From the off this establishment was a massive let down, from the stupidly expensive food to the chiefs singing loud football chants. For starter i received what can only be described as 4 burnt tasteless meatballs in some red dish water sauce. Then followed up by the ‘ 3 meat ‘ ragu, even though i struggled to find even 1 meat let alone 3 ! Bland, sent back and got back the same thing but now under done pasta instead the £11 glass of wine to wash it down was perfect side to this abysmal dish. Expected so much more from somewhere that has such a great decor inside and out. The waitress who served us was pleasant and by her express when i told her i would not be paying for my meal or the service charge, there was no complaints as i’m sure she had heard to same thing many times before. I will not be returning to this location or any other around the country. please avoid, you’ll be saving not just your money but your tastebuds.

I ordered a takeout. I ordered Sag Paneer. The menu describes it as "Fresh spinach and paneer cooked with onion, garlic and house spices." What I got was paneer in some kind of weird coconut sauce. Never saw anything like it. It tasted like eating coconut, so overpowering I couldn't taste anything else. Took one bite and binned it.

We’ve been to Enzo several times and have always had a great experience. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner. The staff are friendly, the service is impressively quick, and they pay great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable dining experience.

Great food, good for lunch. Better when it’s quiet and we prefer booth tables that are sometimes available. Ordered arancini, rustica pizza and cheesecake.

I stopped by the restaurant recently for lunch, despite the quiet atmosphere, the team didn’t miss a beat. Maria, my girlfriend was graceful, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing great service. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, always with a warm smile and genuine care. Watching her in a professional setting was a proud and rewarding experience. Leila was equally attentive and kind, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout. Mollie stepped in to take my dessert order and continued that same level of care, and ensured my meal ended on a high note. Even though they all knew me personally, they maintained a high level of professionalism while still adding a personal touch. Maria, Leila, and Mollie gave 100%, whether the restaurant is busy or quiet, I can confidently say guests are in excellent hands here. I would also like to add that the chefs did an excellent job on beautifully preparing my meal also adding to my experience.

Our server Jack was outstanding. Taking care of us especially our granddaughter, so much so that we ate at ask Italian the following day too! Food was lovely. All staff were polite, helpful and very professional. Paying very good attention to little ones and also one of our group with a nut allergy. Excellent. Would recommend and will go again next time we visit Shrewsbury.

Had a 3 course Sunday family meal and the majority if us were too full and took our dessert home. Good portion sizes, good menu choices and food was nice (apart from roast potato - a bit hard) and my nan said her roast beef was chewy, but everything else was lovely.

Food was overwhelming and bland

3 children and 8 adults. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience today. The food was lacking and the service more so. The food was average with a filet steak dish that chewy at best and a let down from previous experiences. The service was the biggest issue. There were only us and one other table at this time. We had to wait for both mains and starters and the mains kept our toddler waiting whilst the rest of the table waited. We had to ask multiple times where the dish was and when it finally arrived our child had had to eat from our dishes so no longer wanted to eat their own. We had to ask for second drinks and for a restaurant who had both a pre order and only around 15 people to service total in the building, it is so wrong that this was the experience we had. The tea in fairness did offer us the toddler meal free and 10% off. However the meal still came to just under £300 ( without alcohol) and for that price I expect so much more and would definitely try one of the other Italian restaurants around. My advice would be for the price and lack of standard to spend this sort of money in a different venue.

Food was below average and tasteless

You must go! Cannot recommend the staff and food enough. The quality is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable. The staff were incredibly informative, attentive and very entertaining. The chefs were all friendly and genuinely seemed passionate when creating and serving the food. Great job guys. A thoroughly enjoyed meal!

8 of us for Sunday lunch yesterday, staff were brilliant and so good with the kids. Food was absolutely delicious as usual. Highly recommend especially for families. Thank you!

i went her yesterday with my girls for night out. it was all going good before the main course since i found multiple hairs in my pasta and my friend found white particles in her pizza.would not recomend if ur going for main coures i would reccomend for starters tough.
