The most welcoming place we have ever been. Greeted by the owners who went out of their way to get to know our family. Instantly involved with the locals. This place has a really welcoming and inviting feel. While we were there it was a Karaoke night and wow, everyone got involved, the whole place was just laughs and honest conversations and there was not a bit of trouble from anyone. 100% will be returning, we feel like family already. This place is the definition of a local.

We greeted the landlady at the door only to be scoffed at she ask for id which we presented and got served and a mere 5 minutes later we were advised to drink up and leave we were half the clientel so proceed with caution make sure the landlady has her mussle on because she will spit venion im sure its a front for money and cigarete laundering

This had been a firm favourite of ours for a Sunday lunch, however today we were very disappointed. The poor response from the staff only furthered my disappointment.

Majority of the time when I have gone through drive thru they have not made my drinks correct. This is aprox the 10th time this has happened over the years. I don’t know why I bother going to that one when every time it’s made wrong! Would prefer to drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Orton where they never mess the drinks up. Many people have said the same.
