Wow, this place was really good. Great atmosphere and the staff was super nice. I usually take pics before we eatn sorry...but we were starving. As soon as we tasted the food, I thought: I better take some pics fast before it's all gone. Mangia mangia! Don't let Bogomill scare you, he was super nice. I think we saw Zuckerberg there too!

Mr. Bogumil - the staff, a wonderful man, will help and talk. The food is delicious, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Bogomil provided fantastic service to us, he was so friendly and patient with us and our children and we thought his customer service was exceptional. Would recommend this Bella Italia as the food was lovely and efficient plus our lovely waiter Bogomil was brilliant.

We had a nice visit to this restaurant and were really impressed with the service and food. It was very quiet but this was probably due to the fact that it was early evening. It is well situated a short walk from the tube station. Nicely decorated, we couldn't fault our experience.

Excellent service , the person who was helping us was extremely helpful, informative, friendly and making sure we have everything what we need . Bogumil was very attentive and professional. As a vegan I very much appreciate that he was able to answer in all of my questions regarding the menu and being very patient. Best service ever ! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Yes...please! Already have been 3 times this trip. Delicious. Fresh. Staff very attentive and they have my favorite Koppaberg Cider. Stella only beer on tap. There is definitely an Italian Nonna in the kitchen! Fast way to order with the QR code. Lovely decor.

Razonablemente ocupado para un domingo por la noche, pero el servicio seguía siendo bueno. Bonitas camareras con sonrisas listas. Bruschetta y entrantes de langostinos eran buenos y nuestra carne festín pizza y mar - lubina buena también. Ligeramente decepcionado cuando nuestros pasteles de queso vinieron con coulis de fresa en lugar de chorrito de limón y compota de arándanos, pero cuando mencionamos esto nos dieron uno de ellos gratis. Buen acercamiento. Buen ambiente, comida y personal. Comeríamos aquí de nuevo.

It is absolutely not appropriate for a stuff to insult a female colleague at work, and this is what happened in this restaurant. That's very disappointing

Me and my friends were on vacation in London and we visited museums. For dinner we decided to go to Bella Italia restaurant.Food was good and a decent portion. Male waiter insulted a female colleague by saying very derogatory words to her. It's scary to hear something like that in such a developed country😱. This restaurant should be closed.

Very efficient and friendly service from Bogumil. Excellent food in a cosy restaurant. Very aware of requirements for my wife who has coeliac disease. Food waa cooked separately and clearly labelled as for someone with allergies. Would definitely recommend!

The dried pizza was pretty bad, we ate pasta even better. Our weakest food for London.

We had a Cineworld vouchers which included 2 free starters each and the manager and the server weren’t ready to give it. They tried changing our minds saying this were not valid on weekends and you have to order at least 2-3 main course to avail the offer. The service wasn’t good at all and I am disappointed with the staff of the restaurant. They are getting a bad name for the restaurant. Hope things like these are looked into. Thank you

Muscular middle aged Italian waiter needs to be fired. He was incredibly rude to me and my mother by saying we needed to order more food to get the £5 pasta as we 'cant expect pasta for only £5'. Then two girls on the table next to us ordered just the £5 pasta with a different waitress and that was fine, so we told the waiter to cancel the other food and that we just wanted the pasta, and he said 'fine have your £5 pasta and go home'

Good meal and the service was reasonable until it came to the discretionary tip. We thought that 15% on top of what we already ready paid was too much so offered to give £10 tip and in response was treated with aggressive behaviour from the waiter. He then proceeded to throw things about at the till and then gave us our new bill, not accepting the £10 pound tip. Rude and ruined a nice evening.

Two Americans looking for a nice spot for dinner after a long day of traveling. We happened upon Bella Italia and couldn’t have had a more satisfying experience. What impressed us the most? The staff here are wonderful. They support each other and clearly have mutual respect. There was an unhappy woman who ran around asking the staff for the name of the manager (making quite a scene) and the staff members looked at her and calmly stated that if the manager didn’t give them his name that they didn’t feel comfortable doing so. The way she handled this irate woman was with calm authority that, frankly, de-escalated the situation. This is not a large, expansive space. It’s small and tables are fit in tight but with enough space to move about. There really isn’t space for shopping bags and prams. If you have a pram, they will ask you to fold it up because they literally do not have the extra space. If you have extra things, maybe go somewhere else. The reaction from the woman they asked to fold the pram was incredible. I thought for a moment we were back in America by the audacity and privilege of this woman. Shocking behavior. Apart from that, the food was great, the prices are fair, and the wine was lovely. Their two and three course menu options at a fixed price were fab. 10/10 will recommend to any friends traveling to the area. Thanks for a lovely evening!

This is 3rd time my sister and I have eaten in this particular restaurant. Impeccable service, excellent food and a great price. Our server was genuinely warm, friendly and highly efficient. The food was very tasty, well presented and great value for money. I would most definitely recommend this particular branch of Bella Italia to colleagues, friends and family to eat at. Maya and Khaled were our servers and they were wonderful. Very attentive and the food came out quickly. We came on Friday at 6:30pm and ordered the spicy sausage pasta, brownie and cookie dough.

Maya was such a wonderful waitress for us. She was attentive, helpful and provided recommendations. Maya was extremely smiley and warm and made our date night a really lovely and pleasant one. The food was great. We had the king prawn starter, bruschetta, goat’s cheese pasta, sea bass and the passion fruit soda and tropical spritz.
