Auntie Annes in Redbridge

I visit nearly every day. The coffee is to my taste. the service is very friendly and responsive. The only problems that I see are from awkward demanding customers.

Extremely rude lady never allowed me to sit down started shouting saying YOU CANT SIT HERE she had no manners at all tried to complain the manager kept hanging up on me

Stopped at Staines Elmsleigh centre for cinnamon sticks, asked the price and told £2.70,was charged £3.70. My fault for not realising, definitely not worth the cost. Will avoid like the plague next time!

So annoyed, they messed up the order twice then charged me more to change it, got it wrong again and claimed that's what I'd ordered. On top of this she was so rude about it! I'm never going back

My children persuaded me that this was the place to stop for a break while in the Exchange Mall. I had what is claimed to be Seattle's best coffee and the children had shakes. We all had cinnamon sticks. Service was quick and there was a hint of a smile. Unusually, seating is at the back. Oh dear. The coffee was enough to put me off going to Seattle and the cinnamon sticks were VERY sweet but otherwise tasteless. There was a slight waft of cinnamon but I think it wafted away before I took a bite. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Went here today for a quick snack ....waited nearly 25 minutes for my pretzel by which time our drinks were cold ...they were not even busy ..terrible service

Came here too try the chicken & other products. Was told no chicken ready & it be 10 minutes. Which I said that be ok. Then the lady said we have no chicken. I asked for the duty manager, which I was told that not in. When I asked when the duty manager be in was told they don't know they just turn up. Customer service was very poor.

There isn't a week do not pass through here. Good prices and variety of pretzel options. Vanilla pretzel nuggets are the best and a must eat.

The snacks here are so good and I love their pretzels. I wish they gave out more free samples because sometimes I just don't feel like having a complete pretzel. But overall they were very tasty.

Just yum. Softest pretzel made in front of me. They also do halal so a bonus! And nice choice of ice creams for little ones :D

I like their pretzels very tasty and I give it 5 out of 5 I tried making it home but failed to make it taste the same

yummy cinnammon rolls. and cinnamon sticks. with different flavours and varieties available, now they have a sitting area as well...

If you like Auntie Anne's from the States then this won't disappoint bearing in mind you are in Ilford. The Jalapeño flavoured pretzel was full of flavour and spicy. Not the best but convenient if you are missing a fresh pretzel made to the USA recipe.

This place specialises in Pretzels. Nothing to write home about though! The pretzels were very ordinary and the coffee was really bad. Teh service was not very good either. And to top it all they are not cheap. Came away feeling robbed.
