I had an excellent sandwich for lunch today. The staff were friendly and efficient and I enjoyed my salt beef surprise roll. I’d recommend it for a quick place for lunch to future visitors…

Lejos de mejorar, este lugar solo ha empeorado con los años. No es solo que la mayor parte de lo que se ofrece no es saludable, como siempre ha sido el caso. Pero si elijo el sándwich menos saludable que pueda encontrar, realmente habría sido preferible si al menos me hubieran ofrecido un plato para ponérmelo, en lugar de arriesgarme a que se caiga del envoltorio sobre la mesa. Ha habido suficientes quejas sobre el personal de este café como para pensar que Waterstones podría leerlos y hacer algo al respecto.

I have been going at this coffee store for a while now. The staff is amazing! These girls are fast, polite, they care about the customer and also they keep the store clean and tidy ! Way better place for enjoying your coffee than any other in the area!

Visited West Hampstead store, wonderful staff and presentation of shop. Loved the displays. Lizzie was especially friendly and helpful with shop. Would go again!

Solo nos detuvimos para tomar un café (mi amigo) y un bocado. Fueron muy complacientes porque en realidad no tomo café y solo quería una leche caliente al vapor. Creo que pensaron que era una solicitud extraña, pero fueron geniales con ella. Grandes brownies de chocolate también.

Un agradable espacio moderno y luminoso era grande para el almuerzo. Dando el número de mesa ascendimos arriba con bebidas y esperamos el resto. En poco tiempo llegaron un par de pizzas. Y muy buenos eran. Nos pareció que el personal era amable y eficiente y atendió a la tarde ocupada con muchos comensales muy bien.

The service at this place is truly the worst I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that things were going to be less than ideal. There were only two servers for the entire section, which seemed completely overwhelmed with customers. As a result, we had to endure an agonizing wait of about 30 minutes just to place our order for each round of drinks. This level of inefficiency was astonishingly frustrating. Additionally, it wasn't just the long wait times that made the experience unpleasant. The servers seemed to completely overlook our table, as we were constantly surrounded by empty glasses that were never cleared away. It gave the impression of disorganization and neglect, adding to the already disappointing experience. This poor service overshadowed any potential enjoyment we might have had from our visit, leaving us dissatisfied and unlikely to return.

Never been into the pub before. Met friends of ours there as it’s half way between our homes That was the best decision of all Lovely old building with low ceilings and loads of caricature The food was some of the best we’ve all had. I had a burger. Cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce and cheese etc My wife had the chicken and said it’s tastes amazing Our friends had the fish pie and the pasta. They both said it was really delicious We all had the bread and butter pudding and custard for dessert. Stunning. What made the place even better was the lady who was running it. Very bubbly, friendly and great to chat too. It was so refreshing to see someone who loved their job. The chef came out and said hello too. Was a nice touch. We will definitely be returning and would recommend it very highly

Esta fue nuestra visita de 1 calle en familia con nuestro nieto de 1 año Al llegar solo había un par de mesas disponibles, ambas estaban sucias, así que cuando nos sentamos limpiamos la mesa nosotros mismos con toallitas de bebé. Luego fui al bar a pedir comida y me atendió un tipo que me trató como si le debiera dinero, sin sonrisa, sin saludos. Me hizo sentir incómodo Pedí comida y cuando pregunté sobre el bistec y el pudín de riñón o era un pastel, dijo que vamos a pudín o pastel es lo mismo (que no es) También pedir ramen tazón de fideos que a su llegada era con patatas fritas en lugar de fideos y no se parecía en nada al menú, así que Dios sabe lo que era. Mi fish & chips estaba bien, pero fue el servicio de atención al cliente que fue el más decepcionante porque no existía, lo que es triste porque la ubicación es buena, pero el personal lo decepcionó. Pedido postre de manzana crumble con helado que llegó con el helado completamente derretido para parecerse a las natillas. Nunca más iremos aquí
