I had the pleasure of dining at Santa Maria. I must say the service was absolutely exceptional. Our server, a lovely Ukrainian girl, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She made us feel welcomed and ensured we were comfortable throughout our meal. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service, and I will definitely be returning for more. Highly recommend!

The best pizza you will ever get in london and the guy Gajendra was so helpful and polite he helped us with everything and loved the food and atmosphere I highly recommend everyone to do try it

Santa Maria Pizzeria is a real hidden gem! The pizza is delicious. It has the feel and charm of an authentic pizzeria. The service is fast and the staff are accommodating. We've eaten in and gotten takeaway. The quality has been consistently brilliant!

Pizza was inedible as the base was uncooked. Replacement was burnt to a cinder. Guess the chef took umbridge. Server couldn't apologise enough and explained it was a new chef. Shame coz I've been going to the Brentford outlet for years and it was fantastic. Another icon sullied.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star for the atmosphere or service as that’s being generous for the waiting staff/ bar staff. The only thing was nice was the margarita pizza and rocco pizza which I will give 4 stars (that’s the only thing I liked about this here) the bar smelt horrible like musky same as a public restroom. The staff are rude, stuck up and have an attitude especially the man who was wearing glasses. There was a young gentleman who i believe was a chef with a silicone pizza and he did a little show for me and my kids. He was extremely nice and polite also he made us feel comfortable and after we eaten I saw the man who was wearing the glasses slap the blonde hair lady on the bottom! I was shocked and was disgusted I paid and walked out with my kids. I hope they have cctv there because that’s not good for a business. Just to add they are also racist.

I went to Santa Maria with 3 friends and immediately got greeted by a warm friendly welcome.Their are a lot of great pizza options and I would recommend the la Daniel.I would definitely recommend this place and it is cheap and yummy.

Sadly a very disappointing visit this evening. Staff were friendly but incredibly short on head count which made their jobs challenging. Ordered our food and drinks - pint and a glass of wine took 30 mins to arrive, followed by our mains 45 mins later however before any starter had arrived. Mentioned this and then staff scrambled to bring the starter and put on table after we already had our mains….politely explained we will now pass on the starter. Then the bill came which was completely wrong - a different tables. Went to the tills to resolve and they printed a new one - however also incorrect with an additional duo of vegan margaritas hiding at the bottom, things were starting to turn a little comical now. 3rd time lucky got the correct bill and kindly they removed the £5 service….overall a disappointing evening out to a restaurant we have thoroughly enjoyed in the past.

We had dinner here and the pizzas are delicious however the tables are too close to each other, you can hardly squeeze in to be able to sit. The place is quite loud so you cannot really have a conversation. Just go there if you want a quick delicious meal, I don’t think it is a great place for a sit down meal with friends and family.

We didn’t eat in, however the service was impeccable and the atmosphere so cozy, I’ll definitely reserve a table next time to enjoy the lovely Neapolitan vibes, they have wooden oven and good quality ingredients, the staff is very welcoming and friendly they deserve a 5 stars rate!! Not expensive at all

High place to eat pizza in Ealing! We always order delivery but walking around the area and wanting pizza there is no better place than Santa Maria! Authentic, rich and with an excellent variety. The San Danielle in particular is one of our favorites. Luigi took excellent care of us, making us feel at home! Very rich and good everything!

Just great, travelled for this as long al one to me closed due to redevelopment of area sadly

So I recently went to Santa Maria on one of my friend’s suggestion, I’m usually not a fan of Italian pizzas but after visiting this place my preferences has changed The food was very quick and well cooked, I really liked the staff and one of the waiters name Gajendra took care of my little 3 old baby in between. I would recommend this place of every pizza lover around and near ealing

It is usually my go-to place on weekends, whenever I crave some pizzas, It's been months since I have been a regular customer here, I keep trying different pizzas from the menu, my personal favorite is Santa Carmela, I really like the service and the staff also the food is always quick and well cooked.

Clearly not the Santa Maria of a few years ago I heard the management has been changed a few months ago No surprise , The starters without seasoning , the sauce was a Can Tomato ready made sauce The pizza was Ok but the Tomato sauce was the same Can Tomato sauce and very disappointing Take my advice and go somewhere else

Visited on Saturday, food was nice although the waiter took my order wrong, I still ate it because I was in a rush. Service wasn’t so good, also sat next to the kitchen which was very loud and can visibly see issues between the kitchen and restaurant servers.

This restaurant has a soul and a friendly atmosphere, despite its dilapidated condition. Or maybe it’s their interior style which is very weird for me. But seems it’s the one place where tables are not sticky but quite clean. Also the staff is always friendly and smiling, especially the girl from Ukraine. We support her and will come again and again. She always helps with choosing dishes and despite what has happened in her native home, she keeps herself firmly dignified and with a smile.

The place has cockroaches and I was told by an old member of staff they have no interest of getting rid of them they just have a few traps down ,also the manager is extremely incompetent and has terrible customer service he came over to my table didn’t even say greet us just asked “what do you guys want to eat” and was over friendly with my daughter made us both feel extremely uncomfortable.

The manager of the place was very rude, they were not friendly at all, the food was cold and they did not bring me what I wanted.

I recently visited Santa Maria Pizzeria in Ealing with my girlfriend, and overall, it was a delightful experience with a few minor hiccups. Upon arrival, the restaurant was fairly empty, which made it easier to find a seat. However, the tables were a bit dirty when we sat down, but the staff quickly attended to it and cleaned it up, which I appreciated. Despite being quiet, the waiters seemed a bit tired. They forgot some of our orders initially and kept asking us if we wanted to place an order, even after we had already done so. It was clear they were a bit worn out, but they still maintained a friendly and polite demeanour throughout. When it came to the food, it was fantastic. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavours and a great texture. I’d highly recommend trying their Malbec wine, which paired beautifully with the pizza. For dessert, they kindly offered us a complimentary tiramisu and another cake, a lovely goodwill gesture that was much appreciated. The service, despite the small hiccups, was impeccable and very welcoming. The staff did their best, even though they seemed a bit exhausted, and I completely understand. The gesture of free dessert definitely made up for any minor missteps. In summary, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cosy. I would definitely love to visit again!

It has been an incredible discovery! Very good quality pizzas, in the most Neapolitan style (without chips or strange things), pure Italy. Don't pass up the parmigiana!! Lovely staff. One of the best pizzerias in London without a doubt.

Fantastic pizza with fresh and tasty ingredients and it doesn’t break the bank. Our waiter Luis was attentive and explained the menu with great knowledge. We had the bruschetta with Nduja and burrata, followed by the calzone and the Santa Catarina both delicious. Highly recommend this gem of a pizzeria in Ealing.

Honestly by far the best pizza restaurant in Ealing! Top quality food with very friendly and welcoming staff. They a good selection of vegetarian pizzas.

We had a lovely experience here lovely food ,amazing atmosphere and the lady who served us she is the best waitress Her name is SANA , someone from another world love her . Very kind ,polite over all details making us feel very welcomed and comfortable at all times . Advised us about the drinks brought me some to try to see if I like it ,and also I had the best tiramisu . I live in London for 14 years and I stop eating out because people are so rude and unwelcoming most of the times . Sana make me feel to go there everyday she put a hope in my heart ❤️, she is the best a super star ,God bless her . I will definitely come back and recommended to everyone go there and be served by her .

It's our favorite place in Ealing! Santa Maria is a cozy pizzeria, and its pizzas are of high quality. I recommend asking for Johanna and Luigui, they are the best, always friendly to take your order and make you feel at home!

I had the Garlic Foccacia (with onions and black olives) for starter, Santa Margherita for pizza main, and also Pan Di Stelle for the dessert. All three have been brilliant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is eager to try authentic pizza in London.

The staff were kind and made sure we got our pizza nice and quick because we were rushing off to a play. The pizza itself was really delicious, a classic Nepalese fluffy bake. I only knock a star of because the loos are a little bit janky but otherwise the restaurant was perfect 👍🏽

We came here to celebrate my brothers exams. The pizzas were lovely and our waiter was really cheery. Because we were having such a lovely time on such a special occasion, we asked the young woman who brought our food over if she could take a quick photo of us. She rudely and abruptly replied “I’m busy get someone else to do it” and it was disappointing to see the lack of respect or politeness. So I asked another staff member and he was more than happy to help. Overall a lovely trip and a lovely team and great food.

Price too high. 4 pizzas 3 drinks 80 pounds. Ingredientes are not bad but is not the best pizza I have hadin London. Dough should be softer and topping less dry.

I am an old and withering man. I have tried many a pizzas in my long life. Today I ordered myself a simple and humble bufalina. Upon the first bite, I was instantly back to 1948 in my home town vineyard, my nonna serving me up warm and beautiful pizza. Thank you to Bronte. Much like the new Ferrari PuroSangue SUV, this is a Santa Maria PutoSangue.

Getting straight to the point, the quality of service was piss poor. Unfortunately we were served by the most rude and impatient waitress at this restaurant. We overheard a conversation between her and another member of staff questioning my autistics son’s disability! She acquired the audacity to ask us to leave a good review. I hate to name and shame but I will also be calling to report this waitress, who when asked said her name was Maddy. Totally unacceptable!

Great pizza, polite staff, I would recommend

Food is good but nothing special, not "London's best pizza" as they claim. Service was average but service charge is 12.5% which feels extortionate given it was nothing extraordinary. Had to ask for oil and salt and pepper as there was nothing on the table. I paid £3.50 extra for sausage on my pizza but the quantity given was embarrassing (I will attach a photo). The receipt was given to us in a crumpled drink can which honestly felt like a joke (I'll also attach the photo below). Presentation of the salad was rather horrific too. Overall it's a very expensive pizza place for average quality and therefore I wouldn't recommend it.

I find pizza is generally much of a muchness at this level although I would say this was quite a bit better than normal.

Epic pizza, came here as a party of 11 and had a great time. I honestly can't fault the food at all. The drinks came out cold and it all came out pretty quickly. Worth noting that the non pizza options are limited, but the clue is in the restaurant name... Atmosphere is buzzy and the service is decent. As a final point the restaurant isn't huge so fairly intimate.

I absolutely adore this pizzeria, and it has become my go-to spot for a delicious meal. The pizza is always on point, thanks to Matteo's incredible skills. Also, I have to give a special shoutout to Johana, the friendly waitress who always makes me feel right at home. She always pays attention to the little details and is always there when you need her. I can't wait to return for another delicious pizza!
