Had a great meal in South Ken. Bogumil was a fantastic server and took great care to accommodate our allergy situation.

Everything about our experience was amazing. The food, staff, environment. We had Bogomil as a server and he was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a smaller environment and delicious food.

Bogumil was excellent - top service.

We had all sorts of starters, mains and desserts. They were all lovely, especially the meat feast pizza and brownies. The server was really pleasant too.

Very good restaurant, but when it came time to pay, we were quickly brought back to reality: the card machine was handed to us without giving us a chance to check the bill, and without mentioning that a 12.5% optional service charge had been discreetly added by the server. A big disappointment when we saw the details on the receipt, not to mention the lack of transparency from the server, who had clearly realized we were French tourists.

Absolutely delicious. Fantastic service and excellent food. The Lentil Ragu, Gamberoni and Chicken Milanese were standout dishes. Bogumil and Vas took great care of our table. One of our best meals in London!

This is a cute little spot with really great food. I ordered the goat cheese pasta and I would order it again and again. It was so delicious! Bogumil was my server and he was very kind and personable. It is a great area with lots of options but I will think of the pasta from Bella Italia for a long time after this trip!

We arrived early for lunch, with just us in the entire restaurant. The waiter and waitress made us feel comfortable and at home, laughing and joking with us. Great little Italian place in South Kensington! A lot of options for pastas and pizzas plus some non traditional items like cheeseburgers! Staff was very friendly and nice (especially Bogumil) and we were able to get in with no wait! Definitely check them out as they are just a block or two from South Kensington station!

It’s a beautiful nice Italian place :) The Garlic Butter is amazing! We had also the Mushrooms al forno and the pizza margarita. Special thanks to Bogumil and his team for the great service and Hospitality!

If I could, I would give 10 stars and not just for food but Alessandro as well! This man is brilliant. He knows the food and he knows his customers. He made our dining experience exceptionally interesting. From taking order to the end, he made sure we were satisfied. The food was extremely good. Kudos to the chefs. Wow, this place was really good. Great atmosphere and the staff was super nice. I usually take pics before we eatn sorry...but we were starving. As soon as we tasted the food, I thought: I better take some pics fast before it's all gone. Mangia mangia! Don't let Bogomill scare you, he was super nice. I think we saw Zuckerberg there too!

We had a nice visit to this restaurant and were really impressed with the service and food. It was very quiet but this was probably due to the fact that it was early evening. It is well situated a short walk from the tube station. Nicely decorated, we couldn't fault our experience.

Bogomil provided fantastic service to us, he was so friendly and patient with us and our children and we thought his customer service was exceptional. Would recommend this Bella Italia as the food was lovely and efficient plus our lovely waiter Bogomil was brilliant.

Yes...please! Already have been 3 times this trip. Delicious. Fresh. Staff very attentive and they have my favorite Koppaberg Cider. Stella only beer on tap. There is definitely an Italian Nonna in the kitchen! Fast way to order with the QR code. Lovely decor.

Excellent service , the person who was helping us was extremely helpful, informative, friendly and making sure we have everything what we need . Bogumil was very attentive and professional. As a vegan I very much appreciate that he was able to answer in all of my questions regarding the menu and being very patient. Best service ever ! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Razonablemente ocupado para un domingo por la noche, pero el servicio seguía siendo bueno. Bonitas camareras con sonrisas listas. Bruschetta y entrantes de langostinos eran buenos y nuestra carne festín pizza y mar - lubina buena también. Ligeramente decepcionado cuando nuestros pasteles de queso vinieron con coulis de fresa en lugar de chorrito de limón y compota de arándanos, pero cuando mencionamos esto nos dieron uno de ellos gratis. Buen acercamiento. Buen ambiente, comida y personal. Comeríamos aquí de nuevo.

Me and my friends were on vacation in London and we visited museums. For dinner we decided to go to Bella Italia restaurant.Food was good and a decent portion. Male waiter insulted a female colleague by saying very derogatory words to her. It's scary to hear something like that in such a developed country😱. This restaurant should be closed.

This is my go-to Italian in South Kensington. Khaled is always so friendly and the food is well priced and tasty.

Very efficient and friendly service from Bogumil. Excellent food in a cosy restaurant. Very aware of requirements for my wife who has coeliac disease. Food waa cooked separately and clearly labelled as for someone with allergies. Would definitely recommend!

The dried pizza was pretty bad, we ate pasta even better. Our weakest food for London.

We had a Cineworld vouchers which included 2 free starters each and the manager and the server weren’t ready to give it. They tried changing our minds saying this were not valid on weekends and you have to order at least 2-3 main course to avail the offer. The service wasn’t good at all and I am disappointed with the staff of the restaurant. They are getting a bad name for the restaurant. Hope things like these are looked into. Thank you
