I was very sad, I didnt see Alex last time I went. Massive bummer, I expected to see Alex. Alex in previous reviews sounds like an absolute mug.

Often pop in whilst browsing garden centre. Every week there is a Carry on to get a scone it’s ridiculous. Been told only have them for a short time as popular item. (Yes they are good) But rarely available when we are there. We were there around 12.30pm on this occasion and it wasn’t that busy yet still no scones so we were told. Was Easter so had family with us so back to table to rethink ….wanted chips, steak sandwich, baked potato. Ooops unable to serve any hot food for at least an hour ! Really it’s just not good enough at all. Not only are customers being badly let down but surely a loss in revenue for Watering Can too. After saying politely how this just isn’t right we were told it’s due to lack of staff and not enough scones. My solution is order or bake more scones and employ more staff. Tbh it’s a no brainer. Ended up with (though delicious as were coffees) slices of Victoria sponge and a pre packaged Bakewell. Poor substitutes however. Not the nutrition we or our young family members required or expected. Expensive for coffee and cake. Poor experience and spoiled our expensive day ( as bought lots of plants and other items ).

Probably the worst costa coffee in the uk, miserable staff and they just don't care about your drink, they are supposed to be baristas that make coffee your way but don't,

Visited Pausa in Wolverhampton Dunelm for lunch waited 25mins to be served ! No soup, no jacket spuds !! No system you have one person serving drinks so other staff can serve. When my husband asked why he was told to get out !! He is diabetic and had his injection so he needed to eat. He told them he wasn’t complaining he just wanted some answers. If you are going to offer cafe facilities please ensure they are run efficiently. If you don’t have the items take them off the menu. I am sorry to write this but all the customers were complaining I shop at Dunelm regularly it is a great shop, but sorry will not use cafe again. Mrs Tame

Early Dinner with my husband. The new menu looks very good. I had something from the new Specials board, Maple glazed Pork Belly with Mash and Tenderstem Broccoli. It was delicious, cooked by Harley. I thoroughly recommend it. Hubby had Sausage and Mash and enjoyed every bit.

Very friendly staff. Good food. Not so keen on the music a bit young for us. The desert was fabulous Toffee and Honeycomb cheese cake. The Shiraz wine was also very good. Good service from DaisyT

Possibly the worst Joe and Juice store I have been too! Staff should take note of online orders as there has been several juices made up of the wrong ingredients… I think if this was in a suitable establishment with a cafe like feel then things would not be so chaotic! They need more staff who are quick enough to deal with customers and keep things moving in a fast paced order.

We visited with family for a significant wedding anniversary and the evening was ruined by the extremely slow service and the food certainly wasn’t worth the money they charge. Our starters arrived with no problems, but after these were cleared we waited over an hour for our mains. One member of the group had to leave with a child who was nearly falling asleep at the table and could not wait any longer. They asked to have theirs to take away and even gave up waiting for that and left. The restaurant was not even particularly busy considering it was a Saturday night. We called the manager over to ask why the food was taking so long and she said that there were a lot of people with allergies that night and that meant they had to cook things separately. If this was actually the case then why were we not warned that the food was going to take longer than normal? When the food came over it was very average and certainly wasn’t worth the wait. We were not at all impressed with the manager’s response, she came across very disinterested and not at all empathetic. We said we were not paying for the 2 meals for the people that had left and we were not happy paying full price for the rest of the meal. She said she would have to call her manager to see what she could do and then went off for some time and said she couldn’t get hold of them. She said she was only authorised to knock 25% off the meal, then when I asked to see the bill she had taken this discount off with the 2 meals still on there for the people who had to leave. I queried this and she said that was included in the 25%, I then said we weren’t prepared to pay for those meals and asked her to take these off before applying the discount. I don’t feel this was a satisfactory resolution to the issues we had. We won’t be eating there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. However, we went to guest services the following morning to raise our issues and I have to say the staff there were very helpful, the Food and Beverage Manager took the time to come and listen to our feedback and rectified the situation.
