Visitamos el Gallery Café (en la base) para Trestle café y croissant, sábado por la mañana las Artes Base sólo está abierta el sábado durante el semestre escolar. Como clases de ballet estaban teniendo lugar el café estaba bastante concurrida. Había una exposición de artes, como parte de la Open estudios; el Herts artista, Audrey Woodhead, debería haber estado presente, pero no la vi. Base de Artes Trestle es conocido por sus máscaras teatrales y muchos de estos se muestra alrededor del edificio. El café era normal, el croissant era agradable. Wi-fi disponible; el personal era amable. En la esquina del café es una cesta con juguetes infantiles y libros. Cuidado: el horario es diferente durante las vacaciones escolares

We have visited this Costa a few times now and the coffee is always nice and freshly made. The only thing we didn't like was on this occasion a dog was allowed to sit on a seat with an elderly couple and keep it's head on the table. We find that very unhygienic and decided not to get any food. Surely if dogs are allowed keep them on the floor.

58 High StreetReally well located pub with modern, characterful bedrooms. Immaculately clean bathroom. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast in a lovely light dining area. Epic eggs Benedict. There can be some road noise for bedrooms at the front, and there is no car parking, but loads of options surrounding the pub.

30-32 Market PlaceDog friendly. Friendly staff and lovely coffee. Nice sofa/soft seating (but limited) downstairs. Get a seat by the window and watch the world go by. Larger seating area and toilets are upstairs. Accessible toilet is downstairs just past the cashier area.

2 High StreetPub open all day, from 10 for coffe moring Mon, Wed, Fri. Servibg Landlord and Bass but may change. Earnestly seeking a chef to serve food like they used to do.
