Desagradable, falta de compromiso de barista, el café era horrible, así que lo dejamos, no hay aseo disponible. No volveremos.

Ciertamente no es el mejor café de la ciudad, como dicen. Espresso era agrio y servía tibia. Nada más que decir, pero TA insiste en 100 caracteres.

Una estafa completa, ordenó una infusión fría y el llamado barista simplemente abrió una lata y la vertió sobre hielo. 80 por eso. Qué vergüenza. Por favor, no te enamores del mejor café de la ciudad, evita como la peste.

Gran lugar, personal amable y un gran ambiente, el café era increíble y se tuesta en el lugar. El olor del café persiste y es increíble. Deffo visita de nuevo cuando estoy allí abajo xx 😍

The Hagen Chelsea esppreso bar is situated in Kings Road, Chelsea. It sells a large choice of coffees. It has reasonable prices and because it is small it only has a few seats. Seating is available inside or you can take your drinks away with you. It is a very popular cafe and has helpful staff.

I visited the Kings Road store on Wednesday 7 December and drank a cappucino. Imagine my shock and amazement when I examined my bank account statement on getting home - I had been charged £13.95 for a £3.95 cappucino !!! The problem is the tiny card reading machine which is very difficult to read and can be quickly " adjusted" to fool customers...Are the people here all honest?

As the story goes with a lot of these ‘artisan’ coffee houses, the place and the branding look the part, but the coffee does not live up to expectations. As someone who enjoys a straight black Americano, rather than warm milk, a ton of sugar, a shot of coffee, I actually get to taste the stuff in it’s raw form, and I’m afraid the experience wasn’t good. Looked great after it had first been poured, but smelled and tasted sour, with an almost vomit like odour, something not right with the brewing method.

Hi was at ur coffee shop this morning waiting to be served and ur employee was rude to another customer there no need for anyone to be spoke to like that i think you need speak to ur employee I won’t be near ur cafe again and I be tell all my friends and family not go never ur shop too

Nice friendly attentive staff who provided a quick efficient service. The shop is quite small with a relatively small area to sit in as it is mainly a takeaway. The coffee is very tasty from unusual coffee bean roasts, served expertly by the informative staff at reasonable value.

These people really really know their stuff. Without a doubt the best mocha and tumeric latte I have ever tasted. They also know what quality ingredients are and how to magic them up to perfection!!

This place is definitely for people who appreciate real coffee and not coffee from a chain company. Staff are always so friendly and it's always a really trendy vibe. Great flat whites! A little bit pricey though but other than that it's fab

Advertised iced coffee - utter rubbish. Hot coffee over cold milk. Wouldn’t bother with this pretentious ripoff.

Questo graziosissimo coffee shop è sulla strada principale di Chelsea. Pochi posti da sedere ma il posto è grazioso, lo staff gentile e il caffè delizioso. Io prendo un cappuccino e lui un espresso, prendiamo poi un succo e una pallina proteica. Tutto buonissimo! Complimenti per l’atmosfera

Hagen value their coffee and take it very seriously. There is a science to ensuring that you receive the best that they can make from their quality coffee beans. It’s a pleasure to watch. The team welcome everyone as if they are a local and there is no fuss if you arrive with dogs, babies, children or like me with an electric scooter. This is a brilliant local that the coffee chains could learn from but I doubt could match. It’s about coffee, service and a friendly greeting. Highly recommend. No cash either so that means they must pay the correct tax. Well done Hagen.

A welcome bit of Danish charm has been added to the increasing uniformity of the chain coffee shops on the Kings Road with this independent coffee shop. Great coffee, small but beautifully designed space, great people serving. Fantastic

See the Starbucks on the corner? Well don't go there for heaven's sake! Walk 100m west to Hagen and get a proper coffee!

Fast friendly service, there is a relatively small area to sit but largely a place to takeaway. The coffee is fantastic, served expertly by the informative staff at reasonable value.

Great selection of coffee bean roasts; change of origin regularly enabling a coffee tasting world tour. Excellent. I really shouldn’t be sharing how great this place is with its fabulous coffees and intimate friendly vibe.

This tiny place is definitely worth seeking out in busy Kings Road. A real gourmet coffee type place, they make the most of the limited space and i was able to get a seat at one of the breakfast bars. A very nice latte was enjoyed, promptly served. A definite find this area.

I popped in Hagen a few months back while walking down Kings Road because the name conjured up Nordic coffee in my mind and a quick look-see inside seemed to indicate the cafe was at least Scandinavian inspired. Great coffee, tasty nibbles (I liked the Raw Almond Bite) and friendly staff made the visit worthwhile.

Great ambience and coffee selection of sandwiches and cakes professional staff. Small place with limited seating. If you are on the kings road looking for great coffee this is the place. It's hygge if that means anything to you😂
