Was refuse a refill because I bought a hand crafted beverage (said I had to buy a hot coffee to get a hot coffee refill) attitude was also very unacceptable and rude. I thought Starbucks rewards policy changed so I double check with the chat representative from official website to know there is no change of policy and refill hot coffee is part of the rewards for a hand craft drinks. A refill is really a small thing but what’s not acceptable is not only the lack of training but bluntly pointed the fault at the customer

20 minutes to get a drink and when you say something the baristas jump at you, 3 people working and still 20 minutes; it’s way to much for two lattes; the store wasn’t even full, the barista was very rude when I pointed it out and when I told him not to talk to me this way he continued to be dismissive and raising his voice at me, first time to get yelled at a Starbucks, 3 customers after me mentioned waiting 25 minutes and more for 1 drink, terrible service

Asked for a caramel macchiato, it tasted like boiled milk with sugar, not even caramel. Asked to remake it and said i can’t taste coffee in it, instead they made first just slashing Extra shot of burned espresso on top in a dirty cup. Now it tastes like ashes. Complete disappointment.

Frankly, I think they work very slowly and indifferently. I waited a long time to order, I waited 25 minutes after ordering and after those who ordered after me received their orders, I asked again. They sent me back with an indifferent attitude, when I asked if they could check again, I learned that they did not put my order in the queue. It took 1 hour for me to receive 2 ice lattes.

When we entered the store there was only one customer paying, so my friend stood on the left. While my friend is waiting to order about 5-6 people lined up shortly after we arrived. And the staff started taking orders from the new arrivals, I told the stuff we were here first. The cashier sneered and told us the line was on the other side. I apologized to the customer next to me. But why couldn't she just tell us where the line was when we waited on the wrong side?

Worst customer service we have ever experienced in a starbucks, long line not because of huge volume of customers but because of the excessively slow place they work at. One guy takes the order, the other 4 are sort of doing stuff, after he takes your order he then joins the other 4 for a while before taking the next order. They are there all smiling chatting having a laugh with each other and do not acknowledge customers at all apart from the moment they call your name when your order is finally ready. When it came to the order itself which was 1 item, was painful to see the slowness in which it was prepared. Honestly i never leave negative reviews as always understand things but this was blatant, it was not over worked or over busy location. Worst starbucks ever from my experience. The staff was unbelievable, couldn't believe it, was like they are hanging out there chilling and occasionally they get an order and make a coffee.

The dark lit place is tough for your staff to do their work, with the volume of business, that you are ringing up at this store, morale is important. With the crowd lining up double snake down line immediately in front of service station is intimidating and stressful, recommending talking to customers on the line to take their orders, or let them know to use the Starbucks app, the app Wii let customers know how long it would take to expect our drinks.

Waited 10 mins for 2 coffees because Employees in the morning are too busy talking among themselves about pointless stuff instead Of doing their job and making coffee or drinks. Manager/Supervisor has no care in the world because they are too into the conversation on what happenings is going with other employees life conversation instead of supervising and making the customer service experience better. If you order something be prepared to wait until their social minutes are over. Go to Second Cup instead by the food court in the mall.

This store gets really busy during the weekend, but man...these workers sure know how to be happy and STAY happy!! The drink wasn't anything special, just needed a thirst quencher while waiting for my girlfriend, but they really are trying to make you feel welcome in the middle of chaos. Huge props to Ricardo who served me. He seemed like a friendly guy and took the time to chat while at the cash register. It was crazy busy, but him and the others working all stayed calm. Honestly, I'd be back just for the service alone! Keep it up, guys 😎

The line was very long but the order takers were great, and efficient! They sell the syrups on their own in a bottle for $12.95 plus tax which they don’t in Halifax (where I’m from). The staff making drinks were so efficient as well. They made drinks quickly and looked like they were having a good time. They had a nice groove going. The wait time wasn’t too bad, and the lady calling out the orders was very organized. The lady who rung me through tried upselling me on vanilla bean croissants and she did so in a very clever way. I wasn’t hungry and I know I like them already but kudos to her for upselling and pairing a snack with a drink.

The one time I went, it was suuuuper packed. However the baristas stayed calm and really worked well together so I was very impressed. My mom and and I were tired coming through town via the 401 and stopped by this location for some coffee. We walked in, and the barista taking our order was really nice, found out I was going over to a uni tour. She was really excited for me when she found out that I got into my programs, and made sure we got our stuff quickly so we could get back on the road. On the road, I noticed an extra little bag with "have a good tour!" written on it; she'd thrown in an extra cake pop for me. Sometimes, it's the little things that someone does for you that make your day 100x brighter :)

I had to bear a very aggressive lady at the counter mandating where I should stand in a loud, disrespectful and aggressive tone before I turned my back away from this place to find a better place where to have a coffee. If Starbucks chooses not to hire personnel to usher people around their coffee-shops, at least it should train its employees to be more kind and respectful when they speak to their clients.

He trabajado en estos servicios antes y nunca trataría a los clientes con falta de respeto por razones innecesarias como lo hacen en este Starbucks. Y también estaría de acuerdo en que es demasiado pequeño para un Starbucks en la carretera de los reyes. At 8 this evening, 21 Aug 2019, I purchased a latte, settled down and began to read. There was very loud music playing and I asked the barista (white, Polish, Ukranian?) to turn it down. He spoke to his female assistant (brown, Philippino?) but she did nothing and they both continued with what they were doing. I got up and repeated my request. The barista disappeared for a few seconds before reappearing. There was no noticeable change in the volume. He said he HAD turned the music down. By now I realised he was treating me like a fool and wanted the music the way HE wanted and to hell with the customer. We had a rather heated exchange, but the music was so loud I couldn’t hear him properly and his English didn’t help. I picked up my book, left the barely touched latte and left. I have been using this place for years, the staff used to be cheerful and welcoming, and I actually made friends with several, Poles, Turks, Hungarians and Latvians, a great bunch) a Hungarian lady always greeted me with a hug. Great atmosphere. No longer. Won’t be back.

A gem of a breakfast/lunch spot. We were scouring the neighborhood for celiac & nut free options, and Good Life was able to accommodate. The quinoa/rice bowls & the gluten free wraps were tasty. The staff were super friendly and had detailed ingredient lists to help with selections. The portions aren't massive, but we left feel very satisfied. In fact, we ate there multiple times. Thanks for taking care of us!

Managed to get a nice table here and the food looked nice albeit a little on the expensive side. However service at the bar for drinks was terrible! Very slow and the girls behind the bar were chatting. We might have ordered food but decided against it given the poor service! I’d say the ‘girls’ behind the bar were attentive to some whilst completely ignoring others …
