Disappointing that no email was sent prior to booking as I understand the restaurant is terminating its links with toptable. Bad experience means I won't be going back.

Este lugar podría ser una pequeña joya, pero fuimos con un vale de descuento un viernes por la noche y eran las únicas dos allí. No hay nada en la localidad para dibujar la gente y estar tan pequeña, no hay esquinas - cada asiento está muy expuesto. El servicio era bueno, las hamburguesas son sabrosos y lo suficientemente grande. Pero en general es caro para lo que es y demasiado lejos del centro de la ciudad. Es una pena, de verdad.

They claimed that they did not receive my booking, however they would be able to accommodate my booking. The service was poor at best, I had to keep going to the kitchen to get things like ketchup, napkins and other cutlery. They claimed to be out of lobsters and deserts, so we had to go elsewhere for our desert, which once again is not what I would expect from a restaurant, if it's on the menu, then they should be able to accommodate. The one positive was the quality of the wagyu burger, and this was the saving grace, the only reason why I would be willing to give them another chance. Hopefully next time they will provide an excellent and efficient service. Kind regards Ayoob

The burgers were good, the fries were superb! (sweet potato) the service was polite, but not very attentive. The ambience is non-existant. The place was empty when we arrived... The guy seemed surprised to see us - even though we had booked! Nobody else visited during our meal... Apart from two of those home delivery guys with insulated bags. Food reasonably priced - but cocktails and wine expensive!!! £10 a drink soon adds up!

No hay duda de que hamburguesas son geniales sin embargo que es donde termina! Por desgracia, este lugar se siente como debería de ser en Mayfair y la b507 en Lisson Grove no! También parece abrir y cerrar a su propia discreción, así que se llama antes de ir, ya que puede ser cerrada. La mejor opción para una comida para llevar via Deliveroo en cuyo caso recomiendo la hamburguesa de carne de wagy!!

Es un pequeño lugar, y llegamos a la hora del almuerzo en un día cuando estaban cortos de personal y sólo tenía un chef de aprendiz. Sin embargo, estaban muy por adelantado acerca de eso, y a pesar de que el hecho de que el servicio era bastante lento, no teníamos prisa en particular, y no nos sentimos abandonados.La hamburguesa era genial, y no fue tan caro como algunos otros han comentado ya habían sugerido.

20% Descuento vale por este lugar y decidió utilizar para la cena.A su llegada, el lugar estaba vacío pero el acogedor y amable servicio de camarera nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Otro grupo llegamos más tarde.Las hamburguesas eran excelentes. Teníamos los calamares como primer plato que también fue muy bueno.El ambiente es muy agradable con decoración étnica y música étnica.El servicio era excelente.Como estábamos en un vale, no puedo hacer ningún comentario sobre la relación calidad-precio, pero yo diría que es un poco caro si uno tiene que pagar el precio completo.

Arrived on a Friday night with a few friends it was empty, no atmosphere and it took ages for drinks and food to come! Just a dull environment. Will not be returning

Tenía muchas ganas de una hamburguesa de buena calidad y algunas burbujas. Sin embargo, muy decepcionados. El servicio era un caos. La señora a cargo no parecía saber lo que pasaba. No tuvimos servilletas o cubiertos, aunque pedimos varias veces. Muchos platos no estaban disponibles como el restaurante estaba cerrando para vacaciones (muy raro en Londres). La hamburguesa era normal, nada especial. No tenía ninguna botellas grandes de agua con gas. Parecía que un niño deambulando durante toda la noche, el hijo de tal vez un miembro del personal. La barandilla a los aseos en el sótano era grasienta. No volveré.

Utilizamos un vale del Amazonas para la cena de tres platos con champagne - vale la pena! entrantes encantadores (patatas fritas frías sustituirá al instante), hamburguesas fabulosas y deliciosos postres con una copa de champán. PERO ... sin ese vale, se trata de un lugar para un regalo especial o si tienes un ingreso disponible grande, es un lugar bastante caro para visitar.

We booked this as a team lunch - we arrived and were seated they took our order and come out with something that wasn't on the menu. "The chef said all the buns were the same" I'm quite disappointed with this as when I order from the menu I accept it to be the same unless the waiter told us beforehand which he didn't. They never asked us how we wanted our burgers cooked either.

Friendly attentive staff and a lovely ambience right next to Marylebone station and 5 minutes from Baker Street are all added extras to what is the star attraction of this cosy restaurant - the food! Fab stuff and no comprises it seems in any quarter.

Fui ayer por la primera vez. Tuvimos una noche agradable. Los calamares era enorme! Las hamburguesas eran grandes y jugoso! Había música house jugando en el fondo que nos dió una & funky buenas vibraciones.Mi único problema es que se trata de un nuevo restaurante/bar, así que no está totalmente organizado/completado. Queríamos Sambuca y Tequila disparos que, no tienen, pero que parecía llevar la sugerencia a bordo para el futuro.En general es un buen chic, un lugar íntimo y fresca.

I'm not sure that they actually know whether they want to be a bar or a restaurant! However, we popped in for lunch and the very trendy, black and chrome décor was a little wasted on the daylight hours. It didn't help that we were the only people in there either. However, we kept it simply and had a truly excellent burger; perfectly cooked, loads of flavour and ace presentation. If you don't fancy champagne or wine then the drinks list it a bit limited but overall a very worthwhile visit. Not sure it's a destination but you won't be disappointed.

I went for dinner with my girlfriend. We live around and saw this new place coming up and wanted to try it. The burgers are juicy and very fresh. I have never eaten such a good burger in any other burger place in London. The prices are really good, staff very friendly and it's a really cosy atmosphere. I'm so glad this place has come up in this area as there are only trashy places and I always go to mayfair and pay 3 times the price for the same ambience and a much worse food. I highly recommend this place for everyone that likes burgers and champagne.

Burgers were very good, cooked perfectly and excellent meat. The place feels more like a night bar than a restaurant, but other than that, good food, good price.

I've been there last week during a three-days-trip in London. I can honestly say that the Lobster Burger is simply AMAZING! Great taste, great price, nice service - and the restaurant itself is awesome ;) Professionaly made hospitality venue - I'll definitely come back :)

It was a good experience but nothing to really write home about. The food itself was pretty good. The starters were probably the best but they're more like share plates. The burgers were lacking and actually too big to eat properly. I'd also recommend you tell them how you want the burger done because we weren't asked. Desserts werent bad either. If you want to go, I'd recommend you get a voucher otherwise it might be too pricey for what you get.

I have had a lot of burgers in my life and I've lived in London now for 5 years, so I've been to all the Burger Places there are......I am fanatic when it gets to food. Very picky. However I am always up for trying something new> AND WOW THIS IS A MUST TRY!!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Prices are very good for the gourmet food you get! Totally Worth it. The atmosphere was amazing too. Even the staff was exceptional. !!!!This is my new favourite place now ;-) !!!!

I'am was in Burger bars before this is the best one ever!!!!!!!!!we ate here yesterday and wild boar burger and wagyu sliders excellent.
