This was a great place showing the World Cup - would definitely go back again to watch other sporting fixtures. Big jugs of beer make ordering easy and the atmosphere was great.

I visit nearly every day. The coffee is to my taste. the service is very friendly and responsive. The only problems that I see are from awkward demanding customers.

Nice, friendly staff. Sadly my coffee was lukewarm as was the vegetable soup. One of the servers was breaching at least two food hygiene rules in the five minutes we watched.

We attended a family 80th birthday party. The service we received was disgusting. The staff were so rude. The food was disgusting. We had prepaid £300 for food. The amount of food presented did not come anywhere near that money. The chicken skewers were still frozen. Every time we asked for extra plates or napkins or a knife to cut the cake the staff tutted or muttered under their breath. If we had not been there the pub would have been empty. They took so much money from us!! My family and friends will never set foot in there again!!! Absolutely disgusting !! 🤬🤬🤬

I am a loyal starbucks customer for almost 8 years now. I always have my morning & afternoon coffee at Starbucks, wherever I am based at that moment. I have never seen any treatment as rudely as I was experiencing just a moment ago, around 4.10 pm at STARBUCKS 1-3 VILLIERS STREET (near Embankment Station). This one guy, literally shouted at me just because I need a STRAW !! Because he said he needed to change the cup cover. He did not say thank you, very not friendly, and rude. He did not even use his face covering properly. Very arrogant. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING at STARBUCKS 1-3 VILLIERS STREET.

Despite me living locally and attending this store countless times , the staff actively encourage the security guards to racially profile me - every time I come into the store a bell rings and the security guard who was previously stationed by the entrance not following any of the white customers, immediately leaves his position and next thing I have an extra shadow and personal guard I never asked for following me around. Staff have also done this and I did openly complain but apparently it’s still an issue. This is a brand located in a diverse area of London (albeit gentrified)that seeks to promote wholesomeness and wellbeing yet it is staffed by people with impoverished minds. In this economy and even notwithstanding it, nobody should be making people feel like they are out of place spending their money as long that customer is paying to help keep that store open and those employees working. Fortunately I am not so insecure that I would stop going to that store but that doesn’t preclude me from calling this out nor seeking alternative shops of which there are plenty in the surrounding area with more products at competitive prices.

Poor customer service. Ordered a Americano with hot milk and cake, sitting inside but served in paper cup with lid. When sat down discovered had been served a frothy coffee, took back to ask for drink I had ordered to be told by woman served me that I had asked for a Mocha. I explained I hadn't and was abruptly told I had! I politely said maybe she had heard me wrong but I had not, ( I don't even drink Mocha). She reluctantly changed my drink. I then asked if I could be refunded the difference. She had to look at the menu then spoke with another staff who said to me she couldn't ALLOW that! What she did do was give me a fully stamped card for a another drink. Although this was more than I had wanted ( just wanted refund in difference of drinks) I was made to feel I was in the wrong through the whole interaction. Really very bad customer service. When I sat down I discovered a black coffee when I had asked for white. Let's just say I couldn't be bothered with another poor experience asking for milk!

The staff were incredibly unprofessional. They tried to make out like they didn't understand what I was saying when I said fries. I was born in London and so my native language is English there is no way they could misunderstand what I was saying. The waiter continued to say rice, what are you saying while his colleagues behind the counter laughed. Then my friend with a thick eastern European accent spoke and he acted like he understood her immediately. This came off incredibly discriminative and targeted considering I'm a black woman. The food service was also glacially slow. I would never dine there again.

This is local to me and I've been visiting for 4 years. I agree the menu is a little confused but it always is well presented and tastes delicious. I'm so sad the amazing cakes are no longer available. They stopped last year I believe. The replacement ones are unfortunately not nearly as wonderful. The staff are usually rally friendly and helpful. I've had one very poor experience with a female staff member being off with my tiny dog but every other time the staff have been lovely and give water and sometimes even treats. Such a great experience! I suspect the rude waitress was just having a bad day so it won't put me off going again :)

No esperaba estar molesto por visitar el restaurante Daisy Green en Holland Park. Fui a investigar el nuevo restaurante con vistas a usarlo regularmente si resulta ser tan bueno como suena. Ordené mi café para llevar, y me ofrecieron una máquina de tarjetas para pagar. Resulta que sólo tomas cartas. Estaba furioso. No me quitarás el dinero. Tenía unas 200 libras conmigo. Así que hay 3 millones de personas en el Reino Unido que no tienen cuentas bancarias, y mucho menos tarjetas de crédito. Esto es por muchas muchas razones. Algunos de los cuales son vulnerables o han tenido dificultades financieras. No son parias, pero según usted lo son. Así que eres un establecimiento exclusivo. ¿Sólo sirves a los que te convienen? Luego está el hecho de que usted está animando a los bancos y a las compañías de tarjetas de crédito a que lo retengan, y por lo tanto a nosotros a que paguemos un rescate. Una vez que el dinero en efectivo no se utiliza en la sociedad, deciden cuánto cobrarle por tomar sus pagos con tarjeta... y quién pagará en última instancia? UU., el cliente. Usted y otros negocios son responsables de esto. Confía en mí, una vez que no haya elección TENDRÁS que pagar lo que quieran. Muchas compañías están rechazando las tarjetas Amex por esta razón exacta. ¿No te das cuenta de que una vez que no haya dinero en efectivo en la sociedad, todos trabajarán juntos? Yo mismo soy miembro de uno de ellos y estoy obligado a compartir. Estaré escribiendo a mi diputado y poniendo su empresa como ejemplo. De hecho, también puedo acusarlo a él y quizás al consejo local, ¿quién supongo que le alquiló la propiedad? Yikes en google de quién es el propietario, Tripadvisor apareció y también hay algunos negativos sobre su nuevo establecimiento. Quizás podría replantearse su política Daisy Green y considerar la posibilidad de leer algunas de las otras reseñas. No parece que vayas a necesitar demasiado para mejorar tus reseñas. El Holland Park Café es importante para TANTAS personas, es un recurso precioso. Nos estás decepcionando a todos, siendo parte de cambiar nuestra sociedad y cómo los bancos nos controlan.
