Gino's Pizzeria in Ealing

My pizza was spot on and the service quick and friendly. Coffee was very good too, 100 times better than the chains around

Nice setting, the pizza is pretty good and the antipasti were also not bad. It is a tough ask starting a new pizzeria in ealing considering the other very good spots in Ealing for pizza.

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant 3rd time here. Fair enough we had the special £14.95 two courses and a free glass of wine or soft drink. My partner (100% Italian) ordered Diavola pizza which was on point, my carbonara on the other hand looked like it was made by a 3 yr old. I had literally seven slim slices of bacon/pancetta which I ate cos I was hungry, no egg or cheese just full cream to top it off. Unfotunatley Gino had just left otherwise I wld have chewed his ear off as this is not acceptable. Try harder if u want local Italians and their friends/families to come to the restaurant unless u have enough business from untrained pallets. PS: the basil in the pic is from my partners pizza, I had eaten my bacon off the plate.

We were in the Ealing Broadway area looking for a good meal.We were served by a young waitress who was very good.We ordered spaghetti bolognaise for my partner and l had chicken with spaghetti.Firstly my chicken was tough and not very warm.My spaghetti was like bootlaces not cooked enough.My partners dish was average and not up to the usual standard we would have expected.We are usually in Paolos restaurant in Park Royal and are always eating italien food.So we regard Paolos as a good bench mark for ltalien food.Needless to say we will give this restaurant a big miss.

Definitely a place worth recommending, great decor, delicious food, and the service creates a nice atmosphere. I will definitely come back here again! 😉

What a lovely place! The food was sooooo good. Plenty of vegetarian choice and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend the House White! Attentive staff. Definitely visit again.

Small venue, local with a good selection of pizzas and one or row choices for vegetarians. The Prosecco was good too. The tiramisu not so. Good value for the money overall.

If you like your Pizzas from the High St takeaway places, this isn't for you. Gino's produce genuine Italian Pizza, with the base freshly made from dough that doesn't bloat you. You could taste all the different ingredients as my Pizza wasn't plastered in cheese and tomato. Lovely rustic Italian ambience, a very witty host and some lovely liquors to finish, made this a lovely evening - we'll be back.

Waited 1hr for food that arrived cold, ridiculously salty and was the wrong order. They never brought our starters out at all. There was no apology, but a measly £5 was taken off the cost of the meal to compensate! A friend went recently and the pizza chef wasn’t even there (he was not told), and they forgot to bring his main!!!!

Three of us went to Gino’s for dinner early on Saturday evening 15th September. The atmosphere was pleasant, the order was taken promptly and efficiently, and our food (olives starter, pizzas and vegetable lasagne, plus drinks) was good – fractionally overcooked at the edges but perfectly acceptable. Excellent value for money, we thought, and we would be happy to go there again. I would have given 5 stars for our visit, but it was rather spoilt by having to listen to the constant grumblings of the self-centred couple on the table next to us. They received their meals, called for Gino from the kitchen and complained to him about the cooking (to which I think I heard him say that their meals were cooked as most Italians liked it, suggesting that it was a matter of preference rather than massive overcooking); then they got up as if to walk out, claiming they were regular customers, were eventually persuaded to stay while fresh meals were prepared, and continued to grumble about the wine. I am sure they enjoyed having the boss and all his staff running around at their beck and call, and they probably earned themselves a decent discount – but meanwhile other customers were waiting to be served, or even to be brought the menu. We decided to pay the bill and have our desserts elsewhere (sorry, Gino!) rather than listen to any more of this nonsense. In the interests of other customers, I think you should just have let this couple leave when they first got up; after all, one potential bad review is not going to unduly damage your business.

Pizza here is really gorgeous. Been here a few times, and on the last visit it was fully packed out and there was a party of Italian teenagers celebrating a birthday. As a result our pizzas took a while to arrive. Gino was very apologetic about the delay and offered us a free drink to compensate. You can’t ask for better service than that. Always a great atmosphere in here and the food is great.

Felt very authentic. Everybody in there speaking in Italian except for us! Good sign I guess. We were made to feel welcome & served attentively. We weren't asked if we wanted drinks other than water which for us was actually fine. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Would definitely recommend & would be happy to go again next time we visit London.

We went with some friends in different occasions (birthday parties, leaving parties, simple dinners) and every time the atmosphere is just great. Good food, good ambient, good service.

Went here for Friday date night and not disappointed. Started off with king prawns, which were HUGE, fresh and very tasty. Pizzas were delicious too, could perhaps do with a little more topping, but that’s a very small gripe. Would recommend the Syrah to wash it down, and tiramisu to finish was a winner.

I had a gluten free pizza delivered (in no time!) by Gino's pizzeria in Ealing. When it arrived it was still hot and I was impressed by the amount of veggies it had on it. I know how difficult it is to find a good Gluten free pizza in London, especially in Ealing, some pizzas are incredibly thin and hard, some are tasteless, but this one was so yummy and soft but with the right crunchiness to it! I really enjoyed it. This is my place to go now anytime I fancy a pizza!
