Went with two young grandchildren having booked to take advantage of kids eat free. Shown to our table and all seemed well. The restaurant was filling up and reasonably busy for a Wednesday lunchtime but it took an age to get menus and then longer to order our meal. The food came relatively quickly and to be fair was very nice. Having eaten our main course we wanted to order a dessert and the waiter did not come to us. Had to Go and find him and it still took a ridiculous amount of time for the order to be taken. Again the food was ok but you can’t mess up ice cream. Having said that ours were vanilla ice cream with a splodge of whipped cream and three tinned strawberries. I spoke to the waiter, the only one showing people to tables, getting drinks, taking orders serving meals and clearing away. He stated that he was on his own due to staff sickness. However Prezzo, if you are going to offer free kids meals you must understand that kids are not patient when it comes to waiting for food so you need to plan better. This is the second time we have been here and the second time staff shortages have ruined the experience. We were in there two hours for a two course meal.

Beyond Disappointed. We were on a works outing and all looking forward to it as not been out as a group since Xmas. Having been seated it was some time before our drinks and starters orders were taken and our starters were with us before our drinks. Starters were generally good, we just didn't receive a sauce we had ordered. Main courses, 3 beefburgers were cold, 1 chicken burger requested no ketchup and garlic may instead, but when it came it was not altered in any way but had taken so long that no point sending it back, the chicken was also tough and chewy. The garlic mayo then came separately and we were charged for it at the end! It was disappointing that no garnish or salad came with the dishes. Desserts were nice but had to stop the poor waitress who was run off her feet to order them and then one was delayed as she had to sort something else. Minimal young staff all of whom were working really hard as restaurant full but they were all really good. Unfortunately not a good evening food wise ... Prezzo's you should look at your staffing and the little extra touches on plates that make a difference as you certainly charge for a better experience than we had.

Disappointing visit, the risotto has been taken from the menu and the food was not as good as it has been. Service was slow as waitress was only one working on ground floor.

We've been to the Prezzo in Aldeburgh and Felixstowe several times so we thought we'd give this one a try as we were in Woodbridge. We ordered starters, one of which came out cold and one of our mains came out cold so they got sent back. Kitchen staff sending out cold food is not acceptable in any establishment. The manager tried to blame staff shortages for the bad service but our evening was ruined by then. #We won't be going back.

It was our grandson’s birthday so he chose the restaurant. Staff friendly and service good, what let it down was our grandson’s meal didn’t appear. When we mentioned this to staff they went off to make his pizza, then we said to cancel it as we all had our meals going cold and was told we wouldn’t be charged for it, (strange thing to say as I wouldn’t have paid for it anyway, but didn’t get any offer of free dessert for him which would have been a nice gesture). Other meals, chicken carbonara and pizza were very nice, I had crab and lobster ravioli which tasted ok but was short on the filling which was paste and not actual fish. The family love Italian so would probably visit again.

Excellent value due to vouchers sent by Prezzo. Free bottle of prosecco and 25% of food. Waitress found it was my Wife's Birthday and gave here a free meal. The food was excellent too.

A really poor and disappointing experience, and the only thing saving this review from being "terrible" was the fact, the food was actually very nice. When we arrived, despite the restaurant being very quiet, we were seated at a table next to a very loud party The waiter pointed to the table and just almost threw the menus in a pile on the closest corner and walked off. Another waiter with a similar attitude came over to take our order but after the first drink had to leave because his electronic pad didn't work so he had to go and borrow someone else's! The plates, for our starters were cleared by the same member of staff that was trying to deliver our main courses at the same time, which was far from professional (or easy for him to do!) we had to specifically ask for a bit of cheese on the pasta as it wasn't offered and not once did any member of staff come to check we were enjoying the meal or asking if we needed any more drinks. The desert menus were again, just put in a pile on the closest corner, and we asked if he could clear the plates and the answer was literally "yeah" as he walked off. Honestly, the food was fine but the staff would have struggled to show any less interest or enthusiasm in their job or their guests. It was so disappointing as we love Prezzo as a company, but given the other local options near this branch, it has lost our custom for good.

We had another take away from here and I’m so pleased to say we thoroughly enjoyed it this time!! They didn’t burn the gluten free garlic bread, like they often do. It was lovely and soft. Both our pasta dishes were still hot when we got them home and tasted delicious. Lots of chicken and sauce. Yum!!

I didn’t want to leave a poor review as I really love Prezzo’s, but our take away was poor. Every single time I order the gluten free garlic bread, they burn it so much it’s inedible! My husband says you could play frisbee with it!! For nearly 6 pounds that’s not acceptable! There was hardly any sauce in my gluten free rusticana either. How hard is it to not burn the bread!!

Arrived at 7pm as a party of five. We were shown to our table by a server who already had two plates inhis hand and was waiting another table. After out starters arrived, there was a 50 minute wait for the main course, which only arrived when we reminded staff. I am pretty sure we had been forgotten as people were served food who had arrived well after us. The Chicken Alfredo was cold and I had to ask for cutlery. The tiny portion tasted of tinned chicken soup and was returned. We will not be returning.

We arrived here for dinner was greeted by a man in a lumberjack type shirt and jeans thought he was a customer until he directed us to our seats . Requested Appletize said no longer asked Fusilli Gorgonzola was told no and no suggestion of a equivalent, ordered 2 chicken alfredo arrived pasta hard and undercooked , returned them . 3 ninutes later ??? 2 more chicken alfredos appeared this time very hot dishes pasta was still hard .. We returned them and had Pizzas , with the second Chicken Alfredo he put parmasan on top but also over the table and did not clean the table , then put parmasan over my partners trousers and top with no apology , overall bad experience of something we were looking forward to , no compensation we just paid and left

We had a lovely evening at Prezzo celebrating my sister's birthday. Thanks to our waiter Alfie who was friendly and helpful.

I thought this was a great place to relax and enjoy eating pizzas and drinks so we could enjoy a casual night out….we were mistaken😒We had booked a table but no greeting at the door and had to call a waitress to check us in. Finally shown to our table by the Manager but no pre drinks order taken ….20 minute later no service whatsoever so went elsewhere. Perhaps this restaurant is a little too casual. Tip… must try harder!

Very nice dinner at Prezzo Woodbridge with the wife. Both our starters, pizza, and pasta were all very nice. The staff was very nice and we got a very good deal using our Tastecard! We will definitely be back!

We booked a table for 2 on Saturday night at 7:15 and although we were 15 minutes early, we were shown straight to our table. When we spoke to the person on the front of house, they reported a delay due to staff shortages in the kitchen. However these did not manifest themselves and the service and food delivery was exactly what was expected. The Lasagne was piping hot and the deserts were cold. The staff were very attentive. Well worth the visit and will be going back soon.

We hadn't booked but were fitted in, I think higher quality than Pizza Express which we benchmarked it too, the boys said their squid starter was nicer and I always enjoy the tomato brushetta, we also had mixed olives which came in a nice garlic herb dressing. For mains the boys had chicken burger and pepperoni pizza good sized portions and I had the pumpkin, ricotta and crispy sage leaves ravioli these are handmade and really delicious could of had a bigger portion or would of been nice to have this as a starter if abit less expensive, think Watson and Walpole in Framlingham it was a dish on the par to that but alot less expensive! We all had cokes all offered ice and lemon so good. The only thing we weren't offered or that I think used to be on the tables were chilli oil which he asked for on his pizza. We didn't have desserts as we thought they were abit expensive for portion size as we didn't have a voucher and it was a Saturday so not offering a set menu. Service was ok but we were on a walkway thoroughfare and one of the lady waitresses was quite loud shouting orders across the restaurant so could of been abit more relaxed if she turned her voice level down abit. So we had nice pastries, cakes and coffee at H&H Honey and Harvey Woodbridge down the road instead, I recommend the almond croissant.

We visited today (Sunday 5th Feb) 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived early 3.45pm our initial booking was for 4pm. We were seated but despite ordering drinks within five we did not order food until 4.15. And the kids had to go and find a staff member to ask if we can order (they were getting hungry!) The two ladies that arrived after us received their food and we were hadn’t ordered at this point. Over looked which happens but the waitress wasn’t very personable at all. We felt that we were a bit of a hindrance tbh. The food was really good though and came swiftly once we had ordered. Although we could see it on the pass waiting to be collected. To the point that I nearly got up to retrieve it myself. Two pizzas just warmish on arrival but the other two dishes hot as al forno lasagne and calzone all very tasty though so no problem with the food at all. I believe they had a larger group upstairs (maybe 8 judging by the number of plates going up) so we’re focused on them maybe. But they were certainly missing an additional member of staff to nail the service side of things. Only us 4 and 2 other ladies downstairs. And a couple on coffees that left after 5 minutes of our arrival so not mega busy.

We had a fantastic evening before Christmas & decided to go back but how I wish we hadn't. The restaurant was relatively quiet as you would expect on a Wednesday evening but we were hidden out the way behind a column & it felt as if it was too much hassle for the waitress to come round the corner to serve us in a personal manner. Menus were pushed on to the corner of the table the same with dessert spoons. The waitress comments were also unnecessary & not funny, just because we ordered the same main meal & she wouldn't let it drop all evening. The food was ok but nothing special, the lemon meringue pie wasn't good & the salad had the dressing on it already & it was drenched. The toilet downstairs always smells unpleasant which is not great if you're sitting close by. I have to say there is enough competition in the surrounding areas that we won't be returning, sadly another customer lost.

We went for dinner here today. We were a little early but the lady quickly sat our table for us to sit down.Service was good and friendly. I had a kir royale cocktail which was lovely and my partner had a J20. Staff wore face coverings. For mains we both had pasta, these were nice and I took what I had left home.We paid easily. Our Saturday evening family meal couldn’t have been better. 8 of us had beautifully presented, delicious food that couldn’t be faulted but even better was the service. We were served by four of the team and all of them were friendly and efficient- even setting up a fan for my mother when she was hot. The restaurant was also very clean . Well done and thank you.

Needing to visit Woodbridge, and having some Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use we booked a table and arrived early to be welcomed and seated promptly. Recognizing that it was quite warm, the waiter asked if we would like another door opened and this was appreciated. Not surprising, as we were the only diners at the time, our drinks order was taken promptly and, when they arrived, our food order was taken. Our food arrived quicker than expected, was very hot (we were warned!) and it was excellent. By the time we had finished our main meal, the restaurant was almost full, but our waiter was very efficient and no one was kept waiting for very long. We were very impressed with Craig, who in addition to waiting on tables, was dealing with new arrivals including having to explain to two callers that because they hadn't booked, no table was available but encouraged them to book for later - 45 minutes - which they did.

Thursday night dinner for two. The staff were absolutely excellent - very attentive, friendly and chatty. The simple things did not go unnoticed such as ensuring we had forever cutlery ready for next course and explaining menu items or ingredients we were unsure of! The food was brilliant - I highly recommend the honeycomb cheesecake!! I was really impressed by the Chicken and Pepper pizza which has substantial toppings and incredibly good value. All in all a wonderful evening and I would highly recommend to others

Very nice welcome by staff, found us a table immediately as we hadn’t booked. Typical Prezzo menu with good choice. Food was excellently presented and well cooked. Very nice comfortable decor, tables spaced out to cover present regulations. Very enjoyable evening dinner experienced.

I moved away from the area two days ago now after a brief year long stay, and seeing as Prezzo was back open decided to get dinner there on our last evening. Upon entering we were greeted by asking if we'd booked one of the six vacant tables, which we hadn't. After a minute or two deliberation we were told we had to be done by 7pm (it was 5.25). The manager then proceeded to go upstairs for the duration. Both waitresses had their masks firmly below the nose, as well as frequently off entirely. Of the two kitchen staff, only one kept his mask on, the others barely making it above his chin. Obviously I am sympathetic of the heat, but working in the same industry, I know my team manage every day to adhere to public guidelines for safety during the pandemic. At one point the younger of the two waitresses ran outside declaring "I'm gonna go kiss him" to someone they knew walking past. The other one then went to the window to watch. Food arrived with the texture of a dense frisbee, and both me and my partner had slightly bad stomachs the following morning (although admittedly that could be stress of the move) All in all, a shambolic experience. Uninviting, unfriendly, plum average food quality standards and an enormous lack of consideration for public guidelines and safeguarding of the customers.

Upon arrival we was greeted but didn’t feel overly welcome by the manager, this man was also dressed in a smart top and trousers but had the most unprofessional footwear I could of seen… red,blue and white trainers that had seen better days! Me my mother and 2 young children were seated and served by a lovely waitress but we did ask if we could be seated to a slightly bigger table as we were going to order a lot of food and didn’t have room to eat and have the food on the table (we was placed on a small table normally used for 2 seats but we had 3 seats and high chair). She said of course but she had to check with her manager to make sure the table we saw was free to use and she went and spoke to him and he seemed to have a lot to say with his answer and didn’t look overly happy and she came back and said the table was reserved and we couldn’t move…. I wondered surely there must be one table free for us in the whole two floor restaurant and why couldn’t he just swap the bookings over with our table and swapped them back? But whatever we shrugged it off and carried on, feeling sorry for the waitress who didn’t know where to put our food. I did catch the manager staring at me every so often as he walked past, he really wasn’t friendly at all I don’t think I think he was more interested in talking to his mates in the kitchen! Anyway during our time there the table we asked to swap with remained empty… which makes me believe this manager was being difficult or didn’t want to help us for some reason I don’t know. Anyway the food was amazing, the waitresses and all the other ladies working on the floor were doing a fantastic job (I did find they were running about everywhere trying to do everything whilst the manager was just standing around) so overall food was amazing, the girls were amazing. But the manager I believe spoiled our time and was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. I hope the girls got our tip and not him!

Booked for Saturday night and unfortunately I put down Sunday on the website booking but the front of house staff member was able to find us a table. Lovely waitress and didn’t feel rushed although it was busy. Enjoyed our meal Thankyou.

Delicious meal, efficient and friendly service. Most notable was the close attention to the Covid rules that did not distract from our enjoyment of the tasty meal. Really impressed.

We used to visit Prezzo Woodbridge almost every weekend for a local family dinner and found it friendly and efficient. We've been twice in the last few months and both times almost had the same experience in the welcome from the person I assume be the manager was less than welcoming. Unsmiling and seeming as though we were a hindrance. Both times we had booked online earlier in the day, but this hadn't been registered and that should be a basic requirement for any restaurant with online booking. Our Son and his girlfriend visited recently and expressed exactly the same view and we hadn't spoken to them before at all about our experience. The importance of this lack of front of house welcome can be reflected in that the food and the other members of staff were excellent. We also eat often at the Ipswich Prezzo where the welcome and staff are also superb.

OK and cheap prices, really needs to allow and allocate extra staff as it was slow. we ate here today and the food was good and cheap but drinks expensive. server unfortunately was slow, but had a few people in. and her friends I believe, we were in there over an hour and most that time was waiting to get serviced or plates cleared. Panna cotta brought in they are not a wobbly as they should be. head office

Excellent service on a busy evening. Staff work hard and are on the ball. Food is tasty enough but just missing that something that makes a difference. All in all - reliable and predictable - it's the staff that save it from being average.

So. After posting a review about the service I received, I see my review has been deleted by the restaurant as I told the truth. THE WAITRESS THAT SERVED ME WAS DRUNK. COMPLETELY SMASHED. SHE STUNK OF ALCOHOL AND IVE SEEN HER DRINKING AT PREZZO AFTER HOURS SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES. GIRL HAS A BLONDE BOB AND LOOKS ONLY ABOUT 16. Shocked as I believe she may actually be a manager due to her wearing different clothes to the other staff. DO YOU ALLOW YOUR MANAGER TO BE DRUNK ON SHIFT AND DRINK AFTER HOURS? Not necessarily a nice way to portray the business. Won’t be shocked if this is deleted again but I will not stop.

Not just pasta and pizza! We had a lovely meal on Saturday evening, I started with a very generous serving of humus and flatbread followed by an excellent sea bass main course. Everyone on my table of five were very pleased with the quality of the food that we received.

Attended Prezzo for my son's 5th birthday meal only 6 of us and one other child. Bad timing was valentines. We arrived at 4pm straight after school. As soon as we walked in a young waiter said "could you keep your children under control we are going to be very busy". My son and his cousin hadn't done anything. I was mortified and wanted to leave but the meal was also a belated 70th birthday meal. Before we ordered we mentioned Tesco vouchers and were told couldn't use them! That wasn't clear on the website and when booking the restaurant. The food was nice and the mother in law said it was better than the Maldon branch. I didn't speak to the manager that night about the staff member as I was still not happy. The manager did serve us quite a bit and he gave a good service. Would I return to the Woodbridge branch unlikely.

Absolutely awful. The waitress I had was drunk her whole shift and it was completely unacceptable. Cannot remember her name but she had a blonde bob. She was rude, got everything wrong and made sarcastic remarks. Made it even worse that she was hammered! I have also seen this waitress in prezzo after hours drinking in the restaurant and that doesn’t set a good example. Disgusted. Awful awful trip.

We had lunch here today, not having visited for a while. The menu had a good choice of food at reasonable prices, the food was tasty, and the service was very good (friendly and efficient). Even better, Prezzo often have good discount offers available (eg 40% off mains) so we saved money. If you don't like cheese, there is even a cheese-free pizza!There is very little parking right by the restaurant but there are good car parks only a few minutes walk away

Came here for dinner with a friend last night and whilst it was great, it was quite busy and food wait times were fairly long. We arrived at 5:45 and didn’t have our starters until over an hour later - they were only garlic breads!!! However, really welcoming staff and really enjoyable meal :) we used a meerkat meal voucher so it was great value too. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the desserts - the brownie bomb is very nice.

Out second visit to a Prezzo restaurant. Before Christmas we enjoyed a post concert evening meal at the Ipswich restaurant. Today we visited the Woodbridge restaurant for lunch. Neither visit disappointed ~ will certainly add this chain to our list of options for the future.Would probably be as well to book a table next time ~ the restaurant was almost full on a Thursday lunchtime. But the service was nevertheless speedy and cheerful.And the food itself was delicious. The sharing starter was what seemed to be a large sized pizza and the main pasta courses were a full meal in themselves. But the attentive waitress noticed my dining companion was struggling and suggested that the second half portion could be taken home in a box and eaten later in the evening !

Following a trip to the cinema felt like the obligatory pizza. Restaurant reservation made a few days ago. Haven't been to this one in Woodbridge. Went for a 3 courser and a fabulous pizza for main. All very tasty and served by some charming servers. Meet and greet was very nice and the table we were taken to pleasant. The ambience and surroundings charming. I was impressed with the pizza cutter which accompanied my main! Don't normally get this when in other Prezzos. Should be a standard as it made cutting the pizza so much easier. Gold Star to Woodbridge. Others take note. Thanks also to all the staff we met there. A wonderful job.

Had a family dinner there last Thursday and it was quite busy but we we’re looked after well . We were able to use a 40% off food discount so it’s worth looking out for these offers (especially on January Prezzo is in a good location and easy to walk to in the high street and park nearby if you can navigate the one way system from the Ipswich approach into the town .A good choice and safe bet for a family meal with a dedicated kids menu

At the end of a busy working day we selected Prezzo for an early dinner. Enticed in by a good daily offer on the menu we thought it worth a try. The food and service were okay, nothing special however good value for money. We’d visit again if in a hurry.

I recently had a meal at prezzo Woodbridge and was amazed at the quality of food and service I received. the staff went above and beyond my expectations and I now understand why prezzo has such a good name in the Italian food industry.

We visited the Woodbridge Prezzo last Saturday 16th November. The food was very good esp. the risotto with the prawns and the one with mushrooms. The service was great, even accounting for our children changing their mind at the last minute regarding their orders. We were especially happy because our son was asked to cut the ribbon on the newly-refurbished restaurant.

We have been to this restaurant a couple of times now ahead of watching a show at the Riverside Theatre. The food is always great and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and there are lots of gluten free options available. However, there is usually a long wait for food even when not particularly busy. Worth the wait but only if you’re not in a rush.

We booked a table for 7.45pm and arrived at 7.40pm. We were told to take a seat by the bar and we would be taken to our table shortly. Staff kept rushing past but no one saw to us. Finally at 8.10pm we were shown to a table. The gentleman took our drink orders and said he would be back shortly to take our food orders. He came back within 5 minutes and took our orders stating our drinks would be on the way. Within 10 minutes the food came out which was literally just put on the table, no offer of parmesan or anything. I didnt even get chance to ask for the drinks. We had pretty much ate our meals and our drinks still weren't there, I ended up having to go to the bar to ask for them. Once finished, no one came to clear plates, we just went to the bar to pay where we waited another 10 minutes until a staff member could serve us. We could not find a manager and it was clear the staff could not cope on this evening, we had no apology of the nights events and ended up skipping to another venue to have dessert as no one offered at prezzo.

Very friendly as always. Cheering staff, warm welcome and professional service from Angie. She is a little angel, so caring and charming. Thank you for looking after us even on a very busy Sunday. Well done team.

My husband & I had a very lovely evening at Prezzo Woodbridge. Angie our waitress was attentive & polite- great customer service skills! The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming, the food was delicious- will definitely be coming back. Also thank you so much to the manager who helped our daughter surprise us with our meal (our first night out together in about 2years!), again fantastic customer service & really approachable, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, well done!! Xx

Such a lovely restaurant. Staff so very helpful even though extremely busy and also having to deal with some very rude and unappreciative customers the staff were courteous and professional. Food hot and well presented. Shame not all customers appreciated their tremendous efforts.

Me and my Mum and two children arrived at Prezzo after having a terrible experience elsewhere and having to walk out before out lunch was served (almost 40mins after ordering). We desperately had to find somewhere child-friendly as the kids were starting to climb the wall and found ourselves at Prezzo. When we walked in I explained what had happened and the staff were so welcoming and friendly and really bent over backwards to make sure we had the best experience. Our food came out quickly (I had stressed that we'd already waited a long time from our initial order at the last venue), the service was impeccable, we were made to feel welcome and when the food arrived, it was hot and delicious. We agreed never to go back to the other venue and to just Coe here instead. I'm not normally a fan of chain restaurants, but we could NOT fault these guys. Thanks for turning our lunchtime around!!

Used Tesco vouchers one Wednesday evening. Lovely tasty food, no fuss and good service. Highly recommend.

Very good food, Salmon & seabass mains, burrata starter, good wine and cocktail plus a nice discount by using a voucher. Angie who served us was excellent!

Just had fantastic birthday meal with Sofia age 9yrs the staff were so lovely with her and other children. Angie was our waitress, she made the occasion so special, highly recommend this restaurant for family get togethers. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Well done Prezzo we will be coming back. Thank you Angie your a star.

We have visited Prezzo in Woodbridge many times and have never left a review before but really feel thte time has come to put that right. We ate there again earlier this week on Monday evening and as ever had a lovely evening. The staff are always exceedingly friendly, welcoming and efficient. The service is quick ,solicitous and friendly yet without being the least intrusive. The food was delicious...piping hot, served swiftly and beautifully cooked to perfection. We are always given a warm reception and delightful service by all staff members. They all bend over backwoods to provide the best service they can ,even when extraordinarily busy! We are regular customers there and will remain so as the experience is always so positive and the value for money fantastic !! Well done all concerned ....you have two very happy customers.

I recently visited Woodbridge Prezzo again whilst on holiday. I'd previously eaten there a few years back. The Waitress, service, & food is 2nd to none, and is excellent. The Waitress was very helpful & had great customer skills. The food was tasty, well cooked, & was as good as the first time I'd visited. This restaurant is so good we ate there 2 times in a 3-day break. Great place & staff.

Just been for a family meal to celebrate our sons birthday. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party. On arrival we were welcomed by friendly staff who soon had us seated at our table. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, we all ate different choices from the menu and could not fault anything. Even the 2 children enjoyed the children's menu as they ate everything up and also sat quietly with the activity sheets they were given to play and colour on. All in all a very enjoyable evening and a special thanks to Angie who made shaw our evening was very memorable and enjoyable.

We live in Woodbridge so call in here fairly regularly. Vouchers always make it a good value place to eat and, for us, the foods always been good. Staff always pleasant - Angie on out last visit - and always timely service.

Years ago Prezzo was great, and on that basis we went for a meal there a few nights ago. I do not know what they have done with the place, but even though it was far from full, the service was exceptionally slow, the food unexciting and with tables rammed so close together we could hear private conversations on either side of us, without trying, which made us self-conscious about our own. Simple requests took a long time - like asking for water.

I was in a party of four and we had a booking for 7pm on Friday night. We were seated promptly and our drinks order was taken in good time. However, after nearly 40 minutes, I had to ask a waitress to take our order.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. My calamari starter had as much taste as a slice of cardboard, but the pasta main course was excellent.

My family and I swung by for a bite to eat at lunch time. It was a very good experience. Food and service no complaints. Would recommend the pizza bites, Italian hummus, penne arrabbiata and king prawn risotto.

We stopped for a late lunch yesterday August 5th. We hadn't used this particular Prezzo for some years and it does now look a little tired inside however the service and fixed price lunch we both had was very good indeed. My wife had the hummus with grilled flatbread and I had the Caprese salad for starters which were both very fresh and very tasty. Our mains were chicken, bacon and advocado salad for my wife and Vesuvio pizza for me and again the food was very good indeed and the Sicilian Grillo white wine and the Peroni beer went down well too. Our sincere thanks go to Simone, Angie and Craig who were on duty yesterday, I can only think that there was a different chef on for the person who wrote the review regarding a very disappointing pizza takeaway a couple of days ago.

Ordered a takeaway Tre Gusti pizza and it was probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Actually I only ate a quarter of it. Dry, no cheese (not mentioned on the menu), chicken flavourless, no sign of the pancetta, overwhelming pepperoni. All for £12, ridiculous.

Food was excellent.....perhaps the best calamari I've ever eaten. Tasty sea bass and toothsome pasta. Our server, Angie was just great. Full marks all round.

Lovely meal, big portions which is great, drinks food arrived quickly, massive discounts with the voucher.

My friend and I would like to thank Simone and staff at the woodbridge, suffolk branch of Prezzo. Whilst working in Woodbridge we regularly visited the restaurant. We were always very well looked after by friendly and attentive staff. The food was always fantastic and we never had to wait long as they knew we had limited time. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you to Simone on staff for making our visits so much fun.

With genuinely friendly staff waiting to greet us on the door, it was a lovely start to an equally lovely evening. We were seated upstairs, the decor is lovely and the lady who served us was very attentive and friendly. The food was of a high standard and not overly expensive. The house italian wine was also very good. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch very much.Ordering and being served did not take long.The food was superb as was the dessert followed by coffee.Full compliments to the chef and also to Louis, our waiter, who looked after us extremely well which we really appreciated.

I’m not usually a huge fan of chain restaurants but I visited this branch of Prezzos a few years ago with a couple of vegetarian friends and was impressed with the pizzas. We took ours back to the barge we were staying on and enjoyed with chips from the chip shop next door!

Had a loverly anniversary meal . Made to feel welcome on arrival and had great service the whole time , even when it got busy. We took our two children 11 and 13 and the staff also made them feel welcome. Would return again, and would recommend booking first to make sure you can get a table. If someone in your group struggles with stairs book table on the ground floor , there I'd also a disabled toilet and baby changing on this level. Once again thanks for a great meal

We love Woodbridge Prezzo and we all live in Ipswich its a great atmosphere there and great staff as well, service is just amazing and food is so delicious. We go there alot as its so yummy.

We visited here on a Monday lunchtime and had the best pizza we have had in any Prezzo branch, courtesy of chef Thomas. It was really good. The waiter who served us was great too. Overall a really tasty lunch.

This was our first visit and very much looking forward to our next one in the not too distant future. We were impressed with the menu and the service was excellent.

I recently visited woodbridge prezzo with my girlfriend for our weekly date night (we eat out a lot). We have visited here before many times and is definitely one of our favourite restaurants.

Ordered £50 worth of food. Fries cost £3:90 they were dreadful, cold, rubbery and chewy. My calzone was just dough, missing slot of filling.

I rarely review local restaurants but having been to Prezzo in Ipswich and Felixstowe recently and had poor food and awful service we went to Woodbridge Prezzo on Thursday evening using a Buyagift 3 course and wine voucher.

We have been to many Prezzos but this is head and shoulders above the rest. Staff friendly and welcoming and the food was definitely better than any other Prezzo we have been to. Highly recommend and I don’t say that about many chains!
