Me encanta venir aquí, el ambiente general es bueno, el personal es amable, accesible y conocedor. Una rotación bastante alta del personal. La sensación general en el espacio es genial, la estética agradable siempre es genial... la limpieza frecuente del suelo deja un poco que desear, un ligero movimiento de las mesas y te llevarás una bonita sorpresa de barro! Una pequeña tienda con algunas mesas salpicadas por dentro y por fuera.

I visited the Starbucks here recently. Even though there were plenty of staff, it took over 20 minutes to get a small cappuccino and a small latte. The staff didn’t call out the orders, so customers had to find their drinks themselves among the crowd. On the plus side, the branch was clean and had a good variety of drinks.

Just because a landlord doesn't strain a fake smile and bend over backwards for you doesn't make them bitter! The pub has genuine character, and the landlord has character to match. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him.

Generally ok. But understuffed and slow service.. Even not busy average waiting time was 20min even for drinks.

The burger was certainly tasty, but man, man, what a lot of money for a coke (small bottle), milkshake, portion of chicken pieces, burger and fries.

Great little pub near royal Marsden superb Thai curry,my friend had a very good be baked potato, beers in uninspiring tho fine if you like larger the only real beer was doombar, but in general we had a good experience

Nice healthy meals, reasonably priced. Enough tables to sit, however canteen like atmosphere. Poor acoustics, and a lot of kids! Noisy.

The staff seem to have the same opinion of the owner. Fat shaming is their no. 1 occupation. I thought encouraging a better life style would be their priority but talking about customers loudly in front of other customers is obviously a way of amusing each other.

I’ll have to go back to taste their divine food and have a lovely time in their cosy warm pub. The last time I’ve been there it was an unforgettable experience for the eyes, the mouth and the rest of the body. Their fish cakes : a delight ! Delicious food, great service and cosy atmosphere. I had the most wonderful evening at The Phene with friends for my birthday. Priscilla was fantastic - so kind and welcoming and made the evening really special, thank you so much! The food was delicious and all the staff were so lovely.

Debo de haber pasado este pub tantas veces, pero nunca hemos estado en hasta hoy cuando estábamos buscando comida en un pub. No estaba muy lleno y la decoración es peculiar y colorida. El pub es algo un poco diferente en esta zona.
