Booked a table for 5pm for 8 including 2 young children. Food fabulous, best cheese and spinach parcels anywhere. Service brilliant and kids ate olives rice loving their kids deserts. Will deffo be making here a monthly family outing.

Lovely decor but I think style over substance is the order of the day here. Nachos were lovely but my halloumi fajitas main was swimming in oil and had massive chunks of soggy onion. The portion was certainly generous - so much so that the little I ate of it kept on giving me indigestion throughout the night. Staff were pleasant and attentive throughout.

Visited recently and was extremely disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff. From the moment we walked in, they seemed disinterested and were unhelpful when we asked simple questions. The server even rolled their eyes when we requested a small change to our order. It's a shame because the place itself seemed nice, but the attitude of the staff made the whole experience quite unpleasant. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Been to la turka for dinner and must say it was absolutely delicious we all thoroughly enjoyed it and will be returning without a shadow of a doubt, the chorizo Ash was incredible and my partner had steak & eggs & said same 100% recommend!

First time in Monton and after a few drinks with friends went to this restaurant for some traditional Turkish food. A good atmosphere, service was efficient and the food was very good. Had a great evening.

This was our first visit to Blossom last Saturday and unfortunately I've had to score the atmosphere down due to a large party that were extremely loud and rude to staff (especially young lady serving) if you want fast food then perhaps wetherspoons or McDonald's would be more your thing. The food, freshly cooked to order was amazing we had the sharer mixed grill (after starters) and it was all gorgeous although we really didn't need to order starters but wanted to try everything our eyes bigger than our stomachs! Staff were polite and attentive despite also managing the large, loud and rude party. We would definitely recommend just hope there's no large groups in!

Everytine i ordered stuff there was something missing, and when i rang them i always been told “oh next time ring us directly and we will give us something complimentary” they never offer you anything as good will or if you ordered consistently like over 100£ you get nothing as extra as complimentary and the portions are rather small some of them. I ordered because they have good food but there always seems to be something wrong with the order or something missing.

Really disappointed with this restaurant and staff. We were a hen party of 17 and had pre booked and pre ordered food 2 months prior to attending. We arrived at 6.30pm and were politely greeted and seated at our table (no complaints at this point it was really pleasant). 7.30pm came and there was still no sign of food. When questioned, staff said they were sorry but the restaurant was really busy. We understood, however, could not understand how we hadn’t even been served starters considering we had all pre ordered off a set menu. Complimentary Prosecco was given out which again was a lovely gesture, however at 7.45pm starters only just started arriving. They came out so few and far between that I had finished before some had even got theirs. One of our party then asked for some parmesan cheese to which a staff member replied you didn’t f**k**g order any. Everyone was really shocked by this response from a member of staff. The bride got upset as she wanted her hen party to perfect as any bride would want. We made the decision to get up and leave at this point as we were not going to be spoken to like that. Such a shame because as I say I was one of the lucky ones to get a starter and my food was delicious when it arrived. It may have been down to the sheer volume of custom in the restaurant or maybe staff shortage. Who knows, however as a hen party of 17 who had all paid deposits and pre booked 2 months prior, Id of expected to be a little more prioritised. My advice would be to attend this restaurant in small numbers or not at all if you don’t want members of staff swearing at you.

I first visited at the end of last year when it was La Turka and was highly impressed with both the service, food and the entertainment. The food and atmosphere were exceptional and I vowed to return. I went again last night with friends now it has become Blossom Bistro by La Turka and have to say it was very disappointing. The restaurant has lost its authenticity and charm and the menu is now a mish mash of Mediterranean, Turkish and Italian food. The decor is borderline tacky but perfect if you’re one of those Instagram ‘influencers’. The food wasn’t particularly memorable and the service was poor. We were there over two hours and didn’t even have a starter. The live singer was singing depressing songs which made me want to go to sleep or do worse. I don’t know why they have transformed it- why mess with something that wasn’t broken? Such a shame. Will not be returning.

It was our first time visiting Blossom and we where blown away. The service was incredible, every detail was seen to from wine recommendations to refilling our empty glasses as the waitresses passed us. Thanks so much for a wonderful date night. We will be back soon!

Saturday morning brunch and was such a lovely place and decor beautiful..... Breakfast was only just warm but tasted amazing. Good price at £11 but would have been better to have a hot drink included.... £3.50 for a coffee was a little pricey I thought. I'd certainly go again and just ask for food to be hot when I order.

Stunning location on the High St in Monton The coffee is excellent, made with coffee beans from the local roastary … 👍☕️☕️ The background music was, in my opinion, the wrong genre for the time of day (11.00) … having coffee and or brunch should be a relaxing experience not a rave 😉 I’ve been back a second time and was able to sit outside … not sure I’d go back inside unless the music calms down. The gentleman barrister was very helpful and accommodating 👍 Definitely give this place a try 👍👍👍 #cotsaward @cotsaward

Had a family meal tonight for my granddaughter Baileys 17th birthday. 3 adults 2 teenagers a child and a baby . Staff were so welcoming and led us to a table where we could be seated with the babies pram . Lovely attentive staff. Food was amazing thank you chefs and the place itself is so beautiful. Felt like I was on holiday.Night was made even more special when they brought her a birthday brownie out with a candle and a sparkler and sang happy birthday much to her embarrassment haha . Was a fabulous few hours would definitely recommend as they are so nice in there . So thank you la turka for a wonderful night keep up the good work xxx peace and love to you all xxx

haven't been here since the restaurant turned to Blossom, it's definitely been a great change as the food was amazing. The halloumi fajitas were incredible, starters were so fresh and delicious, amazing cocktails and the staff were wonderful. We sat outside as we had the dog, so it was perfect. Really chill vibes, lovely place

The mixed grill has always been my go-to, but today left much to be desired, like more than just 2 chunks of chicken. Last time, I was given 2 fillets of chicken, but oh well, and the cookie dough sadly came out with a chunk of burnt crust. We were made aware it'd take 8 minutes to make, but come on lads get it right for crying out loud. Kudos for the single origin hot chocolates by the way and lastly, please watch the volume on your happy birthday music because where we were sat was like nightclub levels until the song ended.

Been today (Sun 12th May) - first time since the revamp. Looks really lovely. Main meal was really good and a decent portion size; the sticky toffee pudding was really disappointing - dry and glaggy in the mouth. Had far superior from the supermarket. The service was the most disappointing - ordered drinks before even looking at the food menu (soft drink) and it still hadn’t arrived by the time the food was served. Had to ask. Quick to dive and remove an empty plate even though my friend was still eating and a few minutes later they removed her plate even though she was still eating her chips (they were in their own receptacle but I found it rude nevertheless). Then sat waiting for ages to order more drinks and dessert. Had to call someone over eventually and the same happened again; one drink brought over and after waiting for ages had to ask for the other. First dessert that came out for my friend was wrong and had to be sent back. Just found the staff disinterested and really lacking in customer service so suffice to say the service charge was removed. I very very rarely do that but come on La Turka, your environment may have blossomed but your staff certainly have not.

Took the Grandkids for lunch today. Huge choice on the kids menu, pizzas were massive! Prices were really reasonable considering the portion sizes. Staff were lovely! Would definitely recommend!

From the greeting at the door to our exit, I couldn't fault anything. The serving staff were attentive and courteous, the food excellent. My friend has various culinary needs, which are always met. That's why we always return. Nothing is too much trouble.

1st timer and wouldnt hesitate to recommend, lovely decor, good staff and the food is fantastic and fairly priced, so much nicer than similarly priced pubs rests etc very freshly made too

Omg! We had the most amazing evening at blossom last weekend! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating and friendly The food was stunning! The live music also added some a special atmosphere to our evening. Can’t wait to go back!

The Brunch is always a winner here. Eggs any which way, and always served with a smile. A lovely relaxed space to sit and pull the laptop out. The new speciality coffee is delicious, too! 😍

As a regular for over 5 years , absolutely loving the new decor . Great to see some new additions on the menu to . Stil the same great food staff always . Came for my birthday LOVED it as always !! Nothing is ever to much trouble , are go to restaurant. Rebecca and her team are fantastic with the kids to and to our family and extended family as we have lots of family gatherings here . Been coming here on and off for years and always had good experience. Price increase noted and the 10% service charge already added to the bill - not keen on this, I do tip but think it should be choice rather than pushed on you..... Service was poor, food arrived before the drinks - had to remind them of the drinks, asked for mayonnaise and didn't get any. Staff looked fed up and barely smiled. Shame as the food was good if a little over priced.

Went in on Sunday and the service was so poor, left waiting 30 minutes for 2 hot drinks, brought the wrong food to the table multiple times and they still put the service charge on the bill. The food itself was quite nice but theyve got the waiting service all wrong.

Quite a few of us paid from £40 to £60 per person. On entering seated straight away but had to ask after 10 mins of waiting, for a drink. Looks really nice inside. Music was too loud at one point, the waiter turned it down. We didn't think much of the singer, some depressing songs. The belly dancer was fabulous. Nachos: only had a top layer of cheese & the salsa was far too spicy. Lamb fajitas: lots of lamb but it was very tough & chewy. Capreze salad: was definitely not worth £5.95 Sea bass was very nice & well cooked. Waiters were very friendly & polite. However, service was very slow & we constantly had to keep asking. Service charge was put on the bill which we asked for them to take off.

Our table was booked for 2 of us but. We asked to get moved has it was. Very tiny space A lady called Natalie looked after us all thru our evening, there was a mix up with our main food order, but Natalie came over over & explained what had happened & offered a free bottle of wine, which I snapped the hand of for 🤣🤣, The only thing I feel bad bowt is we cdnt give Natalie a tip has we didn’t have cash on us Thankyou for good customer service Xx

We have been to La Turka many times and the food is always good though the popcorn chicked tasted rubbery and micowaved all other courses very nice esp the Mezze and Garlic Chili Prawns. Before we ate after ordering drinks the waitress who was very friendly asked what we though of the decor that has been recently changed,my first thought was "It's like Barbie exploded in here". It's not that the decor is ugly or cheap,we felt the theme of the restaurant is a bit lost,for a place selling mostly turkish style food how does the menu link up with the decor and become La Turka's brand. Our friends who have never been before said from outside it looks like an ice cream parlour or a dessert shop,the identity has become a little lost,We didn't understand what Blosson meant either,if it was to tie it in to a new menu i'd undertsand but the menu is virtually the same. Also and this has been a problem for us previously,the music whilst entertaining is louder than it needed to be,we did have to shout out our coversations all the way through eating,the girl who sang had a good voice and a good selection of songs but it was just a bit too loud esp as we were sat near to some speakers which we weren't told when we were being seated. Good Food,Questionable Glow Up,We would come again though.

Never been so disappointed as local coming with my wife for at least 3 times a month for 4 years. The restaurant has seen investment but apart from a slightly more ‘Boujee’ look the restaurant has clearly forgotten its roots. Menu 15/20% price increase which you can appreciate given the times, but when some of the past favourites have been taken off the menu (lamb, chicken skewer tapas) and quantity downgraded then it’s hard to support. Example Feta triangles are low close to £1 more per portion and you now get 2 rather than 3 and the chicken wings for £7 (I don’t even need to go in to detail, just see the pictures…. There is more meat on a vegetable). Never been so disappointed for a local eatery that has been so so good and consistent go down the route of money over quantity, quality and even experience. The tables are now so close together you have to apologise to tables walking past… I really hope it’s a one off and the clearly less quantity more expensive food in a cramped new restaurant is a teething error since the re opening.

Online menu needs updating, but otherwise than that, two course lunch a bargain and very tasty.

Food was tasty and good value for money, service was mixed..bit pushy to take orders even though it was quiet. Some staff smiled, some didn't 😕. On the whole, it was fine with nice light fittings 😃

Gorgeous setting, beautiful food, amazing service! Lord of the grill sharer (feeds 2 people, possibly 3!) 48 quid...bargain...we added spicy fries on the side. Desserts were unreal, an Ultimate Chocolate Sundae, and a delicious Creme Brulee 😋 Definitely will not be my last time coming here ⭐️

Went for Christmas Dinner and couldn’t fault anything. The food was delicious and there was loads! Well cooked and everything you would want on Christmas Day. The staff worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and it was definitely worth the money. All courses were amazing

The spicy lamb was absolutely amazing so tender and the sauce it was in delicious!! It came with rice but sadly no Salad as stated ?

Why are 95% of the staff so rude and unfriendly? We come here a couple of times a month because the food is so good but I think in the last 2 years we’ve been served by someone with a modicum of customer service once.

I honestly can’t believe this is Turkish food! . We travelled from London and were absolutely starving ordering multiple meals and sides - An utter disappointment. The meat was not seasoned and was DRY. They did not have the well known garlic and chilli sauce ,or Turkish bread , but instead provided salsa and tortilla wrap?! The donner meat and lamb skewers were grey . It was an abomination that the chicken was tasteless - i don't understand how you can get chicken so wrong. The atmosphere seemed nice when we collected and the decor was pretty , seems like another restaurant that focuses on the ambiance oppose to cuisine . If you are wanting authentic Turkish cuisine - AVOID. PS they serve plain rice- literally plain . No pictures as £71 was placed in the bin unfortunately.

Came here for a friends baby shower and the service was excellent. All the front of house women went above and beyond and were friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The party menu is such good value for money. It was 3 courses for £26.50 and I had the Vegetarian Mezze, Seabass and the Baklava. All of it was amazing. I've been craving the Baklava since. Will be back soon. Thanks for everything.

Delicious food, huge portions, really party atmosphere on a Friday night with live singer. Not a complaint but it's pretty loud, lots of noise off hard surfaces so if you want to talk or listen while you eat, possibly not ideal but food was really good.

Good Turkish restaurant, there are plenty of seats, service is good, they can host birthday parties, including kids parties. Food is good, the kebabs, grilled meat, pizzas are cooked well. Prices are reasonable, and for takeaways it's slightly cheaper. Recommended.

My Partner and I place Eastern Mediterranean food as our favorite cuisine and this resturant is a shinning example of the Genre. The resturant enjoys the support of its community in Monton (i'm from Stockport , my partner the City Centre) and offers them a superior dining experiance of excellent service, live music and a well executed menu. I booked the day before, and we were greeted and promptly seated at a window seat. Again smart , polite attention to order drinks and a suitable pause for us to consider the menu. Houmous with flat bread to share followed by lamb skewers and a mixed grill comprising Lamb chicken kofta and donner meat . Both are served with fresh salad , emphasis on the fresh and rice although we turned down the rice in favour of a litte more salad to reconcile we are supposed to be on a diet. Dinner arrived and was delicious on the eyes and the palate. Thank you La Turka for an exceptional evening . I would gladly recomnend you to my friends.

Late Saturday afternoon so was not yet busy. We had tapas and there were enough vegetarian choices. Service was very good, food very good and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend

Enjoyed our night, the young man who looked after us was brilliant

The service was abysmal, considering there were only 4 people in the restaurant. We waited ages for our main course, then waited ages again for the plates to be cleared. We got the sweet menu & waited & waited for someone to take our order. In the end we gave up & went in search of a staff member for the bill. They were standing chatting at the bar. We were given 10% off the bill, but that wasn’t the point. I have been there many times but I won’t go again! The other couple in the restaurant were also complaining about the service.

We came here for my partners 40th Birthday with family and what an amazing night we had. 14 of us and we all loved it. The food was gorgeous, the restaurant is beautiful but the best thing for us were the fantastic staff. They were brilliant and truly made our night, they were great with the kids and catered for everyone. Such a lovely friendy team. They made sure we were all ok and nothing was to much trouble. We had our auntie there who is in her eighties and struggles walking, they made sure she got down the steps ok and really looked after her. We had our meal in the function room and then the manager made room for us in the main restaurant for the entertainment. She was lovely and so helpful. The entertainment was great, brilliant singer and very talented belly dancer. We were all up dancing and had such a good night. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend. Great memories made 😊

We ordered garlic bread with cheese and got plain. I think this is an issue with just-eat tho tbh as once added to the order it doesn’t say ‘with cheese’ so we’ll let them off for that. Overall a bit overpriced for what you get, even for tapas the portion size v small. It’s tasty, but don’t think I’d order again.

Visited a few weeks ago as a couple for a quick lunch and drink in the sun, food and drink was great but service was appalling. We thought this was a one off with the service but unfortunately it wasn’t as we took my parents today as really wanted them to try it. The food great, so much choice on the menu, drinks good value especially the bottles of wine but the service again wasn’t great. We had to seat ourselves as there was no one around. We ordered a bottle of wine then my partner arrived a few minutes later and his drink was slammed down in front of him. The food came quickly which was good but very off hand delivery. We couldn't find anyone to ask for the bill so went to pay on leaving. Just feel it’s a great restaurant and gorgeous inside very clean but the standard of service really lets it down and needs to be improved to compete with other restaurants in the area

Popped in here in my lunch break and had the 2 course set lunch. Ordered the Harissa chicken to start and then the spicy lamb stew. Both dishes was very tasty and of good quality ingredients. Be nice if they could provide some lovely Turkish bread with the dishes included in price

Enjoyed it .. NOT Disadvantages: 1- we were a group of 20 people + kids. We were given a limited menu options ' party menu' d.t large number. Options weren't that good. 2 - no option for separate bills which could have made life easier for a large group. Advantages: Good service

Not a caesar salad at all, just chicken, barely any bacon, a slither of lettuce with uncooked bread cubes and some sauce. £14 is rediculos for a meal like that. Won't be ordering again.
