The Inn has undergone a thoughtless renovation of furniture and decor. The 2024 renovation had stocked the rooms with locally made furnishings from Simon Pearce and Pompanoosuc Mills. The current attempt at mid century modern is colorblind and insulting. The decorators failed to consider The College, installing Yale Blue headboards and bedding runners. The multicolored heads in the artwork over the couch are pandering to multi culturalism while failing to recognize that all of the heads are shaped like a patrician white man. It is embarrassing. There is one cute print of Kemeny’s car with a BADIC license plate, but the rest of it is decorated like a typical Homewood Suites now. The Inn itself remains otherwise lovely. The staff are kind and welcoming, the bed is comfortable despite its ugliness, and the location at Dartmouth College (Yhe Home of The Big GREEN - not BLUE!) remains perfect.

Excellent value for money, Good meal deals. Can purchase a large selection coffee ground & beans. You can also purchase a large selection of flavoured syrups inc. sugar free. You can eat in or take away. Toilet on site. Close to Dunstable shopping centre and, backs onto large pay & display car park.( Free parking Wed & Sat.after 1pm. Free on Sunday).

Great bar and staff, highly recommended

Celebré mi baby shower con té por la tarde en Papillon Coffee House, y no podría haber sido más perfecto. El ambiente era cálido, acogedor y bellamente decorado, un lugar encantador para una ocasión especial. Lisa y el personal era fantástico: genuinamente amable, atento sin ser intrusivo, y tan servicial en todo. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el momento en que llegamos y fuimos más allá para hacer que el día se sienta especial. El té de la tarde en sí era fresco, delicioso y muy bien presentado. Realmente se podía decir que la comida era casera con cuidado - desde los sabrosos sándwiches de dedos a los bollos y golosinas dulces, todo estaba listo. Recomiendo encarecidamente Papillon para cualquiera que busque un lugar encantador con un gran servicio y comida de calidad. Sin duda volveremos!

This is a regular stop for brunch or lunch if we are in beccles. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. They have some lovely looking, freshly made produce to eat in or takeaway. It's also a great place to look for a birthday or Christmas gift as they have lots of interesting shelves of food and ingredients that are reasonably priced. I've no doubt this will continue to be somewhere we regularly visit.

This is a proper pub with good food. And the staff? Well I can't thank them enough for accommodating my not very frequent visits with special requests. Hubby said the beer was very good. Ziggy said the doggy beer on tap (water) was tasty too xx

Fantastic café! Great coffee, and the milkshake was amazing!! Really recommend the paninis. Staff very friendly and welcoming, and overall a great atmosphere.
