A great restaurant with delicious food. I had the salmon tartare which was fresh and tasty, and the crispy duck which is without doubt the best duck I have ever eaten! Service was excellent and the place had a great atmosphere. Would recommend.

The environment at Koryuu was so lovely. The soft jazz music really set a mellow tone for the evening, which I really loved for my birthday dinner. The food was delicious and was served efficiently - so everybody was able to eat together. The staff was also so accommodating and friendly, all of my guests felt so comfortable and happy. I spoke to the owners of the restaurant (Suman and Sujan) and they were so understanding of all my requests and last minute changes for my dinner. The waitress, Ramsi, was so sweet and approachable - I was so glad to have her waiting my table because she communicated so nicely with everyone. Hannah is such a delight - extremely helpful and well knowledgeable about where everything is at the restaurant. I am so glad I chose Koryuu for my dinner - would most definitely recommend for others.

Mi pareja y yo llegamos aquí a las 1655 para nuestra reserva de 1700. Cuando entramos, había cajas aplanadas por todo el piso y un caballero de pie en el mostrador de recepción. Intentamos explicar que teníamos una reserva, pero su inglés no era genial. Entonces una mujer vino por detrás de él y comenzó a gritar: "¡Cerrado! ¡Fuera! ¡Cinco minutos!". Muy, muy, muy grosero. Todavía no sé por qué perseveramos y, posteriormente, nos arrepentimos... Después de ser echados afuera en el frío para permanecer de pie durante cinco minutos, regresamos adentro y estábamos sentados. Puedo decirles que el restaurante se ve profundamente más desastroso que las fotos en su página de Instagram. El lugar podía usar una pintura fresca, los menús estaban cansados y algunas ventanas rotas. Además de esto, había obreros (supusimos fontaneros) subiendo y bajando las escaleras y caminando por el restaurante mientras estábamos sentados - ¡bizarro y no mi idea de una buena experiencia gastronómica! El menú también era extraño. A mi pareja no le gusta el sushi, y la mayoría de las otras comidas que se ofrecen no eran las más tradicionales de la cocina japonesa. ¿Los currys Teriyaki no venían con arroz y el pollo katsu venía solo sin salsa? ¿No hay cajas dobladas? Pedimos frijoles edemame para la mesa y estaban mal cocinados. La tempura de cangrejo de cáscara blanda que pedí para empezar era muy grasosa y no sabía muy bien. ¡Creo que me sirvieron gambas! Pedí un trozo de sushi de seis y los rollos más pequeños que he visto se pusieron delante de mí. Sin exagerar, no eran más grandes que monedas de 20 céntimos, así que me decepcionó mucho lo que estaban cobrando por ello! Sabía a media en el mejor de los casos. ¡Mi compañero pidió el pollo katsu y nos horrorizó descubrir que estaba crudo! Lo llevamos a la atención de la camarera y se disculpó. Aunque apreciamos las disculpas, no nos gustaba que ignorara nuestra solicitud de pagar e irse y continuamente empujando el menú bajo nuestras narices para tratar de hacernos pedir algo más! Eliminó el cargo por pollo y servicio de la factura con más disculpas, pero aún así nos sorprendió y nos decepcionó mucho. Sólo pagando por dos Cocas - Colas, edemame, el cangrejo y el sushi - nuestra cuenta todavía llegó a la friolera de 35 libras! Ahórrate el trabajo, no había nada bueno en esta visita. ¡Vete a otro lugar, y a una parte mejor de la ciudad también!

The food was delicious, varied and a good selection of vegetarian options for the vegetarian in our group. Good value for money and a big size portion.

Lovely location, but waitresses need a good reboot not sure if hat and wasn’t available on the menu . And biggest let down no fresh wasabi !!!

While I can't speak about any of the packaged options, being in York for 3 years, this was the best meal I have had in the city. From the music and ambience to the service and food, it was perfection. Would recommend to anyone coming for any meal, lunch or dinner. The chicken yakitori in particular was a highlight, with the chicken practically melting in your mouth, and tasting amazing.

Amazing food with great customer service . We went with few friends. It wasn’t very expensive. Met my expectations of good Thai food. Wasn’t too mild nor too spicy. Great ambience

Best food in Plymouth! Recommend Oishi Sushi to so many people; the food is consistently brilliant, staff are lovely, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere! The prices are great for what you get, truly the best place to have a meal!

Food is always stunning, my partner and I have been eating with TAO since they opened and are yet to be disappointed . Special mention to Steven - Lovey guy whose service is brilliant. Although we love sitting in at tao we often opt for take out and never have to wait long and the food is always still of a brilliant quality - Highly recommend the Korean Brisket Ramen and Korean Chicken Donburi YUM 🍜🍤🍚

Went here before a local gig. You don’t need to book and the queue was relatively quick given how popular it was. All the food is very authentic and well cooked. Staff all on the ball and friendly. Perfection for a pre show meal.

Visited last night for the first time after recommendation from a freind . A really nice exsperiance good food with a lot of choice and some different dishes good selection of drinks Service very good nice atmosphere good quality furnishings. Will definitely be returning soon

Great meal at the Bloomsbury Street Kitchen. What a lovely place to visit. Staff were great - especially Christiyan who even charged my phone for me. Small plates of eclectic food but certainly plenty of it! Would certainly recommend!
