Service, food and presentation all amazing! Servers were great, was greeting at the door by one of the chefs, and also the server! Food is so yummy and always looks so pretty. Watermelon juice is insane!

Restaurant de ramen présent en plusieurs endroits en ville d'Edimbourg. J'ai commandé du kimchi, ainsi qu'un ramen au poulet bien épicé. Un peu dommage que la composition des ramen ne soit pas détaillée sur la carte, mais rien de bien grave. Après dégustation : Kimchi top... Poulet bien tendre... La portion de poulet aurait pu être un poil plus grande... Nouilles savoureuses... Portion de nouilles généreuse... Bouillon trop épicé selon mes préférences, pas d'équilibre de saveurs en bouche... Un ramen de qualité, juste dommage pour le bouillon, mais il s'agit là de mon choix que j'assume complètement vu que la carte signalait clairement l'assaisonnement très fort. Je repasserai volontiers et commanderai leur nouveau ramen avec le bouillon curry-coco qui avait l'air bien gourmand. Des prix quand même un peu plus doux qu'en Suisse, du coup on ne regrette pas les 10% demandés pour le service. Cela dit en passant, un service efficace en période d'affluence, idem pour le plaçage à la table avec une file d'attente de 15 personnes j'a attendu 5 environ , merci.

Este restaurante se movió cruzando la calle y bajando un poco. Ahora sirven ramen, que mi esposa dijo que era excepcional, además de otra tarifa. Mi servidor fue capaz de entender inmediatamente mi necesidad de sushi sin gluten y me dijo exactamente lo que podía y no podía tener. El jengibre encurtido en mi plato de sushi fue uno de los mejores que he tenido en mucho tiempo, no la basura roja teñida de un frasco. Sin duda volvería en el futuro.

Installé rapidement mais le personnel se permet de nous juger (pas très discret dans leurs regards lancés quand j'ai commandé qu'un ramen, sans accompagnements). Oeuf sans goût, quantité de nouilles insuffisante. Mais bouillon & nouilles sont bonnes. Cuisson et texture de la viande étaient parfaites.

Me and my partner were visiting Scotland from Yorkshire for some mountain biking and came to Edinburgh for the day. This was a spot we’d seen and thought we’d give it a shot and we weren’t disappointed. The food was exceptional, so was the service. I had dreams about that pork belly (Rafute). Jenni and the team were fantastic and she even gave us a recommendation close to home which we will definitely try out! For the price, taste and atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening for the last night of our week long trip. Thanks for having us 🙏🏻

I took my daughter here after going with my husband and she absolutely loved it, the food is made fresh for you and the staff are so lovely. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and it's absolutely lovely to just sit and watch the rest of the world go by. I will be going back again at some point 😊😊

I love bibimbab and beef bbq here ❤️. My first time went to Korean bbq in Edinbrugh and it was super good. Thanks 🥰. The waitress was also super nice

So glad we finally decided to try this restraunt! Beautiful food, the chicken onigiri is one of the best things ive ever tried! 5 star service, super quick delivery every time we order. Thanks for the salmon and cream cheese freebie this will be one of our new favs!!! Amazing thanks again

It's not our first time in Maki and Ramen but every time is a unique experience. Amazing food and amazing service thanks to Gregor.

Went for lunch around 3pm and we were able to walk straight in and get a seat. I don't think they take reservations and normally people wait outside until they can be seated. Nice cosy interior and the food was amazing, we had the spicy chicken ramen and the black garlic pork ramen which were both delicious and filling. Brilliant spot for ramen!

More of fusion Japanese but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Careful as the “Hell Ramen” deserves its name.

Chicken kararage ramen is very delicious food and tasty 😋😋
