Amorino in Ealing

18:30 I visited Amorino Ealing on Saturday, October 12, 2024, with my family, including three kids, two of whom are autistic. We ordered five cups of ice cream – two chocolate, two pistachio, and one tiramisu. While the ice cream was delicious, the service, especially from the manager, was appalling. The staff member serving us asked which flavors we wanted repeatedly, which was frustrating but at least he was polite. However, the manager rudely jumped into the conversation, interrupting, and asking me to rejoin the queue, even though it wasn’t busy at the time. His tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional, especially considering the challenges we were facing communicating with two autistic children. I politely asked him not to speak to me in that manner, but he continued to be dismissive, which completely ruined our evening. It’s disappointing that such poor customer service would be tolerated, particularly from someone in a managerial position. I strongly urge the owner and franchise management to review the CCTV from this evening and take disciplinary action against the manager. I will be calling to follow up on this matter, as such behavior

Milkshakes were prepared nice and quickly with no issues. Staff very friendly.

The ice cream is definitely good, staff are friendly and the ice cream well constructed, but it sure is expensive. Cheapest cone is £5.20. Definitely only for a special treat.

Wow delicious but expensive £23 for a tub of ice cream is crazy. Didn’t know till paid. Great ice cream.

I love this place, tried their ice cream in central London, and kept searching for the name of the place until I found this branch near me in Ealing Broadway, their ice cream is so yummy

Gelato was ok - I had strateciella and it was very icy so avoid that. Chocolate was ok nothing special Pistachio was really nice. Medium for £6 average prices Partner got - chocolate Dulce de leche - nice but not fantastic Cherry - horrible Overall average place, choose flavours wisely. Customer service was good You can choose as many flavours which is good.

Best gelato around London, made with authentic Italian ingredients. The sicilian pistachio is just how they make it in Italy, I lived there 10 years and worked in a high quality gelato shop. Amanpreet is a legend.

Unfortunately have to give this place one star despite really liking the sorbet. Had come in the day earlier and asked which of the selections were dairy free as I am allergic chose, paid and left. Came in today to order the same dairy free options and the guy behind the counter put one into my cup that wasn’t dairy free that I didn’t ask for. Asked for him to remake it as I am allergic and didn’t select that ice cream. He then told me off for not mentioning my allergy - despite coming in the day earlier and selecting items I knew were diary free so are safe for me to order. His colleague when I paid also did not ask me if I had any allergies or intolerances which should be common practice for a food establishment. He then continued to tell me that I was in the wrong despite me ordering the correct dairy free items and his mistake of putting the wrong ice cream on. It should have been a very simple fix of an honest mistake on his behalf but he decide to make it into a spectacle and double down on the fact that I was wrong.

We stumbled upon Amorino Gelato just a minute before closing, and what a stroke of luck it was! Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed by our server, Amran Preet (apologies if I misspelled his name). He didn't rush us at all, instead taking the time to explain each flavor and potential allergens, even offering us tasters without us needing to ask. Amran has truly perfected his craft, skillfully creating beautiful flower-shaped scoops of ice cream. The service was exceptional, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Delicious ice cream. I chose the taste of coffee as I really miss it from Poland and it is not easy to find in the UK. And it was good, really good: full of flavour, creamy and not too sweet.

The best ice cream in London for me. It’s not cheap because quality doesn’t come for free. Especially when it comes to something so delicious like the Italian Gelato.

I do love amorino but sadly the one in Ealing doesn’t follow the standards of the other amorino. I’m really disappointed while I do come often to this place wishing to find the brioche that you barely find in Ealing amorino . I did ask to the staff why they never got the brioche and the member of the staff been clear that they are not following the standard of the other brunch because the company doesn’t want to sell brioche in Ealing which is a joke. I’m sure the company want to sell more but this staff is quite lazy.

I've been going to Amorino in Ealing for some time now, I order a brioches (much advertised), but it's never there. they say they don't sell any, why do they advertise?

Big selection of gelato and sorbet. Flavours were good. Staffs were friendly. Presentation of the gelato in the cone was was pretty.

Every time I go there, I am impressed and there is truly not many better gelato places than this! The flavours are all organic and you can tell there is no additives and everything is natural. Try the Hazelnut Chocolate milkshake! One of the best!

Really good gelato - great range of flavours, rich & creamy. The small cup was sufficient as a dessert after a meal elsewhere. I had hazelnut, pistachio, and tiramisu...great combination! My wife had a cone with three flavours, which was expertly done!

Best Gelato at Amorino: Worth the Wait! Amorino in Ealing is a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts! Their unique touch lies in their signature rose-shaped ice cream, which not only looks beautiful but tastes absolutely divine. Seriously, it’s the best ice cream you’ll ever have – super yummy and bursting with flavour. The seating is great, a bit small, but comfy with booths. My personal favourite from here is the raspberry and mango sorbet (see attached). The only downside is the queues, but hey, it’s no surprise considering how everyone loves it! Despite the wait, the experience is totally worth it. If you’re in the mood for a sweet indulgence that’s unlike any other, head to Amorino and treat yourself to a rose-shaped delight!!

Good gelato. If your sitting in, it's very noisy. Just be careful to watch what your getting is what you ask for. Waffles are great too.

I turned around for one moment, and when I turned back, I saw the employees mocking and laughing at my son in the queue for the way he was asking for his ice cream. We left immediately. I now have anxiety even passing by the store, which is sad because I live locally—unacceptable service.

Amanpreet made sure we had the best recommendations. Ducle le leche is just amazing. Also the cherry flavour is fabulous too. Highly recommended.

This ice cream shop has branches all over the world. In some places in Asia, the stores are very small and there is absolutely no dine-in space. But it is different in the UK. Some stores have larger areas and can have dine-in space, so they provide The meals are a little different too. This store is located near the shopping center of Ealing Broadway, so the location is definitely advantageous. However, because the store's facade is not prominent, it takes a little longer to find it. What I saw on site is that it is better than other branches in that there is no need to queue. , and the ice cream you get is the same, so it's really good. We have eaten many different types of their ice cream, such as the most famous flower ice cream, so today we just want to try their waffles. The crunchy texture and large portion make us feel good. The chocolate and caramel flavors are very good. The taste is suitable for ordering when I come to this store for the first time. I hope summer comes soon so I can eat ice cream like crazy.

I first visited Amorino in Düsseldorf and found their presentation very good. Finally I got to visit one in London! It was as good as the Düsseldorf one and had the same great quality of ice cream and presentation.

It's good but it's also expensive. A little more money than the taste and quality deserves, but then again it's a chain so you can't expect wonders. All said, it's a safe bet for better than generic desserts offering.

I loved how you could see all the different flavors and their prices were fair. I loved the flavors since they tasted exactly like what they were called! I love sweets and this is a nice place to go to if you’re looking for a sweet treat. Would definitely come again to try their other flavors!

I was approached with smile, helpful and friendly staff. The ice cream is just marvellous.

Horrible customer service. Walked in with family and purchased ice cream along with a takeaway tub. Before they started to make it, we ended up realising we didn’t want the takeaway tub and asked the server (pretty sure it was the manager) to cancel it and get a refund. He tried lying to us by saying they don’t do refunds and it’s too late to receive one as it’s already been purchased. What food franchise can’t give customers refunds?? Not until I argued with the server about his stupid lie did he issue the refund. And throughout the whole interaction, him and his coworker were constantly staring at us up until we left. Given from past reviews I can see that this is not the first time there’s been issues with the managers customer service.

Horrible horrible horrible service !! Went in tonight with my family for a nice dessert after a long day but had our experience ruined by the appalling service . The ice cream has always been amazing and I have been to several branches but would recommend you all to stay far away from this one . The man working was short tempered and blunt while taking our order as he was too busy trying to do an early close even though we had gotten to the store an hour before. CLosing time . Due to a misunderstanding we had wanted a refund on a product he has not yet started to make and once we had asked for this he began to refuse until eventually giving up and giving change . To make matters worse as we walked out the store him and his co worker who was an Indian male both proceeded to stare uncomfortably at us and whisper to one another and even laughing once we looked back . I have seen many of the reviews and many have complained about this pathetic excuse of a worker in hospitality . I have included a picture below to identify him.

Delicious Gelato with lots of flavours to choose from and great for the 'gram as they shape the ice cream into a rose. We chose pistachio and chocolate. Good coffee too. The servers at night time were very friendly and made the experience even better.

Beautiful tasting ice cream, however the staff are rude and the ice cream is over priced. I paid for three cones, and one cup all with Macaroons. I only had cash and the women serving us turned around and said I don’t have change so I suggested a extra macaroon she said no because they are £2. So I ended up using my card and my younger brother didn’t even get his macaroon. Terrible attitudes and staff there are so unprofessional.

Ice creame was really nice and enjoyed it, different to normal ice creame more creamer less sugary and its unique taste and great presentation. customer service by the sales assistance was good and helpful. only down side was limited seating areas inside the shop. Also the customer service was good, parking on Sunday after 6.30pm is free and also you can park on single yellow lines on Sunday. Alternatively you can park in pay as you display on side street. I would recommend the place.

Distinct taste, you have to try it to appreciate it

This is my favourite vendor for speciality gelato. I go here at least once a month and I have never been disappointed. One of the best parts of the experience is that they shape your gelato into a flower. It is so cute and really works well when you have multiple flavours because they evenly distribute each one. Absolutely recommend!

Hands down the prettiest ice cream in a cone I’ve ever had. And thankfully the ice cream was just as delicious. Get the cone!!

Simply delicious gelato. We come here now and then in summer and the place really impresses. Gelatos and so divine, so rich, creamy and flavourful and don't leave a sweet aftertaste. At our most recent visit we really enjoyed the sundae and the waffles. It's a shame they don't have proper glass sundae glasses for serving customers who choose to eat in. The waffles were really good... Though they looked huge they were very light and fluffy.

Gelateria italiana con dell'ottimo gelato artigianale. Amorino è un nome conosciuto in Italia. Peccato che non ho trovato tra il personale nessun italiano, che parlasse italiano.

Surprisingly busy on a Sunday evening. Only a few tables inside which were already taken up. You can ask for 2-3 flavours per cone/tub. You order by size not by the number of scoops/flavours. There's an option to add a macaron as a topper. They're made with gelato, so have to be eaten right away. A box of 12 macarons for takeaway is available, made with regular non-gelato ingredients.

Lovely ice cream. However, the place needs a new deco. It was empty, we were the only ones sitting. The lady that made the desserts was lovely and bubbly, very welcoming. Her colleague, sadly, was quite the opposite. We won't go again simply because the atmosphere was flat.
