Dont bother, place is awful. 20 mins wait for a latte and not even that busy. Cars show up in seconds get served immediately yet in person customers left to wait. Tables left dirty, no customer service or manners from staff rushed off their poor feet with headsets on. I dread to think the micro managing in their ears! No managers in sight. Won't bother to return!!!

We went today for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, the service was such a let down. Not a hello, not a thank you or not even an ‘enjoy your coffee have a nice day’ from any of the staff. They ignored us when we took the coffee, sandwich and cake. Four people were in the service area, there was no excuse to have a coffee shop full of dirty tables full of cups and greasy chairs. The experience today was not enjoyable and would not go back or recommend!

I have been using this Starbucks for years as a Hampton local and never had any issues however I've noticed a decline in service quality over the past few weeks. The staff appear less attentive and often lack situational awareness, with some interactions seeming rather rude. There’s a total disregard for customers. Despite ordering through the mobile app to avoid issues with the tills (they’re often down and can’t take payment) I frequently experience long wait times—sometimes up to 15 minutes—and find that my order is not acknowledged or placed in the designated area. This inconsistency and lack of acknowledgment from staff, especially during peak times, detracts from a positive customer experience and needs to be addressed.

I received the wrong food, which had chilli in it. You need to be more careful as I get IBS which can cause severe stomach cramps. The food was also very expensive for what I received, so it definitely didn't feel like good value for money.

Had recently gone into store with my partner for two drinks thoughout the closing hour of the day, inwhich me and mainly my partner were treated with absolutely horrendous customer service, the blonde individual who made the drinks didnt even communicate, engage eye contact and worst of all gave my partner her drink in a disgusted, angry manner. This made my partner extremely upset considering how excited shes been all week for her favourite drink. What makes matters worse is the exemplary customer service they provided their friend following suit. Very disgusted by the customer service, which is a shame since the past anount of times, service has been great. Unlikely to return Many thanks

Met a friend here, but considering I could see 4 members of staff, only one was actually making drinks, one was doing the drive thru and 2 were doing absolutely nothing, that despite there being a huge queue waiting for their drinks to be made. Service was horrifically slow... drank my lukewarm coffee in 2 mins, my friend was still waiting for gers after 10 mins.

The staff in this Starbucks are extremely rude, I’m not normally the one to speak negatively of hospitality staff however these people really need to take their attitude somewhere else. They give constant dirty looks and almost hate it when they have to make a drink and when you ask a question they roll their eyes and answer very rudely. They also sigh and make drinks with 0 effort. Starbucks really needs to look into their staff more and take these kind of reviews more seriously.

The manager here needs to get the sack, shockingly bad service. . It is without doubt consistently the slowest place possibly in Europe to get a coffee. It’s not rocket science running a coffee shop but for some reason here they think it’s fine to always keep customers waiting 20mins for a flat white in the drive thru. I shall never return.

One of the baristas there, Riley, is rude, and constantly belittles other staff members; in front of customers I might add! It’s disgusting behaviour and I’m not the only person to witness this. Riley is rude and is more concerned about rushing orders and thinking it’s okay to put others down, than treating fellow staff members and customers with respect and compassion.

My recent visit to Starbucks was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, it became evident that the management and hygiene were severely lacking. Firstly, I was appalled by the extreme unprofessionalism displayed by the manager, Reily. Their lack of interest in addressing customer needs was evident, as they seemed disinterested and indifferent during my attempt to communicate my concerns. It's disheartening to encounter such a dismissive attitude in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction. Moreover, the long wait I experienced was frustrating. The inefficiency of the staff and the seemingly chaotic organization contributed to the unnecessarily prolonged waiting time. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but it appeared that the management was ill-equipped to handle the situation effectively. The poor hygiene standards further added to the negative impression. The establishment looked unkempt, with unclean tables and floors, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the premises. To my dismay, I noticed dead flies trapped in the window, which only served to reinforce my disappointment with the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. Starbucks has always been synonymous with quality and exceptional service, but my recent encounter at this particular location was far from it. I hope that management takes these criticisms constructively and endeavors to improve their operations for the benefit of all customers. I regret that my experience fell far below my expectations, and I'm left with a lingering feeling of dissatisfaction. I hope that others will be spared from such a disheartening encounter in the future.

Customer service is weird as cashier barely speaks english, my wife couldn't understand a single word, Barista is rushing as if the world is coming to an end, coffee tastes like water, there is clearly more ice in it than coffee or milk and my pregnant wife clearly stated "no cream", now shes crying, never seen her so disappointed. Quantity over quality in this coffee shop, very sad, very lame on Starbucks owners, paying such a price for what, a brand? Choosing Costa next time for sure

I just went to the one in Hampton the 2 women got my order wrong i asked for a vanilla latte I got a normal when I asked for the coffee to be corrected she added 3 pumps of vanilla. Ordered a coffee at 09.30 - 5 minutes away from restaurant. Asked to be delivered in 30 minutes as me and my colleagues have a break at that time. Delivery time was changed for additional 30 minutes by just eat. Spent whole break by waiting outside and driver appeared only after I called restaurant to cancel my order. Will never order again.

shockingly bad starbucks, been here before and drinks took like 30 mins. here today drink taste like gone off coffee with no flavour and when you pay 5.50£ for the extra syrups it’s a joke. worst starbucks around peterborough easily. barista was slagging us off as well saying “there coming around again” and “ i added the right stuff” like we couldn’t hear her. so rude and when we got to the drive through she shouted “ any allergens” without even a nice greeting. disgusting she should be sacked, no welcoming anything. defo won’t be coming here again id rather go to the many other starbucks around peterbrough with nice reviews, nice and welcoming service and decent drinks.

Double espresso wasn't good, no toilet facility available as it was broken, customer parking signs plastered everywhere, some chairs having unclean, dry and sticky coffee over them. It wasn't even busy. Is it too much to ask that they keep the place clean and tidy or just check the chairs and tables are wiped down for the next customer? Poor. Not what I would expect from this brand.

I gave this a 5 star review before however sadly this is now a 1star been back 4 times and service is very bad now (not the staff fault but their management) arrived to be told yet again more than 15 min wait as Milne orders take precedence what about customers in the shop????? Sorry Starbucks but your standards have slipped very badly and this will be my last visit to this store which is a shame as staff are doing there best considering understaff and under appreciated. Another perfectly happy customer who have had their day spoiled by the company Starbucks have managing their car park. Make sure not to visit more than once, because "civil enforcement" parking management appear to consider the time you spent in their car park to be that between the first time you arrive and the final final time you leave, no matter how many times you leave inbetween! I had thought these companies were a thing of the past.

I didn't eat there, so can't comment on food. Went in there on a quiet Sunday afternoon to shoot some pool. Service was friendly and quick. There was only about 7 of us there at the time, hence lower atmosphere score. It was starting to fill up, as we were leaving. I'd happily go back to shoot pool or watch the football. Ps great value pool table £1 for 2 goes. Plus great cloth...fast table.

Table were not cleaned, one of the worker take single trays instead of more of it as they were not full. Table are disgusting to even sit on them. One of the worker are just standing near till area.

Ordered food and drinks but delivered only the drinks. If they cannot complete the order then they should either decline the order or at least let us know as this is the second time now.
