on the roast was cauliflower and broccoli, I wouldn't of paid extra for cauliflower cheese if I'd known that was the only veg. Which was not edible anyway as was undercooked. For the price it wasn't very good at all. We won't be returning.

Great feel to the place. Big student place, cheap on a Thursday night. Maybe if I’m being picky it could do with a lick of paint here and there. Drinks dear when not Thursday night and plenty of room in this big pub. Shame so many red football flags and posters. Didn’t see any blue ones

We visited yesterday evening after a day hiking up Helvellyn and we was in need of a pub food fix and after all the amazing reviews we thought we would give this place a try.The quality of the food was amazing we had the pigs in blankets and calamari to start and gammon steak for mains and it was cooked to perfection.The staff and Owner were lovely and we even ended up staying for alot more drinks than we should have due to how friendly the staff were and how amazing the atmosphere in the pub. (Sore heads this morning!!)Highly recommend visiting this place we would rate higher than 5* if we could!

Visited with a large party on teo occasions to then be told that they have no chicken. We weren't told thus when booking and it's happened twice. Just buy more chicken!!!
