Food is a little expensive and need to do LARGE coffees!

Fabulous food with excellent service

Have bought in person with no issues. The mail order is more of an issue, ordered 3 packs of hot chocolate, 2 of the 3 came punctured and wrapped in a royal mail plastic bag stating damaged in transit. The packaging was wholly inadequate. Worst still, sent an email and totally ignored! Shame as flavours as great, service..not so much

I like Tilly. Great driving range facility and a very good course for the money. It does get a bit boggy in the winter but summer golf is always better anyway. Some nice challenging holes with some pretty cool elevation changes.

First time here. Food & drinks were served with a smile, good food, good service.

The front of house aspects were understandably good for a village pub offering excellent food and beer choice; however, what I'll really take away from this place is how good their gents toilets smelt! It was sublime! If you're the type of drinker who judges an establishment by how they maintain their toilets, then this place is a winner for you! 👍🏻🙂

I came for breakfast. The server was accommodating and the poached eggs perfect. They seemed a bit out of their depth over the avocado, even though it's on the menu and was delivered. Very cheap and the locals I spoke to in the neighbourhood, all spoke highly of them

We were recommended the Hide and were so pleased with this little hidden cafe/ bistro. Really cute with good food, drinks and service. I'll pass the recommendation on.

We can highly recommend this gorgeous tearoom. From the moment you enter you are made to feel very welcome. Came for the celebration afternoon tea yesterday and omg the food not only looked inspiring it tasted fabulous too, the difficult part was where to start as there was a lot. The lovely staff are all attentive but leave you to enjoy and savour their culinary delights. We couldn't manage all the champagne so the remainder of the bottle was wrapped up for us to bring home with us along with a couple of boxes of food (care and attention to every detail) A massive thank you for making my early birthday a wonderful celebration 🍾 🥂

Haven’t been to the George for a while Thought we’d try it for lunch today as new proprietors Pretty good Friendly service The salmon mousse and whitebait starters we very nice Emma’s pizza was a fraction under baked for us but tasty My burger was fine - like the idea of the black pudding in it but needed a slab of tomato in there for me Enjoyed it

Great food and decent portions. Would recommened and will go again. Slightly expensive but not fussed due to quality of food. Friendly staff. Minor one but high chair does not fit in between table legs so ends up sticking out and felt slightly in the way due to this as was next to a walkway.

A good range of beers in an intimate pub. Very friendly.
