Great for coffee & cake - generous size coffee and hot (not tepid!). A select few cakes to choose from and a smallish selection of snacks/meals. Friendly staff and quick service.

Food was lovely great service 5 star plus couldn't fault anything very friendly would highly recommend definitely worth going

Steak and kidney pudding, terrible fray bentos, mash and cabbage were ok , bring back the old management, I keep trying to give these a chance, not again.

This place is such a beautiful atmosphere great staff and so friendly! Food came out on time and was perfect i would recommend coming here for food and drinks with family!

Ahhhh por dónde empezar - Jusu... En un día frío y lluvioso, vimos a los hermanos Jusu desde la distancia. Nuestro salvador, o eso pensamos... con grandes esperanzas y manos frías, entramos. Permítanme comenzar diciendo que no tenía problemas ni con el servicio ni con el sabor - de hecho la comida (tostadas francesas) estaba bastante deliciosa! Mi esposa también disfrutó mucho de su café con leche helado. Sin embargo, el tamaño de la porción era abismal! Ni siquiera mi hijo de tres años habría estado satisfecho. Sin embargo, dado el sabor, estaba dispuesto a dejarlo pasar. De hecho, incluso pedimos más, ahora esperando ansiosamente el pan de plátano. ¡Me equivoqué! Una vez que llegó la factura, sentí un bocado de mi tostada francesa. En primer lugar, nos cobraron con un gran café con leche helado (un extra de 50 p) cuando en realidad, mi esposa no se le dio la opción de elegir entre tamaños. En segundo lugar y quizás lo más importante, nuestro pan de plátano llegó a 7. 75 que, por dos bocados de comida, se sintió como un puñetazo en mi ya delicado estómago! En general, si resumiera mi experiencia en una palabra, diría, ¡engañando! Si bien la comida era buena, el precio no! Es con mucho consuelo que puedo decir con certeza que no volveré con los hermanos Jusu 💔

¡Me encantó! En la ciudad por 1 día y decidió encontrar un delicioso desayuno y café. ¡Esto más que entregado! Sabroso. Saludable. Gente amable, un gran servicio y amables clientes habituales (habituales... siempre una buena señal!) también! Necesitaba GF y estaban más que felices de acomodarme. Y el café (negro americano) fue honestamente uno de los más suaves que he probado. ¡Ahora estoy planeando mi próximo viaje a Stratford para poder volver a desayunar!

Sherry and Malcolm run a gorgeous cafe and food. Being a roofer I've eaten in many cafes,but this cafe is absolutely spotless, lovely food and warm welcoming owners, top cafe!!

A wander along the road from the Lomond Hills Hotel is the busy Bridgend Garden Centre with a cafe inside, The Gardeners Rest. We waited, and waited, and waited, I even went to the toilet before we were served.. and then our cutlery arrived...  Not filthy, but not what is expected, both of us had dirty cutlery, we won't mention the one cloth that goes around all the tables to clean them. A small milk for me, and an Americano for the man.   It was a choice between Lentil or Potato and Leek on the soup menu today, Mark plumped for the Lentil.  He said it was OK, nothing amazingly tasty and could have been warmer. A small macaroni and cheese for me, with a choice of chips, salad or garlic bread.  The usual Scottish style macaroni of white sauce topped with cheese.  It was OK, nice indigestion for the rest of the day. This was what made the visit, rhubarb pie and custard.   Verdict Meh,  slow service and the food was average.  If going, stick with the cakes.

The food is amazing, one of the best takeaway / cafe’s in Pontypridd,. We’ve had a selection of food including fish / chips, sausage / curry, haven’t been let down. This evening we had some chips which were really tasty Such friendly owners, thank you !!!!

A fine country cafe, lovely staff in a fine setting. Dont expect haute cuisine, just good wholesome food to complement the fine walking on offer all around

Don’t go awful rude aggressive staff OMG apparently I am barred despite never being there on accused night. Was told by the exceptionally rude aggressive finger pointing bar boy that I had apparently been there drinking at table 2 (wherever that is) “a while back” with some girlfriends and was drinking my own wine. He said if I gave my name he could say if it was me. I did and apparently he didn’t know the name of the person so therefore could not substantiate this ridiculous and offensive claim. Never in my life have I encountered such rudeness and unjustifiable accusation. I would happily admit to any wrongdoings but being accused of frequenting a venue on a day/night that I wasn’t there and accused wrongly of behaviour that I would not commit in a bar that I have always paid good money in is beyond belief. Do not go - rude, inconsiderate staff who blandly tell lies and accuse innocent people Previous experience has always been great. I even have a discount card, previous staff wonderful - this young boy awful, no customer service and it is easy to say that it’s not acceptable in this day in age to actually finger point at someone and talk aggressively. He did actually point his finger at me with no proof. Nor had no name of the supposedly accused person or when I asked for the cctv camera proof he could not provide any evidence Please don’t go, staff who behave like this should be trained properly or work in a different environment.
