Absolutely ridiculous customer service, Poor customer service.

Food is disgusting not only are the toasties only toasted on one side they don’t clean their ovens so I got a ham and cheese toastie that was contaminated with pizza base 🤮 so unhygienic

They've given it a facelift that's as bright and fresh as a summer's morning, but don't worry, they've kept the same old predictable menu to remind you of their firm commitment to monotony. But what truly sets this place apart is their innovative approach to cleanliness - or rather, lack thereof. It's like they've created this avant-garde art installation of unwashed crockery scattered artistically across the tables each morning, a sight that could bring tears to the eyes of any self-respecting pig. Afternoons, though? That's when the magic really happens. The place transforms into a bustling, post-lunch fester-fest that would make a piggy squeal with joy. It's a mystery as perplexing as the Bermuda Triangle as to why the staff seem so nonchalant about it. And as for COSTA management allowing this to continue? It's a plot twist that would give M. Night Shyamalan a run for his money. So if you're into avant-garde art installations or aspiring to become a pig-whisperer, this is the place for you!

The two servers who were on duty today were helpful, friendly and efficient - providing excellent customer service all round.

Went today with my son and I managed to smash a coffee glass all over the table and floor. Amazingly kind and helpful staff member checked we were ok, thoroughly cleared it up and even replaced my drink, being cheerful all the time. Great service and staff that go above and beyond.

Needs more staff of a morning, queues are always huge as there are only 2 staff members working

I bought an oat and hazelnut latte, but it was really a hassle: I thought it'd be a standard to expect that the staff making the coffee wore gloves and masks when they're preparing drinks, but it wasn't. When I asked for it, the stade bedrudgingly found the mask and placed it below the nose where it made absolutely no difference, and only got it in check and put on gloves when I insisted. In addition, I ordered oat milk, as mentioned, and later realised it was real milk, so I got sick from it. I don't think they take the health and safety very serious.

Not an amazing attitude from the lady serving me. Gave her a £10 note to pay, was rudely asked "Do you not have a card to pay with?" If I want to pay by cash I will, it was rude the way she asked. Additionally, my drink was lukewarm despite me requesting extra hot, but I only realised this when I was in my car and had no time to notify them of this. This happened between 12:45 and 1pm. Normally no problems with my order here.

Great toilets, well worth a cheeky visit if you're caught short.

Always slow to serve and long queues even when not busy, utlerly filthy with stuff on every table and definitely under staffed. No customer service skills from staff either, not even a smile. It might be convenient but not care or pride, so many other good cafes locally

Nice coffees but limited sandwich range. Just about every sandwich has cheese.

Had my 1st Christmas drink, skinny spiced cappuccino and a new beef and caramelized onion baguette.....highly recommend

Got to say the Costa Coffee at Milton Tesco has a wonderful team- super helpful and REALLY friendly. I had to wait there for a lift after a car accident and the staff really looked after me. It was clean everything presented with care and pride and nothing was too much trouble. Others could take a leaf out of this places book. Can't recommend enough - you won't be disappointed.

Es increíble que en esta época, Costa no pueda ofrecer opciones sabrosas sin gluten. ¡Proporcionan dos pasteles preenvasados que son tan dulces que arrancarían el esmalte de sus dientes con un solo bocado! Realmente es horrible y hay que evitarlo.

0 ayuda precio superior para un café con leche y hacía frío dentro de 5 minutos. Debe saber mejor que usar Costa. Embalaje excesivo también

So NOT open when they say they are!

Great service as always and, as always, you get the impression that they are perminatly understaffed. Despite that hindrance, they work hard for the customer, nothing is ever too much trouble and with a smile. Just wish it was staffed properly, so that the staff were not under pressure.

Such helpful friendly staff at Tesco Costa,, Cambridge. Patrick even took time to make sure the lid was on correctly on our grandsons babychino when he started to drink it. He went the extra mile. A credit to Costa.

For service - friendly and helpful. Customer seating area needs an update but this might be Tesco' s responsibility rather than Costa.

Ideal for a quick drink and a bite to eat while out shopping. Only drawback is it's quite small.

Always busy, staff always seem to be running around like headless chickens, but its normally fast service, the seating area is normally kept clean and tidy, a little pricey but worth it

Had a lovely coffee break with daughter and grandchildren. Just missed some kind of easter event but got given balloons and my granddaughter liked the lady with the bunny face.

Good coffee, pretty good food and service. It's pretty expensive though isn't it. The barista was a little frosty at first but ended up smiling which was nice. I suppose she had an excuse. It was very early. Perhaps she needed a coffee. Porridge was too watery but the sandwich was good.

It is a tea shop today and not a coffee shop. They can't serve coffee or chocolate drinks because the coffee machine is out of order.

Excellent - always - tesco milton

3 staff on duty to serve 2 customers and the lady on the till started taking the next persons order before I'd finished paying! Then stacked all the chairs on the table like they're about to close. Its 5pm and it shuts at 7! Not what I'd call customer service.

Not enough staff A little disinterested with role and responsibilities

I burnt my tongue because I'm mentally 5 years old.

It's not helpful being handed out servittes half the time forgotten and difficult when you have elderly or very young with you to be given 1 each turning me off Costa will probably change to starbucks

They always run out of gluten free sandwiches which is not good for us coeliacs. However at least they try.

Great Costa branch with lovely staff and hands on, friendly manager. Staff know their regular customers and their orders which is a really nice touch.

Enjoyed my visit today due to it being fairly quiet ... managed some yarn bombing creativity ... oversized pom poms .... as well as enjoying my refreshing glass of water along with a slice of lemon drizzle.

Poor service follows me. Ordered drink to go And they kept missing me Shouting others that ordeed after me Never been to a miss manged costs like it one before.

Always busy - but busy in a good way. The staff remember who you are if you've been a small handful of times. They have good banter and just seem to be able to make great Costa! Good work guys!

One Costa is much like another. This one is busy and noisy.

Decent Costa, crowded at lunch times. Handy for supermarket.

Standard Costa Coffee concession within Tesco. Only access is from within the store. Can be pretty noisy.

Food and drink are good, but the seating area is very cramped.

No clear tables slow rude staff!!! No power sockets No Costa Wifi to work with if your in the area make effort to use Costa at beehive centre far better unit.

Absolutely fabulous place to go the staff are friendly and costa also offer a range of coffee and other drinks and also a variety of sandwiches and cakes
