Shake Tastic in Hertsmere

I was very sad, I didnt see Alex last time I went. Massive bummer, I expected to see Alex. Alex in previous reviews sounds like an absolute mug.

it was amazing there was a worker called alex who made 4 drinks very quickly and it was an amazing drink. the one worker alex was super kind.

I went to Shaketastic in mill hill and they were very friendly and amazing service, they gave me a free topping and had a chat with me while they were making it. Definitely reccomend

Good shakes for the kids, but I am lactose intolerant and they always seem to be out of lactose free ice cream for the shakes

Parking on site is full . No customers in the shop who are actuall parking in the space. Therefore customers who need to drop off to get a shake cannot because spaces are property of other shops. Younger generation cannot take constructive critasium to bad service. Tried to make a telephone order , the staff member (Alex) on the phone said I cannot make a telephone order and need to come in. I was extremely shocked that in a modern age it’s not possible to place an order over the phone ???? I put the phone down and walked into the shop and the manager whos car is parked in the customer car park was also argumentative and would not see the situation from a customers perspective. ( Staff should not be parking in areas for customer ) One thing to note the staff member (Alex) does not know if I have children in the car hence having to call to make the order in the first place. I think shaketastic need to audit the type of people they employ and have a few mistry shoppers come into the store to observe how their staff are truly serving the general public. In all honesty after the way they both made me feel I don’t even want to drink this milkshake any more. BAD SERVICE. Would not recommend it. And do not want to spend my money there again.

I came into the location and that was my first mistake. The service is an absolute disgrace. It used to be a nice enjoyable place to visit but how that has changed. A chubby guy that served me is an insult to the company. Not even a hello, couldn’t pass me the card reader, seemed to have no attention span except for talking to his mate making the drinks. Seemed to not want to tell me my drink was ready until I looked up. It’s not a hard job however you would of thought judging by his attitude he was creating a deal for Brexit. Have a look at your customer service and maybe even apply a smile when people come for a milkshake on a sunny day. Definitely won’t be returning.

Till was broken - no sign was put up. After 15 minutes, we reached the front of the queue, then they told us we could not use cash or coins.

The milkshakes are alright and the lotus one is very nice. The service is alright but they could be more friendly. Overall it is quite sickly but alright.

My first trip to Shaketastic Mill Hill was a real disappointment! The service was poor and VERY VERY SLOW. Two staff present in the store. One making shakes and one just taking orders and payments. They have 3 machines but were only utilising one. When I suggested that it would be helpful if the other colleague also prepared shakes, I was told “this is how we have to do things” after waiting 20 minutes or so, I asked for a refund which I was given without any issues. I also work in the service industry and would rather spend my hard earned money somewhere where they understand the concept of customer service

I come here at least once a week, it's super yummy!! I have at least 5 chocolates bars in every time I go!, you can have whatever you want and take it away! Yay!! Super yummy And I love the fact you can have a loyalty card and still collect on other cards!

I love shaketastic, I go here regularly to grab milkshakes for work colleagues (and myself of course). I really love the clockwork orange, but you could make anything you fancy! Very easy. The staff are happy and chatty. I definitely think anyone reading this should give it a go, it's nice!

You have to pay extra for dairy-free which is stupid & service is never friendly at all. Better off going independent and saving yourself £5 on a SMALL milkshake

My grand children loves the place. ~Every day would be ideal for the them. We have problems every time we visit - they say I say no. However, we do have fun. Unfortunately, not tooo healthy.

Service unfriendly and you are treated like a number - come in and get out! They are like a production line.
