The coffee shop is without doubt the best in Newcastle. The coffee is incredibly flavourful even in a flat white!

Great breakfast .. generous portions and service .. nice environment and great choice. We had the small breakfast that was more than enough and the avocado special which was gorgeous

Such a fun place to go! The service was exceptional and the waiter was very attentive. The food was good depending on what you got. I can’t complain overall but some elements were better than others. Game choices were amazing and some incredible snacks and drinks on offer!

Very welcoming. Lovely, lovely ladies. Food is homemade and tasty. We had bacon, brie and cranberry panini and a ham and pickle sandwich. Ham was homecooked. Eccles cakes afterwards - my, how nice were they? I love this place. They could fill a place twice the size. I can't say enough about it. Do stop by if you're in the area. Also had a wood turning demonstration at Neds Yard round the corner. Parking and toilets.

Was a regular when I lived here 3 years ago and have now been back and it is the same as ever. Amazing service from such a lovely owner, the most delicious authentic african wraps whose quality has not changed, and great value/price. Cute atmosphere to sit in for a casual meal out, highly recommend!

We’ve been looking for the ideal place to live near Nottingham. Today we found it! Jo-hanna’s sealed the deal. Terrific food, atmosphere and team. We will be regular customers. Lowdham it is.
