Nipped in for a quick lunch, we had coronation chicken and chicken tikka potatoes. Good portion size and reasonable price. Fairly busy but service was quick. Would go back

Honestamente puedo decir que no hemos tenido nunca este sabroso Mocha! Fue con chocolate blanco, lo que hizo más especial, con la cantidad perfecta de café. También tenían en el menú mi sándwich favorito de todos los tiempos; un bagel tostado con salsa de arándano, tocino y queso brie. Sin duda volveremos pronto.

We called into this café on our way to The Great Northern Museum. We ordered two coffees at the counter, but when we came to pay, we were told that cash was not accepted. This is a practice that we find quite deplorable so we left. It turned out well for us, because there was a café a few doors down which was very good and accepts cash.

I was thinking of coming here for ages for an English breakfast. I was gonna come with my mate from Finland but I got COVID. When I walked in the woman behind the counter was pretty rude. She seemed to have banter with everyone else. It was pretty cheap. £8 for a full English. When they brought the food it was a good plate of food. I asked for English mustard and was brought American mustard. I tried to use the knife but it was like some sort of trick knife. The fork would bend with a bit of pressure. Picture attached. The food was pretty poor. The sausages were pretty nasty. I wouldn't usually review a greasy spoon but there are limits. The cutlery was the deciding piece. A pretty unpleasant experience for a Saturday morning.

Visitamos para el menú de febrero y estaba delicioso. Fuimos por un clásico Homero que siempre es un favorito y era enorme. El brownie de caramelo Biscoff & chocolate blanco fue uno de los mejores que he probado en mucho tiempo. Cielo de chocolate liso. Ahora mi favorito del menú de febrero era el anillo esmaltado de naranja sangre. El acristalamiento cremoso con un toque de naranja sangre era muy refrescante. El clásico donut tiramisú tenía expresso de alta calidad y una buena cantidad de relleno bombeado en su interior. En general increíble como siempre, pero el servicio es lento. Prepárate para hacer cola un rato.

While visiting the market on the quay side we fancied a walm drink and we stumbled across this place. Upon entering we were greeted by a very welcoming and friendly member of staff who showed us to our table and shortly after our drinks order was taken. The drinks were nice we didn't have anything to eat but the meals looked nice will be going back for food next time we are back in the north east

Tried the Hippo House for the first time today and was so impressed! The salad boxes are fab, all of the food was so fresh! The grilled Halloumi salad box was so good!! The staff were so lovely too, I couldn’t fault the service. Definitely my new favourite lunch spot. #supportLocal

Desafortunadamente, Coffee Plus ahora está cerrado de forma permanente: ahora es una tienda minorista vacía, en espera de que un nuevo inquilino ofrezca competencia a Subway, a las ofertas de comida de Chip Shop y Sainsbury's.

Comida y bebida es genial, el ambiente es acogedor, sin embargo no podía centrarme en mi comida debido a un hombre rubio bajo (creo que dijo que se llamaba Bill Haul? ) siendo muy ruidoso hablando de sus planes para comprar cada carretera que sale de Newcastle añadir una cabina de peaje a cada uno. Ni siquiera creo que puedas hacer eso. Estaba allí cuando entré y cuando salí, manteniendo el mismo volumen. No es el mejor, pero no marzo mi experiencia demasiado.

Este es un restaurante amigable, limpio y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Comí el desayuno completo, huevos fritos, tomates, champiñones, papas fritas, pudín negro, tocino, frijoles, tostadas y una taza grande de té por solo 5: 50. Mi amigo tenía un excelente tocino, un tocino grueso, un montón de sabor. Signo de buena comida, salsa HP, no contiene líquido / vinagre marrón acuoso.

We made a large order pancake order for the team today to celebrate pancake day, and Jonny and the team couldnt have been more accommodating. We were able to collect rather than have a courier, we were able to amend our order right up until the last moment. Vegan pancakes were clearly marked and came with vegan ice cream to boot, everything was clearly labelled, packaged well, cooked to perfection, lovely and hot and on time. So so so pleased!

Just don't know, the car park is so oppressive I was terrified to park up incase I was charged a mortgage for parking so I just fkd off and found somewhere else to go. Scary place, I'm sure you guys are nice but I'm terrified to get closer ........ I'll update completely when I pop in thanks guys. 👍
