No recibimos nuestra orden completa de llevar. Le informé al repartidor, quien despectivamente dijo que no era su problema. Cuando llamé al restaurante para reportar el problema, me dijeron que tendría que venir a recoger los artículos que faltaban yo mismo. El servicio ha sido extremadamente decepcionante, y espero recibir el reembolso completo como se prometió por teléfono.

Had a lovely meal here with my children, partner, and mother in law. Service was quick and everybody enjoyed their meal.

Almost cold although only 5 mins from me. chicken like burned rubber.

My favourite restaurant in Manchester. Lovely decor. Cloakroom available. Very clean. Soft mood lighting. No annoying music in background. Large open bar. Open floor plan. Extensive menu. All dishes arrived beautifully presented. The staff are profession, smartly dressed and very polite. Many good food recommendations are offered. Service is good. Would recommend this restaurant to everybody.

Very old hotel, there is no hot water, in my room they did not have a room heater, and the hotel manager of Indian nationality, very despotic and rude, works for just one night and that's it.

Amazing Service by Lizzie! We recently visited Pesto Restaurant to celebrate three birthdays with our family, and Lizzie made our experience truly memorable. She was absolutely fantastic with the children, engaging with them throughout the meal and making them feel so special. Lizzie’s warm personality and patience were clear from the start, and she went above and beyond to ensure everyone at the table was happy. Celebrating multiple birthdays can be a bit chaotic, but Lizzie handled everything with grace and a big smile. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, but it was Lizzie’s outstanding service that made the night exceptional. If you’re dining at Pesto, you may be lucky and Lizzie is your waitress Thanks the James :)

Every Saturday as a family we go out for a meal together but the worst mistake was picking Frankie and Benny. It took over 30 mins to order as the service was slow but it was busy and the server apologised so I can except that. It was the fact that every time we selected an item it was not available. What kind of restaurant runs out of 60% of their menu. No ceaser salad, ribs, lasagne I should have asked what was on the menu instead of what wasn’t. Food was served luke warm at best but decent portion.

Ordered a breakfast tea and a cinnamon roll. The roll states stale and dry and I was presented with a takeaway bag and a takeaway cup, despite eating in. I wasn’t asked if it was to sit in or take out.

We visited the resturant at 4am it was very cold there was strong cold air flow blowing out onto our table in front of the kitchen .

Always love going here, friendly and professional service with a smile and the food is always top notch!
