Stunning pub in a great location. The friendliest of staff. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended this place to me for Sunday lunch and it did not disappoint. I had the pork and it was absolutely delicious - the portions are very generous and absolutely everything was cooked to perfection. The pub itself is cosy, with an open fire and country feel. The staff were all brilliant and the service super fast. The desserts looked amazing but we were too full to order one - I heard another customer get a dessert to take away which I later wished I had done! The price is really reasonable too, particularly for the amount of food you get - 7 different types of veg, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. A very generous portion of meat plus perfect crackling with the pork. You can also order extras - we had the stuffing which was also delicious. We will be going back here as soon as possible - best roast dinner I’ve had outside my Mum’s!

although she hasn’t been in that recently due to an injury becca will never fail to make the plough an amazing atmosphere, with her bubbly smile and amazing character. she is a phenomenal glass collector

SENSATIONAL SARAH ..!! Just wanted to express our LOVE & GRATITUDE for Sensational Sarah today ..!! It was our first visit to The Dolphin 🐬 Cafe today and it won’t be our last ..!! Sarah was professional, kind and really loved by all the customers. The chef was also so kind and passionate and you could feel the love of food through her cooking. We had a lovely table outside for myself and my two children. The food was well presented, hot, fresh and delicious. I had a plain omelette with salad and chips. The children had food from the children’s menu. Loved the menu was simple but a perfect cafe menu ..!! The price point was spectacular value for money. We can’t wait go back and try the pancakes. Just stayed here, room was really hot with no fan or AC. Two pillows that were awful and uncomfortable, no tv in the room. No extra pillows

At nearly £9 for a slice of cake and a tiny coffee that I fm invited to pay before sitting in, I would expect the cake cream filling not having grotty finger marks on top. Also they brought the drink long after and by that time I had lost all interest having a conversation with unwelcoming staff.Needless to say I walked out without touching it. Don't go there.

Visited here twice whilst on holiday in Sewerby. We just had coffee & cake which were really nice, chocolate cake was delicious. Lovely staff & friendly service

Absolutely amazing pub with great staff

I live local and find the greedy pricing not only deluded but offensive considering how much people are struggling financially. £6.95 for a small average ciabatta, £0.50p charges for oat milk, coffee shops have gotten used to people being sheep with there money. Could have gone to a restaurant for the price of two sandwiches and two coffees. Won’t be back.

We had a really lovely breakfast at Lorenzo’s this morning – the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. The café itself is spotless and has a warm, welcoming family feel to it. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t resist picking up some of their homemade cakes to take away – they looked too good to leave behind! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Really good value, everyone was helpful and the food was okay

Had a full English Breakfast from here which was amazing, the wife had a bacon and sausage stottie on their new stottie and said it lovely, definitely our go to place for breakfast in Morpeth.
