A small but lovingly run bistro. The staff are very friendly and patient if you don't speak English very well. The food is very tasty.

Had a great night, superb beer, friendly atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. What more could you ask for?

Steak was perfectly medium rare as ordered, buffalo and blue cheese burger with onion rings was 10/10. Server/owner Matt was warm and welcoming.

A long anticipated visit turned out to be extremely disappointing. We were there mid-week, mid-afternoon when it wasn’t particularly busy. However we waited quite a while to be served. Drinks (tea and champagne) arrived after a bit of a wait and the hugely anticipated cheesecake didn’t arrive at all. Having seen another couple arrive after us, be served, eat, drink and leave and still no sign of the cheesecake I eventually managed to catch someone’s eye and asked they simply cancel the order as we had to leave. To be fair the manageress who came over and spoke to us was extremely apologetic but the excuse that they were short-staffed fell short of reasonable given that at one point I looked over to the counter and saw four staff stood chatting. Poor service, grubby menus made me wonder if Mr Alba ever visits the place that has his name over the door. The place falls well below the standard one would expect. Sadly disappointed.

Extortionate for what it is, food was average, portions small. £16 for a bit of crab on a crumpet. Service was really good, but no atmosphere.

From the time we entered the pub to the time we left, we had amazing service and food. The menu choice is brilliant and very varied. I had the beef stroganoff and my husband the gammon. Portion sizes were huge. I actually left with some of mine in a takeaway box, offered by the lady behind the bar. This is a really cosy old fashioned pub and definitely worth a visit. Thank you.

This place used to be affordable with sandwiches available between 5 and 6 quid like red pepper and halloumi or similar aubergine based options. It's now absurdly expensive to eat there and honestly the food options have disappeared and are less good quality. Evenings are even worse with very expensive tapas dishes that leave you hungry despite spending vast sums of money. A real shame from a former loyal customer who has been completely priced out.

Great Cafe, ostensibly a motorcycle cafe but all are welcome. The food is excellent with a convivial ambiance.

Great little coffee shop. 100% the best coffee shop in Sutton Coldfield Town. The owners have a true passion for coffee.... and it shows, they take pride even with takeaway drinks. The coffee is not the only reason I always use this place, the staff are a great bunch of people. They serve many coffees a wide variety of takeaway coffee bags, cakes/bakes with a small amount of indoor/outdoor(not covered) seating. I also believe they roast their own coffees. Dog friendly aswell inside with complimentary bog biscuits!

Lovely place! Great food ,drinks were spot on! Service was excellent ,friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere was brilliant. Lots of auto memorabilia and vintage vehicles to drool over whilst you eat. Will highly recommend! Ps,Dog friendly.
