Went here yesterday for sit down drink with my son. When I visited the toilet the stench was incredibly bad - stale urine. The toilet cubicle was filthy. Avoid if possible!

He pasado 30 minutos de mi hora de almuerzo solo para pedir café frostino y sándwich. Hay un montón de moscas alrededor de los pasteles que no están cubiertos. Asqueroso. 5 empleados trabajando pero el servicio fue lento. El miembro del personal y el gerente hablaban en su propio idioma cuando hay una cola de gente esperando, no tan profesional.

Ocupado, pero encontró un asiento y personal amable. Limpio y buena ubicación para Olympia. Bebe como esperas de Costa. Sándwiches y pasteles y galletas muy caros

I am used to American grande coffees. In most of Europe they give you a splash of coffee. Costa has a large American coffee and you can get milk (black and white as they say). Great pastries also!.

Creo que para aquellos que nos gusta el café, esta cadena es la mejor opción en Londres. En el caso de Kensington ofrece además una terraza para aquellos que sean fumadores.

Next to the hilton so good location .what can you say about this chain they are all boringly the same .menus area now old hat but does a job .this branch you had to endure less than friendly staff

Having stayed and tasted the breakfast coffee at the Hilton Olympia ,this Costa is a must. Its in a great location attached to the hotel, and has a good selection of food, and on the days we visited a great Barista making good coffee !!

Sat outside on a hot morning and enjoyed a latte. Coffee always good. Tables clean. Service ok, bit rushed. Good cafe.

I came here for a ‘quick’ take out coffee. The guy serving was a trainee so he asked his colleauge for help as I had a voucher to use. The woman who was teaching him was so rude and abrupt with him when explaining what to do. I ended waiting a while and I even got a roll of the eyes from her when I asked for the type of milk I wanted in my coffee! Unfriendly and slow service from her. I will not be returning!

Nice spot for a coffee this end of Kensington. This Costa has a good selection of food (as well as their usual delicious coffee) and is well staffed with numerous employees. It's a popular spot so it's sometimes difficult to get a table downstairs though you can take your coffee upstairs one floor to the bar area where there are plenty of seats and tables along with a large screen TV. The Blue Corner Cafe down the road at the corner of Hammmersmith Road and North End Road appears to have closed recently, so I'm glad this place continues to thrive. There are tables on the sidewalk/pavement out front as well, which is nice. It's a decent spot to enjoy your brew outdoors with lots of foot traffic for people watching. Overall this is an excellent place for the neighbourhood and is one of only two coffee spots in the immediate area (with the excellent Fitaly across the street being the other). Long may it percolate.

I am a tea addict and require a good serving wherever I go. Does it hurt to let a tea bag steep before putting milk inside the cup alongside it? Other than that upset, they did offer a good Sicilian lemon muffin.

Entire menu full of a mixture of smoothies and when i asked for one i was told 'we don't make smoothies here... and that was it. Why are you advertising items on the menu that you don't make??? no sense whatsover.

Attached to our hotel (Hotel London Olympia Hilton), this cafe can be accessed from the hotel lobby or the street. It has nice staff people and delicious cafe sandwiches and snacks, but the coffee is just too bitter. I found the latte was the only coffee that wasn't too acrid to drink. The outside tables on Kensington High Street were divine first thing in the morning or in the evening. Londoners smoke outside at these tables but I didn't care. It was nice to sip a latte and eat a lemon cake first thing in the morning.

If you want a good cup of coffee, stop in Costa Coffee. The decor & staff are casual, warm & inviting. The coffee is fabulous. Not strong like its competitor. They donot offer almond milk so I order the hazelnut latte with soy milk. IT...
