Despite me living locally and attending this store countless times , the staff actively encourage the security guards to racially profile me - every time I come into the store a bell rings and the security guard who was previously stationed by the entrance not following any of the white customers, immediately leaves his position and next thing I have an extra shadow and personal guard I never asked for following me around. Staff have also done this and I did openly complain but apparently it’s still an issue. This is a brand located in a diverse area of London (albeit gentrified)that seeks to promote wholesomeness and wellbeing yet it is staffed by people with impoverished minds. In this economy and even notwithstanding it, nobody should be making people feel like they are out of place spending their money as long that customer is paying to help keep that store open and those employees working. Fortunately I am not so insecure that I would stop going to that store but that doesn’t preclude me from calling this out nor seeking alternative shops of which there are plenty in the surrounding area with more products at competitive prices.

De todos modos, pregunté si había algo en stock y la mujer asiática, muy brusca y sarcásticamente, me dijo que "esperara, sí", ya que ella "simplemente está desempacando". "Eso fue muy grosero y me preguntaba si ella estaba sacando sus frustraciones conmigo". Me di cuenta de que era cortés con un caballero que hizo la misma pregunta. Esto fue muy molesto para mí. Además, escuché a otro miembro del personal hablar con esta misma dama y le dije algo como ‘si los clientes quieren ser idiotas al respecto. . . "De nuevo, esto se debió a la demanda de geles manuales y al personal que recuerda que solo se venden 2 geles manuales por cliente. La indignación del coronavirus los está marcando claramente. No apreciaba este nivel de servicio y sugeriría que mantuvieran la paciencia y trataran a los clientes con respeto antes de desarrollar una mala reputación.

Orgánica y vegana tal vez, pero una compañía que explota a sus empleados al negarse a pagarles a todos sus empleados el London Living Wage, en lugar de a las personas que garabatean en una calculadora y juegan con sus teléfonos, y que subsidia a aquellos involucrados o que apoyan, a través de compras, el tortura de animales de "carne" genéticamente modificados. La corporación requiere que sus compras empaquen su paquete de pago, intimiden a aquellos con membresía sindical y decapiten, golpeen y evisceren más animales no homínidos.

I booked a table for 18 people at to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrived at 1 pm, expecting to have lunch together, as I had clearly stated when making the reservation. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a disaster. Upon arrival, we were told to order through an app, but after trying for 30 minutes, the app kept saying they were too busy to accept orders. We had no choice but to go to the bar to order directly, where we were told the wait time for food would be at least an hour—despite it being peak lunchtime. After waiting patiently, one of our friends went back to the bar to place an order after confirming a new dish choice with his wife. When he returned to the bar just five minutes later, he was told that they were no longer accepting *any* orders at all, and that he would have to order through Deliveroo and have it delivered to the restaurant! This was at 1:30 pm, during peak lunchtime, for a group that had made a reservation specifically for lunch in the restaurant. To make matters worse, after waiting over an hour, we received below-average food that was overpriced and disappointing. This is absolutely unacceptable for a place that claims to cater to large groups and events. The lack of communication, delays, and poor service completely ruined what was meant to be a special celebration. If you’re planning a large event or want a decent meal in a timely manner, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I regret choosing this place for such an important occasion. ---

I bought 3 drinks and 4asun I was forced to take Pomo which I did not want and 2 herbal Drinks water and appletiser my bill was £85 I felt I was robbed ..same tactic they used when I went several weeks my bill was £92 i felt robbed badly .I am a chef myself it’s awful what they did ..rogue restaurant

Hugely disappointed by the staff's behaviour, the lady at the till, called me rude in front of the whole queue. Please do not go there if you respect yourself.
