I came in December for a work Christmas party and I have to say the service was really great! We had K who had to manage two massive tables and did so like a pro. He was so brilliant, kinda and patient. Props to him for helping us out!

Khaled did a great job and the pizza is absolutely delicious.

It had a great atmosphere. It's a little narrow inside. We left the stroller at the location shown right after the entrance. There is not much space next to the tables. We ate pasta and pizza. The pasta was delicious but not very filling. Maybe it was because I was wasting energy by walking too much 😊😃. But it is a place where you can easily go with your friends. We went for lunch. We did not make a reservation in advance. Walking distance from the national museum exit.

Probably the best Bella I have been too, nice location, felt more like a traditional Italian rather than a chain restaurant. The food was hot and delicious and the staff were friendly and upbeat. Would highly recommend!

We came for a weekend to get to know London a little and one of the stops was the Natural History Museum. Looking for where to eat, we visited this excellent Italian restaurant, very well attended. We ate lasagna and chicken Milanese, which we loved. 100% recommended

the food is quite good I must say but the main highlight would be out waiter Mr. Bogumil for sure. Very attentive and very outspoken. Just leave the food and on the side and have a little conversation with him. You'll see what I mean!

Food was really nice & the service was quick & flowing. The food prices were very expensive surprisingly. On that app a starter was like £5.99 then when you go into the restaurant and look at the physical copy of the menu it said it was like £6.99 which I found a bit stupid and is the only issue I have.

Avoid This Place at All Costs! Went to this restaurant with friends, ordered food, and then five minutes later, the host asked us to leave because a family with kids could "pay more." Absolutely disrespectful. As someone who's lived in Milan, I know good hospitality, and this was anything but. It felt like we were just dollar signs to them. If you want to be treated like a human and not just a paycheck, don’t go here. Good food can’t make up for how they made us feel. Save your money and dignity for somewhere else.

The food was normal lasagna stuffed with bolognese in a small portion with white sauce and good cannelloni. Very nice Italian style and quiet atmosphere with very good service. I recommend it

Everything was fine until the waiter forced us to pay the bill without letting us see the receipt. He brought his dataphone closer and it was automatically charged. Our intention was to pay with revolut so that they would not charge us a commission. The ticket was £45, because of you we paid €55 from Spain, you idiot

Elegimos esta Bella como es en South Kensington y habíamos estado en el museo V&A y Harrods temprano esa tarde. Estábamos sentados enseguida junto a la ventana y aceptan Tastecard, así que tuvimos 2 por 1, una gran oferta! La comida era muy caliente y fresca, y llegó rápidamente. Gran vino y cócteles también. Nuestro camarero, Bogdumin (disculpas si se escribe incorrectamente) era tan amable y servicial. Hizo que nuestra visita fuera brillante! Recomiendo encarecidamente esta sucursal, gracias.

Delicioso sabor e ótimo atendimento decoração caprichada e muito aconchegante. Não encontramos Gnocchi no cardápio mas o que pedimos foi delicioso. Amamos.

On a weekend in London with family we stopped here (near the natural history museum). Everything was perfect! The children's menu is complete and is good value for money. The adult pizzas are very good. Excellent service with a very pleasant and friendly server. Thank you for this good time! French Family traveling to London on the WE WE stopped at this restaurant for lunch as it was very close to the Natural History Museum. Everything was great! Kids menu is the best (2 sizes available depending on your kids ages). Pizzas are delicious. Very nice and caring waiter. It was a great time.

Rien n’allait. Cherchant une pizza et un plat de pâtes, on trouve ce restaurant avec une note de 4 (quand même !) et des photos attirantes. En arrivant, on se rend vite compte que la majorité des avis doivent être achetés et complètement faux. Les pâtes sont absolument insipides et gorgées d’eau. La pizza, très certainement congelée. Quand même dingue qu’un restaurant aussi mauvais puisse survivre dans une ville comme Londres. On est venu, on a vu, on a perdu.

Bogumil was amazing. Such a fantastic waiter! Very attentive, was very fair with the amount of service he was able to give to all of his tables. I work in the industry for over 15 years and to have someone like him is special. When you go to Bella Italia, ask for Bogumil!
