Lovely food. Ordered a breakfast and asked for extra mushrooms but got extra beans for some reason. Other that that the food was very tasty.

Greasy and tasteless. Not happy that the full breakfast was mashed together into one tub. Would have expected the tomatoes and beans in separate containers as shown in the picture.

Nice breakfast however I ordered extra mushrooms and tomatoes and there was barely any on the breakfast or the sandwich

I ordered a spam and egg and it’s embarrassing for over a £5! 1 slither of spam that is 3 bites into the bread and 1 over cooked egg.

My sarny was fab. wish id got two now, deffo next time 👌👍👌 Mum enjoyed her breakfast too. Thankyou

ordered 2 large breakfast, cost me £20. food arrived on time but came in a small tray with the whole breakfast piled in mushed up together and wrapped in Tin foil. looked like the scrapings off someone else's plate! everything was soggy and tasted funny, black pudding was undercooked. I definitely won't be ordering again. completely inedible.

Order from here now and then and its usually always great. Was very disappointed today. No black pudding on the large breakfast, they forgot the bottle of apple juice and the egg salad sandwich had no salad or extra mayonnaise despite paying extra for them. Its a one off so they were likely busy but very annoying none the less.

Fantastic service, delicious food! They didn't have my cake, they tried calling but I missed it (my fault) but they sent a choice of cakes instead (other restaurants just send nothing at my cost). They even said "sorry" on the box, even though it wasn't their fault. I didn't think I'd ever see this lost level of customer service again in these times. Thank you!

It's a great little place for a quick bite. It has excellent service and depicts traditional home-style food with the classics. Great coffee, too. Reasonably priced with plenty of veggie options. I'd highly recommend this place.

Food was lovely, as always..only gripe is I got a plain coffee for the second time instead of the latte I paid more for. Won’t stop me re ordering though !!

When the delivery driver arrived they delivered the wrong order. I rang cottingley diner who were really nice & polite. They remade my order fresh & delivered it themselves! Obviously this added extra time onto the delivery time but food arrived hot & well packaged. Thankyou for sorting out the mistake as most places don’t! Will order again

Usually love this place but the last two times I've ordered it's been messed up, this time it was a case of the paninis being sent as toasties which wasn't the end of the world and didn't feel worth calling about but it would've been nice to receive what was actually ordered.

I do like a good breakfast , that was a daddy of breakfasts, I’ve been full all day. Warm, tasty and delicious 👍👍

I think the menu needs updating as I ordered a cheese pie which said it was supposed to be puff pastry instead I got a hard crust pastry that was practically inedible. Chips and desserts were great though just disappointed with the main meal.

Not impressed at all. Went to this place because of the great reviews.... yeah right. All I asked was that the bacon was well done and the egg also. Couldn't even manage that. My bacon was pink. How hard is it to listen to your customer and serve what they ask. One mistake is fine, we are all human, but two mistakes on three sandwiches.. .. useless. Maybe I wouldn't be so harsh if they were busy, but no.. they were serving only me.

Ordered 4x jacket potatoes - only had 3 which is fine so we swapped one of the orders. When it did turn up, all 3 jacket potatoes were RAW - I called the diner to be told “it’s been in the oven for 3 hours” yeah it might have been, but the oven must have been turned OFF! I then said we’ll it’s completely raw potatoe not just cold, to then be asked “we’ll what do you want me to do” so I asked for different food to turn up but then was told I had to reorder through Uber eats and pay again - obviously wasn’t gonna do that. Then I asked for a refund but was told to contact Uber eats and they would authorise it & suprise suprise I contact Uber And no refund

A great value friendly little cafe in the village centre. We called in near closing time but the staff couldn't of been more helpful and welcoming. Worth a visit if you're on your way to the Dales/Saltaire etc.

Great food good value for the money good company and plenty of choice ,all freshly made daily. they will deliver to local businesses . This diner is a little off the beaten track if you are not familiar with the area but it is well worth seeking out

Great little cafe, friendly atmosphere and great food. They sell a belly buster style breakfast that’s amazing. Lots of Home made cakes to choose from.
