Our visit was a delightful experience when we went for a birthday brunch. The refugee volunteers and Arash the manager were delightful, attentive and friendly. There is a good selection of food — we both went for the full English, which we would definitely recommend! The staff were also able to cater for a brown bread preference. The coffee was wonderful too and they have a cortado option (a fave choice for my wife!). The atmosphere is very open and relaxing. A great place to meet up for a hot drink and a bite, a chat with a friend to discuss business. We will definitely be back!

Pasé varias veces en coche y decidí venir. Tuvimos una cena de pescado con papas fritas, con un pudín de toffee pegajoso para después. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. y el personal amable y conversador que mejora la experiencia. Absolutamente limpio e impecable con interiores encantadores. Sin duda iré de nuevo.

We wanted a drinks stop during a seafront walk for drinks and found this lovely, elevated bar overlooking the harbour area. All seats are outside, so opening is weather dependent, but we found fantastic seats and enjoyed drinks in the sunshine (the cocktails were amazing). Service was excellent from 2 friendly girls and the food menu looked good and reasonably priced. The bar was full when we left and we’ll definitely be back.

We have been coming here prior to it officially opening and will continue to keep returning. The breakfasts are beautiful and the pooch (dog) approves too. Lovely location, great job.

Excellent quality that took me back to my college canteen days, really great value and I advise everyone to try this place at least once.

Fantastic range of drinks and cakes in beautiful position off the Minster. We will aim for here on our next visit to Hull. Trinity market next door is also good.

We have been here several times and have always received a lovely warm welcome, the venue is small but immaculate and the cocktails are by far the best ones I’ve tasted (they really take their time to deliver a very well presented delicious drink). We can’t wait for our next visit

No es la primera vez que estamos, pero el menú cambia regularmente (salvo algunas grapas) ; nos encontramos en la zona y pensamos en mover la cabeza. Parece que es aún más popular, ya que se habían agotado sus increíbles cruasanes - sustituí el pan de plátano; todavía increíble, pero no iba con el tocino y salchichas, debería haber tenido el pan con semillas (corte algunos de mi esposa después de que había pulido el plátano). Mi esposa tenía la remolacha (no para mí), la masa madre sembrada y el tofu revuelto. El tofu revuelto. Juro que nunca he probado tofu como él en mi vida; es absolutamente increíble... Te animaría a ir allí.

After reading so many rave reviews, I couldn't resist a visit, and boy, was it worth the hype! As we stepped into the cozy restaurant, we were instantly charmed by its laid-back ambiance and the groovy tunes playing in the background. The intimate setting, with only six tables, makes booking in advance a must! We noticed a few couples walk in, hoping for a table, but they ended up grabbing seats at the bar. So, word to the wise: book ahead to avoid disappointment! On a chilly evening, the warmth of the restaurant felt like a loving embrace. And although they don't have an alcohol license, the 'bring your own booze' policy is a fun touch. We chose to keep it sober this time, in preparation for the upcoming holiday festivities. Wolfmann's menu, a delightful selection of Asian-inspired dishes, changes weekly, with some specials featured on a board above the bar. You can always sneak a peek at previous menus on their Facebook page to get a taste of what to expect. The friendly staff welcomed us with open arms and promptly took our drink orders while we ogled the mouthwatering menu options. After much debate (and the desire to order everything), I settled on the salt and pepper Tofu with a side of spring rolls. My better half couldn't resist the roast belly pork, accompanied by a generous serving of salt and chilli fries. To our delight, the service was impressively swift, and our food arrived in just 20 minutes! The Tofu was a symphony of flavors and textures, with tender pieces perfectly seasoned and paired with a vibrant mix of fresh greens. The spring rolls were crispy, succulent, and packed with a punch, thanks to the spicy dipping sauce. My wife's roast belly pork was a showstopper, boasting crispy crackling atop melt-in-your-mouth pork, served on a bed of tangy pickled cabbage. The salt and chilli fries were the perfect sidekick, adding a spicy kick and satisfying crunch. In conclusion, our experience at Wolfmann's Eating House was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of a relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff, and, most importantly, divine Asian-inspired dishes make this spot a must-visit in South Shields. If you want a nice experience out with great Service that your find yourself leaving at the end with a smile and feeling good. this is it. Top drinks, top team, top bar! Had a grand time as the team really made it an enjoyable evening. Grate service with a well designed interesting Appearance. The team seam to just enjoy working with each other also so it all comes together and just gives a general quality experience all round.. it’s just one of these real good things out there. I rate it. And recommend.
