Babka Staffwere very friendly, welcoming and obliging showing great commitment to my needs. I requested some Coeliac and non- Coeliac sandwiches which were pre- ordered a couple of days before for our visitors. The sandwiches tasted really delicious with a good selection and ample filling. So pleased to find that Babka could cater for the requested allergy. There are so many places that are unable to. Thankyou Babka

Stopped for a coffee whilst walking. Nice coffee, tea and cake. Several workers in there/visited. Barmcakes looked unbelievable. Very friendly staff, and prices were so cheap. We'll worth a visit.

Babka used to be a delightful breakfast treat my colleagues and I would indulge in every once in a while. The butties/ wraps were always fairly nice and quite good for the price. However recently I feel as if they have gone downhill. Firstly the prices have gone up, which could be understandable with the cost of living crisis, however paying £4 for a very small wrap with 2.5 mismatched sausages (.5 herby and other 2 plain), a hash brown and a bit of cheese seems a bit extortionate! Secondly their delivery has never been one of their strengths, we can often be waiting over an hour for our breakfasts and some days even up to 2.5 hours! Which leads me to my third point, they are often not as hot as I would like when they arrive. We have found ourselves not treating ourselves to a babka as often these days, which is a real shame because I for one used to really look forward to my breakfast treat!

A huge 'thank you' to the Babka team for catering for my parents' Golden Wedding Anniversary on Monday. We had a delicious buffet including sandwiches, pork pies, kebabs, crisps, an amazing quiche and fruit platter. It was greatly enjoyed by all, from age 7 to 78! What was even more amazing was that they delivered straight to the canal boat we had hired for the day so we didn't have the stress of picking up/transporting and could just enjoy our day.

On our approach we noted that the main window was full of condensation but there was a 5 star food hygiene rating on the window so we went for it! Inside the Cafe the food display was the same and it was quite smokey so we opted for takeaway on this occasion. It's always a great start when you're greeted with pleasant friendly staff or owners which we were. Lots to choose from (pictures show the menu at the time). Our food was well wrapped for our takeaway which stayed warm for a good 15 minutes until we reached our destination. We both ordered the Chicken, Cheese and Chorizo Panini with Chilli Jam which were nice but could be made to sing and dance. We both felt the chicken was a little dry and tough in parts but the Chorizo and Chilli Jam were lovely. The cheese wasn't really punchy but you knew it was there. Overall it was alright. I couldn't bring myself to buy a sandwich from the COOP and Googled what was nearby and I would go back. Definable better than any prepackaged butty so treat yourself.

We were in holiday nearby and popped.om for breakfast. What a treat. Friendly staff, great choice of foods, fresh cooking to order and just an awesome base in Whaley Bridge. We had both breakfast and brunch here and will definitely be back.

Food is nice but not enough food for the price. £3.10 for sausage and bacon barm and you get 2 rashers of bacon and ONE sausage. Bit of a joke a thought. Feel a bit ripped off?..... The price is irrelevant I'd happily pay a bit more. I'm a working man who needs sustanance. In 20 years of buying butties all over the UK from cafes to butty vans, I've never had a bacon and sausage butty with only one sausage? It's standard to have two of each. That's just a sad excuse. If I bought just a sausage butty would you have just put one on it? That's just stingy.

What a lovely little place. I popped in to grab some lunch before a long walk. Such lovely people, great service and delicious home cooked food. I fancied a pie as they looked delicious. I was told the options but that a fresh Chicken and Leek Pie was ready to come out of the oven. It was heaven! I treated myself to Chocolate Orange Brownie too which was equally good. Great find which I'm likely to revisit when i return to the area for a walk with my dogs.
