Warning for pickpockets here! We were there after Chelsea against Djurgården last week and there were a bunch of girls who stole a few phones. They look like normal pub goers but are professional pickpockets, WARNING!!

Decent pub straight over the road from Earls Court tube. Nice food but beware of time restrictions on certain items on menu. The sharing plates are tasty and good value for money . Very patriotic pub, a lot of union jacks for VE day. Staff are friendly, especially Olaf .

Tarde relajada; buena comida. Precio razonable... Creo que sí. ¿Libras a dólares? No hago matemáticas, sólo como. Cuando pienso en cómo sería un restaurante / pub británico, ¡esto es todo! Personal amable. No se supone que des propinas en el Reino Unido. Evidentemente, la gente gana un salario digno. Curiosamente, son tan útiles que es una pena no dar propina.

The pie is the best and the chicken wings are a great starter, the beer faith is the best beer ever.

I went to the dining room (upstairs) on a Sunday at around 6pm, the place was full. However, the service wasn't great. They didn't take our order for 20+ minutes and the drinks didn't come for another 20. The person I was with got their dessert order wrong. The food is okay, small portions (what you would expect in London). I had the steak sandwich. Steak was nice but the sandwich was 80% bread and 20% steak, so not great.

Disappointing Food Experience at Courtfield, SW5 – Stick to the Beer and Atmosphere I recently visited Courtfield Pub in SW5, London (Ellsworth area), and while there are some positives worth mentioning, the overall experience left much to be desired—especially when it comes to the food. The Good: The pub has a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere, particularly on Champions League match nights. There’s a lively crowd, the vibe is great, and it’s a solid spot to watch football with friends. The beer is fresh, well-kept, and exactly what you’d expect from a proper pub. For drinks and sport, Courtfield does its job well. The Bad (Unfortunately, the Food): I ordered a burger and it was frankly appalling. It came dry, with no sauce whatsoever, and the meat was severely overcooked—so tough it felt like biting into a rock. The onion rings were burnt, and the chips were dripping with oil. Even worse, they had an unpleasant aftertaste, almost like they’d been fried in something closer to diesel than cooking oil—possibly some industrial-grade palm oil. This would be disappointing in any pub, but it’s particularly frustrating here since Courtfield advertises a “dining space” as a highlight. Offering such poor food while promoting a sit-down dining experience feels misleading. In a British pub—where dishes like burgers are supposed to be reliable staples—it’s simply not acceptable. Final Thoughts: I’d recommend Courtfield only for its beer and match-day atmosphere. But if you’re looking for a meal, I strongly suggest eating elsewhere first. Great for drinks, not for dining.

really decent pub opposite Earl's court tube station. nice ambience and always seems popular. easy to get a seat. the dinners were really hearty and at a reasonable price. great selection of ales and beers. excellent. they do great breakfast to. perfect place to come to especially if staying nearby.

I recently visited the Courtfiel, and it was a great experience overall. The staff and bartenders at the bar were excellent. They were welcoming from the moment we walked in and made sure everyone was comfortable. The bartenders really knew their craft—fast, skilled, and friendly🩵. That was a great experience.

It's a very nice and well-kept pub. The food was very delicate and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It is near a metro station and is very easy to find. I can only recommend this pub! Great!

Generally ok. But understuffed and slow service.. Even not busy average waiting time was 20min even for drinks.

Don’t bother going here for the football. Waited 25 minutes being blanked by the barman. Terrible service. Absolutely shambolic. Ended up leaving. Will not be back

I have visited today at 10:15. The management and staff was so nice and friendly especially Adnan and faras who served me. I was bit depressed and down because of work load but the way they treated and they motivated me i was fully fresh and ready to boom at the work again. Thank you team will visit again today😎😎

Very poor customer service. I am a regular because I am living in the area and they are always picking on people, specially the tall waiter with curly hair. Few weeks ago he made a mistake with my wine and serve single instead double I asked and when I asked him he told me that he put the single because I asked for a double wine instead asked for a large… looks like he is being funny…. And today , I came and ask for a pint at 9:57 , they charge me and after paid, they told me that they can’t serve me as they do after 10:00. My question is…why they charge me if they can’t serve???? In the top of that, the manager came, he didn’t even listen me and when I said “ I will never back to this place” his answer was “ good”. They are so happy loosing customers , that’s fine. There are lots of pubs in London . Plus, it’s always dirty, toilets are disgusting and tables sticky. I remember this place full of people and now is dead… I understand why. Never back in my life.

Great Pub! The atmosphere is very nice, and welcoming. Good pub food. All of the workers are very kind, and patient (we were not english-born speaker). Special thanks to the manager who was very kind to us, and to the rest of the custumers. The building is also lovely from the outside, and the inside. We really recommended this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about this pub. The staff was one of the nicest I have met and the food was also very good. My 14 year old son really appreciated that the staff spoke to him like he was a human being and not a 5 year old baby. I got a beer (probably one of the best I've had in my lifetime) so that's why it gets 5/5. Fantastic experience.

Came in yesterday for a few drinks with some friends. Was served by Izzie who was such a ray of sunshine. It really made our night, she was super knowledgeable about the drinks on offer and we had some great chats with her. Looking forward to coming back :)

Ordered food and it took over 1 hour 15 mins to arrive. Roast dinners were missing the cauliflower cheese (apart from the only one that actually asked for no cauliflower cheese!) and only two small roast potatoes given on each meal. One dinner missing roast potato entirely. Very little apology given from the staff and no offer of free drink of anything to compensate.
