Tomamos nuestro primer té de la tarde hace un mes y nos quedamos completamente impresionados. Al ver el anuncio del té festivo de la tarde, regresamos con ganas, y estábamos encantados. La experiencia superó nuestras expectativas; el personal fue maravilloso, la presentación de la comida fue encantadora, capturando verdaderamente el espíritu de la Navidad tanto en apariencia como en gusto. Teníamos la esperanza de asistir un domingo con los villancicos, pero por desgracia, estaba lleno. Lo único que lamentamos es que no podemos visitar cada semana. Gracias.

¡El peor desayuno que he servido! Venía con patatas fritas, no con hachís y estaban demasiado cocidos, tocino poco cocido y muy grasos, los huevos escalfados se ponían en el microondas, el pan no se tostaba. Realmente muy mal. Sabes que es malo cuando las mesas a tu alrededor miran con disgusto lo que te han servido.

Absolute cracking pub, the view of the river out the back is lovely, can imagine it being a good sun trap! Only thing I wish it done was some pub grub food to accompany the beverages, doesn’t have to be fine dining but just some sort of food menu.

This was a superb pub for drinking, incorporating a stylish design from the patterns on the walls! The lights have an interesting layout how they are hanging down together and counter is styled well too, including mock greenery and a comedic Nobody Gets Out Alive sign. I had a refreshing pint of Cruzcampo, appreciating the outdoor seating area that was also kept clean!

I come here all the time. The value for money is amazing, always lovely food and great prices. The staff are so kind and helpful. Could not recommend more! Give it a go!

Booked a table of 8 for my husbands birthday as a surprise. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped keep the surprise as we arrived, service was fantastic, the food was lovely and they brought out the birthday cake we brought. Would definitely recommend.

Estuve almorzando en Darlington. Muy impresionado con el pub. Personal agradable y limpio y muy amable del bar , La comida estaba recién cocinada y servida caliente . Volveremos a usar la próxima vez que estemos en la ciudad. Gracias.

Tasty menu, no complaints. I had the steak the first night and the feathered beef the following evening. The poached pear was fabulous!

Thought we would give it a try helping out local businesses during these times ordered two bacon/egg sandwiches and two latte coffees Coffee was really nice but the bacon sandwich wasn't worth the money it's the only time I have ever had a bacon sandwich with only one piece of bacon in it.... it's not as if the piece of bacon was large it wasn't Service was polite and friendly
