The manager Viktor was very rude, not professional and was bullying his employees . Do not work with this agency.

Having never been to Kew Gardens before it was with some trepidation that my wife and I visited The Botanical for lunch. We arrived early because of the biting wind and cool temperature so some could argue we got the best of the food as it had just been cooked. We both had the roast rib of beef which was served with roast potatoes, carrots and tender stem broccoli and gravy. It was exceptional the beef was very tender and very thick cut but we each got three slices. It was truly delicious! If I had to criticise the meal it would be that the tender stem broccoli was extremely hard almost uncooked but the quality and quantity of the beef made up for that slight hiccup. The views of the palm house on a good day would be superb!

Lugar encantador para el almuerzo. Comimos en CH & Co en el Palacio de Buckingham, así que no hay tantas opciones como aparentemente están disponibles en Kew Gardens. El clima era genial, así que afuera, bajo una carpa que daba al césped, donde la Reina organiza fiestas de té, fue divertido.

Si el clima es bueno, qué lugar encantador para almorzar. Sentarse viendo el lago y las características de cristal de Chilhully es muy relajante. La comida es muy buena y el servicio es muy personal. Disfrutamos el risotto de guisantes verdes, que era excelente. Todo parte de la visita a Kew, donde necesita un abrevadero, ya que horas de paseo puede ser un desafío.

They offer a good variety of hot dishes, lite fair, salads, sandwiches and so on. I sat outside and enjoyed contemplating the gardens in the glorious sunlight. Self service style cafeteria.

Visited for the first time. Range of food -sausages, fish goujons, bean stew, chicken. The mixed roasted veg looked lovely. You can choose a kid's portion which is very small but available. Did not like the paper plates. The salad looked nice but over-priced and the deli sandwiches were more expensive than a meal. You expect higher prices in places like this I suppose. Noticed a few people had bought some delicious looking and smelling pizzas from outside. We were so jealous. However, apart from the food we witnessed TWO very unprofessional behaviour from a chef to the sole member of staff serving. Quite shocking to berate your staff in public. We reported it to the manager.

The food was reasonable and a good place to rest your aching feet from all the walking you've done in Kew Gardens!

Family and I had cappuccinos and sandwiches. Food and coffee were decent. Price are expensive but you are in London.

Like most people at Hampton Court you need a pit stop as theres so much to see its a long day but what a shame the day is let down by only one thing. THE CATERING. Over priced as you'd expect but I wasn't expecting such a terrible service or quite such aweful food. We had to wait ages to be served. People were being turned away in droves despite empty tables. Hubby ordered a coffee and a cake. The coffee came half an hour before the cake so either cold or consumed before any sight of the cake which then had to be eaten without a drink. I said to hubby the long delay was probably because they wanted to bring all the food out at once and I'd ordered a chicken salad which may have had to be cooked. But no! Despite taking half an our and my glass of wine to go with it all gone, it was fridge cold chicken and cold bllack chargrilled lettuce. I literally only managed a few mouthfuls it was so aweful but the waiter when clearing my virtually full plate didn't take the time to as if everything was ok with the food. Absolutely horrible, overpriced, really felt ripped off. Beware!

The food is rather expensive 4.25 for a slice of cake ordered sandwiches as well they were expensive also the tea was reasonable though.

I was looking forward to seeing what would replace the awful Peyton & Byrne café and this was the first time I had come here in the 4 months since these guys took over. To be honest it is very much the same. A limited amount of hot food - pies basically, a few boxed salads at hugely inflated prices - £8.50 or something and sandwiches from £3.80 for an egg one to about £6.50 for prawn and crab but they looked very ordinary. The cakes looked ok. I tried a flat white coffee which was reasonable. The queue was huge and service quite slow. I am not sure much has changed.
