Franco Manca in Ealing

Szabi was very attentive and made the kids extremely comfortable. My daughter turned 18 and they gave her a free drink and dessert. The food was amazing as always. We love FM in Ealing and have been and will be back many times. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Absolutely delish! The gluten-free base tasted amazing. It wasn't heavy of crumbly. The ingredients were fresh and full of flavour. The limoncello was 😍😍😍. My hubby thought the tiramisu was great too. Excellent service, friendly staff, and a very nice vibe.

Extremely rude servers, food was undercooked and the wait was over 30 mins. Never again!

I would not even give this place a star rating. The whole atmosphere was awful. Our food was cold and the staff were not interested to serve. We waited 15minutes to get attention. Rude manager who did not even help. Our pizza was burnt. I will be writing a complaint to trading standards for quality of their food.

Amazing speed of service even though it was really busy. Staff were all very polite and helpful! Food was great. Highly recommend!

All food was tasty. I would have preferred a small break between starters and mains. Our mains came out before we were finished with our starters, and there was not enough space on the table for everything. Felt rushed. Our coffees were only just warm enough to drink. Often coffees are too hot to drink but our coffees needed to be much hotter. Our servers were lovely and accommodating and everything was clean.

We went to Franco Manca for the first time ever and the pizza was incredible!! Our server Marco was so friendly and even helped us order - we went for Franco’s Favourite and it was honestly some of the best pizza I’ve ever had - we will definitely be back 🤩

The waiter refused to sit us because we were a party of ten even though the restaurant was empty barring one table. He said it was because we wanted to pay individually and he would be too busy (again, the restaurant was empty at 1pm and we would've taken up most of it). Nothing against the food, I love other locations.

A traditional Italian pizza baked inside a wood fired oven, along with sourdough base. Tasted superb within 15 minutes of order even though I am not a thin crust pizza lover ( I like Pizza Hut thick crust pizza). For the take aways, pizza will be prepared only after you have done dine in to preserve freshness of pizza. Service is good - fast and efficient. Atmosphere is acceptable, just that the restaurant is a bit small. The prices of the pizza are reasonable.

Not your typical pizza place. Relatively limited options, and those options were a little different to the normal high street choices. But we were a party of three and each had different pizzas and we were unanimous that each of us chose wisely. They were gorgeous. Had cheescake and tiramasu to follow which were equally as good. Overall a little gem. Lovely pizza at a reasonable price.

It doesn't come remotely close to real Italian pizza, much less Neapolitan, not to mention the fact that the dough was bland and raw.

We recently held our staff Christmas party at Franco Manca, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! This isn't our first visit, and it definitely won't be our last. The customer service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish served fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was warm, festive, and perfect for our celebration. Thank you to the team at Franco Manca for making our holiday gathering so special. We'll definitely be back again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience

Great customer service from the whole team even on a busy Friday night. Shout out to Marco. Recommend the nibbles trio, garlic bread with seasonal pesto & mozzarella, and smoked spicy salami pizza. Definitely will come again !

Fast wait times, food, overall an amazing experience! Staff were friendly as well, especially Marco, who looked after us well. We would definitely recommend for special events, (such as birthdays in our case), or just for family or solo eat-outs. In a nutshell, this was a great way to spend our Saturday and will definitely be for whoever else comes here too.

The service is bad, have been waiting at the outdoor table for 15 mins. They've seen us waiting but they continue to pass by us and No one came to take the order.

We visited the restaurant tonight. The atmosphere looks really welcoming and cozy. Our server was efficient and kind, and the service was fast. We ordered pizzas and some drinks as we weren't very hungry. Both pizzas were delicious with a great balance of taste. We enjoyed our quick dinner and definitely will be back soon. My husband and I have been customers of this branch since its opening back in 2015. I love sour dough! However, what keeps us coming back is the staff. The current manager is Laszlo. He’s definitely an asset to Franco Manca. Not only he remembers my name. He remembers my dog! He’s very welcoming, warm, attentive and friendly. One of the staff, Szabi is also funny, friendly and helpful. We love coming here because of the staff making us feel at home. There are so many restaurants in this neighbourhood. The excellent service and food here set Fanco Manca Ealing apart from the rest.

Laslo and Szabi were absolute delights the whole time and were attentive during our meal. They never approached too soon but were also never more than a couple mins away from when we needed them. Wonderful staff and service!

Not the best experience tonight. Pizza was only semi warm when served and not very tasty. Service slow, instead of bringing the bill the waitress came up to our table asking if we were ready to order. We clearly had used cuttlery, glasses and napkins on the table. Asked her for bill and she proceeded to ignore that request. Won't be going back.

Good and fast service. About the food, the pizza Margherita was really great, although the Amatriciana wasn't that good.

They are and have been so good.. love the food here.. may it be there Salads or Pizza or their Desserts.. everything is just so fresh and taste always on point Must must go if not yet.. they have many branches and all of them have the same level of experience and taste

The food is really excellent. Table reservations can be made quickly and easily via the website. The service is courteous and nice. It only took 10 minutes from the order to the pizza on the table. All in all, highly recommended.

Food was decent but upon arrival we sat at a table outside, after being noticed multiple times but not attended to by the blonde waiter we went in to let one of the other waiters know we are sitting outside. Once placing our order the food came relatively quick which was nice, but we had no check backs and no one came to take our plates. Had to go in to pay and decided that our experience wasn’t worth the service charge so we disputed it to the same blonde male waiter who ignored us since the beginning. He asked why and we explained, was incredibly rude about it. Maybe if his hair wasn’t in his face he would’ve noticed us at the beginning. Unfortunately we won’t be attending again.

Love this one as much as all of the others! This is one of the best authentic Italian pizza around. Love the ambiance and customer service. I love watching them make the pizza in the Italian oven!

The masters. Have been in Ealing since before Dickens Yard and Filmworks came up, and have stayed solid ever since. Reliable super fresh, super simple and affordable sourdough pizza. When coming for lunch in weekends (think kids), you’ll get a table and a gorgeous oven pizza within 10 minutes, with an effortless balance of crispy just-burnt edges and juicy base. Importably, you’ll pay the same price most cafes now charge for a soggy, cold sandwich. Spacious and bright with wrap around windows so extra nice in the summer, but still very hearty in the winter

We went to the restaurant with some friends, when we had to pay, the tip is supposed to be voluntary, but the person at the cashier was extremely rude and told us that we had to pay the full amount, that we couldn't leave because the total tip was missing. On the bill it said OPTIONAL TIP, but this person was extremely rude and I felt really bad. The food was very good and the waiters were very friendly, but when someone comes and has that horrible attitude when it comes to paying, it's disappointing. I will not return to the restaurant and I do not recommend it.

Order no. 404704775 JustEat So my meal arrived and the pizza was cold anyway for a start, and then there was NO CAKE DESSERT EVEN DELIVERED. That’s at least £6 if not more they owe me. I want something done! JustEat outright refuse to even acknowledge the failure to deliver the item I PAID FOR, I may have to go to my bank and cancel the payment.

Best pizza I've eaten for a while, side salad fresh with a tasty dressing, absolutely delicious. Just about had room for Tiramisu which was so light that I was glad I tried it. Service so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!

incredibly rude blonde male waiter who was extremely passive aggressive towards me and my friends when we politely asked for part of the service fee to be removed. Ruined our experience here and we will not be returning, this behaviour shown towards customers spending money at this chain was appalling, I’d highly encourage management to have a word with staff about manners shown towards customers.
