Nice Costa, always busy and the service is always slow in comparison to other branches. That said the staff are very friendly and always helpful. Food and drinks always good quality, hot and fresh

By far the worst English breakfast I have ever had, no atmosphere, all very clinical and the ordering system is just wrong, i could go on so many things wrong 😑 Tesco you should be ashamed of yourself for producing such a poor service and quality of food

Sorry to say we wasn't happy this time, we normally vist when we come to visit our friends in this area. This time we had the mixed grills, both had cold chips and the chicken wasn't cooked enough. When we ask the staff about the chips they said they would replace them. By the time we finished, we left, on the way out I asked where the chips were and they said sorry we forgot to bring them over, do you want them now? At witch point I said no thank you, we have finished our meals now, and the chicken wasn't hot or cooked enough. I would understand if it was really busy too but it wasn't that busy at this time. We really wasn't happy paying the amount we paid for the cold undercooked food 😒

Typical bland Costa cafe. Guy who too the order polite and helpful. Girls who delivered the order were OK. However, there were bags of waste and used crockery at the end of the counter that should be in the kitchen out of customer view. Toilets were in awful more on the floor ban in the WC. Due to acoustics any chat from other customers can be heard by every one else. Of course, the food is overpriced and very ordinary and limited for choice.
