If you're ever in Cardiff and craving something sweet, Teacups and cupcakes is a must-visit! I picked up a few cupcakes today, and they were absolutely delectable – the perfect balance of fluffiness and flavor. The service was exceptional as well. Despite arriving close to closing time, the owner, Claire, greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She’s incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, truly going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. By far, these are the best cupcakes in Cardiff, and I can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a sweet treat and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a gem!

Nice part of Spital, and privately quiet in old Aberdeen, it has an upstairs bar for privacy too, nice old school royal green surgical 💚 leather seating against the walls too.
