Such a nice atmostphere and service was great it is a hidden gem in Ickenham would definitely reccomend

Conocí amigos aquí el año pasado y fue genial, pero hoy fue una experiencia ‘nunca más’. £ 5 para una botella de coca caliente. £ 8 para queso rancio y sándwiches de encurtido (sin guarnición, solo dos rebanadas de pan una rebanada de cheddar y un poco de encurtido). La camarera dijo que guardan el pan en la nevera - creo que la realidad es que hacen sándwiches con días de anticipación y los guardan hasta que estén viciados. Nos quejamos y pedimos un reembolso que tomó 20 minutos de llenado de formularios y un viaje a la recepción del hotel para que pasaran siglos en el ordenador. No es de extrañar que te hagan pagar antes de que llegue la comida, probablemente demasiada gente intenta irse sin pagar cuando se cumple con esa norma. El menú tampoco coincide con lo que hay en Internet, la elección es mucho más limitada. Mi recomendación es la fantástica cafetería italiana en el jardín Russell Square donde fuimos después - debería haber ido allí primero!

Noche brillante y un gran lugar! ¡Nos sentamos abajo y Rowland Hawk hizo un espectáculo increíble! Me encantó y sin duda volveré.

Had a great time here watching some footie. Nice old building with lots of smaller rooms to enjoy drinks and food etc. Even has a dedicated karaoke room! The staff were friendly and the food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Nice roof top terrace as well. Would recommend.

Gran alcohol, pintas son excelentes y el jardín de la parte trasera está oculto de la carretera con un montón de asientos. Recomiendo encarecidamente.

En groupe de 55 personnes, voyage organisé. Bon accueil. Repas établi pour tout le monde. Très bon. Tartine de petits légumes, fish and chips, cheese cake. Tout était très bon.

Very POOR hygiene. As someone that works in hospitality i couldn't help but notice the way the gentlemen was handing food. To start off with the worst. They are using the steamer from COFFEE machine( which is used to heat up milk) to make scrambled egg in a plastic jug, not to mention customers that had ordered hot chocolates after that , the SAME steamer was used to make the drinks. Cross contamination?? The gentleman was using his hands to touch veg tomatoes avacado etc not washing his hands in between , then taking payments with the card reader handling money then back to touching food with his hands again! Wiping his hands on the cloth wrapped on him but then using the SAME cloth to wipe the surfaces around him .. chopping boards ect. very disgusting. An audit needs to be put in place for this cafe. I dont want to be that person but this is how people get sick theres just no sense of awareness of BACTERIA. I will never go there again. If you do plan on going pay attention to how your food is being handled it’s important! I ordered a hot drink and after what i saw i didnt drink it.

He visitado un par de veces y siempre encontrar las pizzas tanto buenas como variadas en el tablero de ofertas. La pizza de conejo infantil es una de las favoritas de nuestro hijo de 3 años.

We came upon this lovely, cosy, friendly place by coincidence and are very pleased we did. As it was evening time we had that with the most delicious cocktails we have ever had! The service was great and the staff very friendly. So all in all everything fit in nicely. We had a look at the 'menu' and decided that we'll definitely have to be back to sample the interesting looking dishes. See you soon

Servicio absolutamente peligroso, la niña le preguntó a mi hija cuáles eran sus alergias cuando la visitó hace unos días, Mi hija fue cristalina NO GLUTEN... No es ciencia de cohetes, la chica que tomó su orden lo repitió... Sin embargo a los pocos segundos de comer algo mi hija alérgica al gluten tenía dolores, , gracias a Dios no comió mucho o podría haber estado en el hospital . . ¿CÓMO DEMONIOS SE PUEDEN EQUIVOCAR LAS ALERGIAS . . Inmediatamente los llamamos y la primera cosa que la chica dijo es "oh te dieron gluten, perdón por eso" como si lo siento es realmente bueno . . ABSOLUTAMENTE INCOMPETENTES Y QUE POTENCIALMENTE PONEN EN RIESGO VIDAS

Décevant, accueil froid milieu d'après-midi. Nous avons pris à 4 une carafe de vin rouge, la serveuse ne nous a pas présenté la bouteille, elle a fait le transfert au bar sans que l'on sache si c'était bien le vin que nous avions commandé...Nous sommes répartis comme nous étions arrivés...

Coffee is nice here but unfortunately the staff are a problem. I've been here twice now because of a recommendation from a friend from Greece but we were both let down by the rude and childish staff. Both times I ordered coffee and both times staff just didn't seem bothered and preferred to have gossip or conversations amongst themselves complaining about other people so my orders took a lot longer than they should. I've seen reviews here about potentially racist staff (I'm asian myself) and I certainly have felt some veiled prejudice aimed towards me here but generally I feel they treat most customers with disdain including my Greek friend. Sadly I won't be returning unless the staff attitude improves, clearly more training is needed.

Excelente ubicación para visitar a la familia y viajar en tren a Londres. El parque frente al pub es una buena ubicación para estirar las piernas y ver la vida silvestre - vimos una garza. El personal era muy acogedor y el sistema para acceder a la habitación fuera de horas muy fácil. Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo.

We were very excited to hear that the willow tree will be offering Sunday roasts and we were lucky enough to go for the soft launch. The food was absolutely to die for. I went for the lamb and it was cooked to perfection. The cauliflower cheese was the best I have ever had and I’m really excited to go back for another one! This pub seems to be at its absolute best! Thanks Tony and the team!
