Sizzling Lounge in Bradford

I love the Sizzling Lounge. Best curry house in Bingley, in my opinion. The main bloke who runs it (according to the impressive boxing/royal pictures on the wall in the bar/takeaway area) is a really nice guy. Takeaways are good there. But if you sit down, you might be lucky enough to have the pleasure of Azim's service. He is a super nice guy, every time I have been he has provided amazing service. Today, I went in with my mate and our 2 children, and he could not have done enough for us and been more helpful. Azim is a genuinely, genuinely nice guy. Great restaurant, I will continue to return again and again. It beats Shimla's every day of the week, both food and service. Cheers guys, see you next time.

we ordered from this restaurant on deliveroo. they accepted the order said it would be around 40 mins till our food would be delivered. 1.5 hours later tried ringing them numerous times they cancelled the call twice!!! contacted deliveroo who got in touch with them to be told they’d closed! terrible service! will never order from here again!!!!!!

Nice resturant and very good food. Very busy when we went and service was slow. Admittedly manager apologised for delay due to a large party but we had booked. But will try again if in the neighbourhood.

First time visiting the Sizzling Lounge with friends the food was absolutely gorgeous and the portion sizes are really good, staff are very polite and helpful even the chef made a certain type of rice for a friend and he went above and beyond to do it even though never made it before. The restaurant is very clean and the decor is beautiful I would highly recommend the Sizzling Lounge what lovely evening we had.

Good food all round, from the tasty poppadoms and pickle tray to a lovely main course. Great friendly service too. Will definitely return.

Normally when u go to a restaurant you get water on the table free here you do not it's a service charge for water 50p per glass pls explain why I should have gone to the loo for a drink of water is it bottle water only u sell if not by law water from tap is free no service charge also Why do you say when we're in a large group we're not aloud to order separate? Our order you doubled up the cost of our meals for example 2 x curries u charge for 4 . Our bill was over £500 when quizzed about it Our bill was only £333 did u think we wouldn't notice Do have to say food was good but expensive also staff and atmosphere were lovely

The food is tasty with lots of interesting choices and served by friendly staff. The Weds “meal deal” was a little disappointing. There are no poppadums with it, we had to pay extra for them. The deal is £15 (£14.95) for a starter UP TO £5 and a main UP TO £10. Anything above that and you pay the difference. So what you’re actually getting per person is the chapattis, or 1 roti or 1 plain naan free. Then we were surprised to see they had charged us for the tap water! I have the receipt to confirm all the above.

Great food as always, great service as always! Our favourite restaurant for curries. We try to visit at least once a month and always have a good time.

We had had eaten a couple of times in the restaurant and the food was ok. So despite Bingley locals saying the take out was awful and as there was no where else open on a Sunday night we ordered a take out which came to approximately £32. Back home the quality of the food was very poor. The chicken tikka was so bright pink the meat we suspected had contained the red dye which is banned. I ordered a fish saag and it contained chicken . We should have listened to the Bingley locals . In the restaurant they have to ensure you are happy with the food. Order a take out well out of sight out of mind. We won’t be using them again Thank you

We often have a take away from sizzling lounge so decided to try the restaurant and wasn’t disappointed. Lots of good food in a nice environment.

Fabulous curry. We came from Wetherby for this meal and it was delicious. Starters and main course were cooked perfectly and even took some home. Highly recommended.

Great staff and a fantastic curry. Chef is flexible and will adapt to your request. If you don’t want a generic curry then ask and they will do what you want. Great curry house.

This is our place to go if we want a curry, but unfortunately several times when we ordered we got exactly the same curries but differen level of spiciness, even though we ordered different types of curry. Probably we'll stick to going to the place rather than ordering.

The food arrived 40 minutes later than the expected time. The Oreo cheesecake was frozen. I was given the wrong milkshake again. Whenever I order the Bemboo Sprinkles milkshake, I'm always given something different. Once it was something chocolatey, once it was the actual sprinkles order, and this time it was a strawberry one. I wouldn't order from this place if it wasn't for my little one. He likes the kinder Bueno milkshake from here, which is the only reason I ordered from here to begin with.

Our first visit, we'd give the curry 10/10. The starters werent the best we've had (we usually go to Cardamon) but the curry, wine and naan bread were perfect. We'll definitely be returning.
