The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North East

A group of 12 cyclists stopped for lunch and the service and hospitality was exemplary. They managed to cater for all our orders so that we were served and ate at the same time. Excellent value for money.

Really lush food! Would recommend to anyone in Newcastle to try this place out, the food is lovely and the price is even better!

Fantastic lunch , best bacon sandwich I’ve ever had. Lemon cake was so light and delicious. We were greeted on arrival. Fabulous customer service will definitely be going back again soon.

Stairwayz Cafe provided our team with our Christmas buffet catering for around 30 people. There was plenty of food for everyone. Everything arrived fresh and neatly presented. There was lots of tasty sandwiches with a good choice of filling. The cake was lovely and fresh too.

Rude. Unwelcoming. Similar to last few reviews Not a single smile despite our cheery hellos and politeness during ordering. The lady was very unwelcoming and clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. Also noticed the very abrupt and cold ways of dealing with customers during our 15 min sit down. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely location and nice selection of ice creams and milkshakes. Not even a thank you or goodbye. Perhaps look for a different job?

Rating as an whole experience.. Food was nice and would say we was not disappointed. However as a whole the service was poor ... late to serve drinks, and the young lad serving consistently forgot what he was doing. Charged us for somthing we didn't recieve and when stating this when paying the bill the other young waitress didnt attempt to rectify it. Reviews claim to be great but we would not return as this was a poor service and ciuld of been easily rectified.

The staff were super friendly and the food was incredible :) My friend had Wakey Wakey eggs and I had the full English - both were delightful!

Err something quite bizarre and strange about this pseudo-slaughterhouse style drinking hostelry Perhaps it’s the fragrant whiff of canine hygiene or perhaps the eau de cologne of the landlord that gives it an air of decrepitude? The beers ok!

Been here for breakfast a few times now, always I warm welcome and great food at a great price. In terms of overall experience, quality and value for money this is defiantly one on the best breakfasts in the area. Opens bright and early too. If you plan ahead you can even get your car valeted whilst you’re there. It won’t be long before we visit again.

Me encanta este lugar. Siempre una cola de una milla por la calle, así que eso dice mucho. Llevo años viniendo aquí. Buena elección. El único problema es que no soy muy bueno tomando decisiones y hay un millón de rellenos de sándwich diferentes para elegir. Ojalá hubiera un frankie y Tony estuviera cerca de donde vivo, estaría allí todos los días.

I had the home made lasagne and it was beautiful, all prepared from scratch and it tasted divine. My Sister had the corned beef pie and it was delicious, great portions for a great price.

Called in on way to the beach, had cuppa and a raspberry ruffle cake, which was very nice just the right size. Tea came with an egg timer so you could tell how long it was brewing for. Dog friendly even had a big tea pot of water and bowls on the shelf for dogs. Cakes and bread here are baked fresh each day and although we did not have sandwiches the couple on the table next to us did and they filled the plate. Just wished I lived closer so I could go again soon.

So many flavours - lots of choice 🍨 I had an ice-cream with 2 scoops and my boyfriend had a sundae 🤤... they were both yummy !! Think it was about £10 altogether - but as a treat, we didn't mind paying that, and we got plenty to fill us up. 🩷

Molly Moos is the absolute best. Thanks for all the lovely ice creams for the little one (and me!) We will be back many times!
