Disgusting toilet, no soap - asked woman working - she passed it on to only other worker on shop floor and till. It seemed like an effort and hassle because I'd asked for soap. Hand dryer broken. All tables filthy with crumbs. Wouldn't recommend this Pret.

Imagine you‘re hungry, craving a wrap. You buy one for £6, open it, and see that they did not even offer one whole wrap, but leave you with two little pieces. The air we had in between the two pieces was delicious ( and more expensive than outside)! That’s an obvious trap to gain customers attention and seems to be questionable. However, the service at the counter was friendly.

I waited 20min to go to bathroom there's only 1 for all the restaurant there was also a big queue to get only a coffee . Not recommending.

Regular Pret A Manger, good food and good service. However, they are handing ONE napkin for 3 people order. Asked for extra napkins, got ONE extra. Fight the climate change by turning off some lights in the building.

I ordered a latte and a croissant which was rock hard and stale as if been there overnight. As there was one sorry tiny one left I asked if there were anymore cooking in the oven but she looked at me like I had three heads! On explaining three times that it was very hard, 3 times thought I said hot?! For goodness sake it would help if people working in the shop could understand clearly slowly spoken English! When another chap understood me I was met “what do you want us to do - there’s no more left “ charming!

Open until 8pm but don’t expect to be able to sit down or use the loo from 7pm. The staff closes the area behind the counter.

A big cue to enter to toilete. The toilet was dirty and there was not paper towels and the air dryer was out of service. Most of tables in the dining room were dyrty. Tap water dispenser was out of service. In conclusión, a horrible experience

Nice little place. Been here a few times and it’s nice. Like the hard boiled eggs. Nice staff. Nice place. Good chairs.

I was only 2 minutes late to collect my Too Good to Go bag and they didn’t have the basic courtesy to allow me to collect my package. A 10 minute collection window is unacceptable. My food was standing right there and it will now go to waste - not environmentally friendly either. Never again

Broken loo (so none available). Sullen service. Coffee bitter and unpleasant.. everything you don't expect from a relatively good chain. Avoid

Pleasant staff but the place is a slum, tatty with worn out seats, pieces missing off the walls and not even a working toilet!

They supposed to open at 06:00 during week days but several times they open the shop way later as 06:30 motivating that's low staffed... guess Costa pay's better as you can set your watch after them

The worst latte I had in my life time. No star Keep away from this Pret. In 1 minutes There is one in Carnaby street. They will save you.

Start of this month I went in while up in London. As you can imagine it was packed as London normally is but heck… in December 10 times busier. They only had one coffee machine working at the time and all the staff were trying really hard to get everyone’s orders done. I felt so bad for the staff they there really something else that day. Shelves was still stocked well and it was still clean and tables wiped. Well done to the staff on shift that day. You still made everyone’s mornings by getting them their coffee. Thanks again.

Woman shouted at us to get out when we went to sit down because we didn't order anything even though we had less then thirty seconds before. She didn't believe us when we showed her the food which had the pret logo on it. We had not been rude, we were not disrupting anyone, we were behaving like normal people. We are a couple in our early twenties and were with our siblings. Very very rude and unnecessary

Friendly efficient staff. Good coffee though crowded.

Terrible service, wasted my subscription. Just wanted a regular mocha. Like three rounds of people came in. Got ignored. I could tell the guy making coffee was overwhelmed but god damn i have never been ignored like this at any other pret. Waited and waited and just left without the coffee

Clearly stated as opening at 6am and no one there to open. Seems like all Pret shops in this area are the same..no one opens on time.

Toilet not working and looked like it had not been for a while, not good enough!

If I could give this no stars I would. I went in today for an oat hot chocolate. First of all, I waited 20 minutes to finally receive a half filled drink that tastes like water. There was no apology and they made it out like it was my fault. They had placed my drink where I couldn’t reach it, I told them I thought it was mine and they were adamant it was not mine. Then when I asked again, they said it had been thrown because it was too cold. Maybe if they had handed it to me and paid more attention, it wouldn’t have been so cold. I ended up throwing it away anyway because it tasted so disgusting. May as well have given me a bottle of warm water with a sprinkle of cocoa on the top (it was foamy and bubbly too) Avoid this pret. every other Pret near by is very good especially 1 Hanover pret.

Came into town today and fancies a healthy breakfast so grabbed some porridge with honey and a macchiato, when I say the service was exceptional it’s was 10 out of 10. If you go make sure you ask for Nadira as she will definitely brighten up your day. Great job especially in a world where company’s fall down on this.

My recent visit to Pret A Manger was a delightful experience. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the service was also exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I appreciated the quick service from Yash, which was perfect for a busy day. The menu offered a great variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and drinks to choose from, and everything I tried was of high quality. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Pret A Manger, and the combination of excellent food and top-notch service made it a memorable visit. I'll definitely be returning for more in the future.

Coffee is expected but this is consistently the slowest service pret in London with the worst queuing system. They make you queue up in the only entrance to the seating area.

Is Pret not fed up of being accused of having a lack of humanity? Went into buy a drink and asked if I could sit down for 5 mins and the sorry excuse for a server would not let me. Despite asking twice and highlighting I wasn't well, he refused saying, they were take away only. What is wrong with you Pret? You continue to open less than average chains, get accused of a lot more than poor service and won't even let someone sit for 5 mins. Even when other people are seated? Genuinely disgusted at your lack of humanity - please do us all a favour and close.

WORST hot chocolate ever. Got basically hot milk instead of hot coco

I received the worst customer service Ever at prêt à manger Argyll street. My friend and I had booked to the see the wizard of Oz at the palladium and went to prêt around 7.50pm to get food. I bought a salmon sandwich, a hot chot chocolate and some chocolate rice. There were three staff: an older lady, a younger lady and a man. I was served by the older lady and all went well. However, as I was waiting for my drink, I asked the younger who was at the till in the middle how long it will take for the drink as it was getting longer, she replied soon and I waited. However, the drama started when I began opening the pack of my salmon sandwich, there was some flour dust on the bread which I gently tried to dust off and when the younger lady saw me doing that, she just Erupted on me. She told in a very harsh and rude tone that I should not do that to which I replied that she did not have to be so rude in her tone and she proceeded by saying that obviously I had not been thought manners, I was stupid, etc... I am a black lady in my thirties and my friend and I were appalled because she kept on shouting abuses at me ignoring the customers lined up at her till to be served. I do not know if she whould have been so virulent in her words and treatment of me had I been white. Her two colleagues were just standing there while I was receiving abuses, saying nothing. That place should be closed and she should not work in customer services. I really want to make a formal complaint for such treatment was unnecessary and plain rude. NEVER AGAIN and I will make certain to tell others to avoid it like the plague.

I love this branch. Yes, the location is quite beautiful. It always feels good to be here but one thing that bothers me is that most of the people who come in use it as an office and they give bad looks when we speak a bit loudly. You realize this is not your office and you have no right to warn us when we laugh or talk loudly. Of course, you can come and work with your laptop, but that doesn't mean you can interfere with my right to speak or my tone of voice. Apart from that, the team working is very helpful.I like being here, I just don't like people using it like a meeting room restricting my freedom.

Just popped in to get an iced coffee and instead of receiving a polite information that there is no ice left I was ‘greeted’ with a ‘what’ and ‘no way’. Not really the way to treat customers.

The customer service is just awful in this place, everyday they decide a different service, sometimes they give the drinks without ice and sometimes they refuse the drink when you ask for it without ice, if just doesn’t make sense, I pay my subscription every month so I should have my drink how I want, so now I can’t have a drink with no ice, because this is against the pret policy

No real atmosphere, not particularly responsive staff, but clean and bright. Few savoury options for those who are gluten free and less than generous with the main fillings for salads - like the amount of tuna.

Horrible service.had to wait 15 minutes for an iced peach. Didn't even get an apology. Not reccomended.

We tried hot falafel and halloumi wrap which was delicious and warm enough. The payment process was smooth and the shop was clean.

Our meatball wraps were incinerated. The only toilet was out of order and had been for a while apparently. The person that served me looked possibly the unhappiest I've ever seen anyone in a Pret 😞

Very low consideration for the environment. Sit in customers are given disposable cups.

I am so disappointed and shocked at the appalling service I received in Pret today. To the girl / barrister who decided to take her anger out on me a single mother with two kids I truly hope no one ever treats you the way you treated me today.. I think you should find a job where you don’t have to ever deal with customers as you have no right to be so nasty .

Pret is amazing with their wide selection of foods especially the vegan options they have and their drinks too

Expensive, crowded, and dirty, toilets are broken (the sign looks pre covid). Tables are rarely cleaned if at all. Management needs to deliver on a better experience.

Very bad service by the lady taking orders - they have seats to sit and are selling drinks and food to eat in however no trays The upstairs tables are not cleaned or emptied. Finally the toilets are broken The worst Pret I have visit d in years across Greater London

Bought a flat white here. I got it cold and on the top of it, when I asked for gents toilet,Michal told me to go to Costa as the toilet is closed. Ridiculous!

Ordered tuna melt toasties and two cups of tea. The toasties were heated immediately which would have been fine if we wern't then made to wait another 5 minutes for the tea, by which time the toasties were barely warm. The teas were so milky they were barely deserving of the name. We asked for replacements and separate milk to pour ourslves. These turned out to be only half full of the weakest tea I think I have ever seen. This was my first experience of a Pret A Manger, and it will definitely be my last. Pathetic. Oh, and the toilets were out of use too.

Quality dropped quite a bit compare to few years ago. Serving speed was slow, service was below average. Things on the shelf were quite empty. Environment no longer feel good…

Great atmosphere with staff who really create a good vibe. I was served 2 Chai Latte by Prince who's positive attitude compensated for the bad weather. Definitely will be returning here soon!

Pret A Manger is a great coffee shop in London. I love their egg and bacon sandwich as a light breakfast or their chicken salad for lunch. They also have my favorite kind of milk, almond milk, and their food is all made fresh on the spot. They have wifi if you need to work on your laptop but it can get quite crowded so I recommend coming early or saving it for later in the day when nobody's there.

Se puede comer sandwiches, tartas prehechos por poco dinero. Tardan en limpiar las mesas y a veces es difícil encontrar una mesa limpia para comer.

Asked for a filter coffee which is £1.00 they told me they didn’t have any left! Which isn’t my problem they should have topped it up and made sure it didn’t run out! Usually when this happens they offer to swap it for a americano as did the girl with glasses on the till but then charged me full price for it! No please or thank you!

It's exactly what you'd expect from a pret but a little bit more crowded. The upstairs area is good.

Always say they can't do frappes or shakes despite the fact it's on the board behind them. Why have them on the menu at all, Pret, if half your branches refuse to do them?

Super rude and unfriendly staff

I work locally so stop here most mornings. Unfortunately the last time I visited, I received what I can only describe as the worst customer service experience I have ever received. To make matters worse this came from the manager, she was so rude, raised her voice and was so argumentative. I have Never witnessed this behaviour before. I am convinced she has mental health issues and I’m sure an evaluation should be done. It’s insane she’s allowed to work with members of the public. I have called twice and sent a number of emails to Pret A Manger and I am yet to receive a response. Crazy, disappointing and not at all expected. It’s lovely now covid is over to be able to be back at work and then pop in to your local coffee shops and not have to make lunch downstairs in your kitchen, but Starbucks and Leon are only across the street. Never again.

Great when they can open on time, supposed to open at 6.30am but can never seem to manage it. Leaving customers waiting outside and ultimately having to use the Costa next door who always open on time. This is particularly frustrating when you pay a subscription to Pret and then have to pay next door in Costa because the management of this particular Pret never seem in a rush to open and do not seem bothered by the queue of paying customers waiting outside their doors. Is a shame because other than this they are great. It seems to be a problem with poor management.

I visited today with my daughter just before we went to watch beauty and the beast. My Samsung pay was giving me huge issues and wouldn't work. The staff who were so patient and kind gave me my daughters tuna melt on the house after they could see the struggle. Truly grateful for the kindness. Amazing customer service. Thank you

Middle of July, 5 pm, no iced drinks left

So, I have the subscription... Its really hot outside and I ordeted iced latte. Once more they said they didnt have ice... But People without subscription could order iced drinks... Can anyone explain this??

No ice. No smoothies. Very few still drinks. Pretty poor for midday.

They closed 36 minutes early and refused to let me in. And they do that at multiple stores. What's the point of paying a subscription...

I just got shocked in a good way, I couldn’t get iced menu because of the lack of ice, but today I just met the best kind staffs ever in the Uk right here. They tried to find solutions for me, and kept saying sorry which is not necessary! Thank you for their kindness. The time that I visit was 15:40 16th April. Hope that someone deliver my review to those two staffs :-)

Every day they "just run out" of cold drinks... 11am or 4pm, always the same.

Some of most lovely and friendliest staff you'll ever meet work in this spacious and super clean coffee shop. A really comfy place to relax and to get work done with a chill atmosphere and vibe.
