Very elegant restaurant. The dishes are very good, tasty and sometimes innovative. The pasta, arancini and desserts are highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

We met a friend and the lively atmosphere made eating a more exciting experience.

Very ordinary meal, not justifying the prices charged even for the neighborhood. Nothing to complain about the dishes but nothing very tasty either. In terms of service, we had to call again to get water, parmesan and coffee.

I often order from this place and it has amazing food - best pizza and pasta. But the restaurant itself is very old and worn-off.

Though no reservation made, we the group of 11 enjoyed a very nice meal here. Pizza and sphegetti are tasty and suitable for kids. Piadine with aged parma ham is a surprise which I tried the first time here. Staff are very nice.

I was a customer here since 2024 when I was permanent patient in Cromwell Road Hospital. I have to say they’ve alway looked after me. Moved to Dollis Hill now had fabulous take out from the restaurant as I couldn’t find anything of the same standard here. Well done guys, I’ll be there after my next treatment. Niall - the Irish guy

I cold eat the mortadella and truffle piadina everyday and I would never get bored of it. Italian food is always the best!

We ordered a pizza on deliveroo, when it arrived we were so disappointed, the pic looked nice but it had hardly any topping at all very very sparse basically a base and sauce and not much of that, with topping doted here and there. And not just cold, stone cold. Urrggghh

My husband and I dined at this restaurant tonight ad it was perfect. We had sparkling water, focaccia bread basket, pasta with prawns and the eggplant/aubergine parmesan appetizer. Everything was fabulous. Including service it was 57 pounds. By coincidence we had dined at an Italian restaurat for lunch with friends and it was 100 pounds for the 2 of us. We preferred the dinner and we even had leftovers which we were allowed to take home. My favorite was the eggplant/aubergine. It was so soft and cheesy and gooey. Our server Maria was very helpful with our menu questions. We are sure to return!

Lunch time meal, beautiful food and great service.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel that you have arrived at the most fun party in town. Just a cool place. I ate wonderful gluten-free pasta and there was also a gluten-free chocolate cake. All the dishes we got were great, impeccable service.

I recently dined at Cacciaris in South Kensington and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. I started with a piadina filled with aubergine, which was simply delightful. The bread was perfectly crisp, and the aubergine had a wonderful smoky flavor. For the main course, I had the costata, which was cooked to perfection and served with tender, flavorful broccoli. The dish was a testament to the quality and freshness of their ingredients. To complement my meal, I ordered a Blossom Martini cocktail, which was a refreshing and well-balanced choice. And to end a nice Rasberry tart with limoncello!! It added a lovely touch to an already excellent dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Diana was an amazing host, she suggested the crab tagliolini which was absolutely delicious😍 everything else was perfection as well, this is definitely one of my top restaurants in London!!

Don’t book - you will be denied the best table in the restaurant that will be given…to people that not bot reserve. Waiter said it was a table for 4 but it was arranged to welcome a party of 2.

Amazing menu selection and amazing service with a smile. I've tried many cappuccinos in South Kensington, and so far this is the only place that makes them right and just how I like them -- solid foam, not liquid. Their food is delicious. Great pizza options, pasta and starters. Diana has been my host each time and she always recommends the right selection from the menu for me, and always greets me with a smile. This is my second time here, and I will come again. It makes a difference when you dine at a restaurant and they recognize you and pride themselves on taking care of their guests. Diana is simply lovely! The best!

Delicious food with variety. Great service from the staff and wide range of drinks. Inside a little hot when full and busy but that's expected with leather chairs.

Amazing dinner on Tuesday , I’m Italian and the food I can confirm was outstanding, Alex and Marco guide me and my wife during the experience with a smile making us feel very well looked after, Cacio e Pepe deserve a 5 stars.

We loved this!! Had the pappardelle with cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and the pappardelle with beef fillet ragu - both fresh and tasting amazing!!

The best meal we had in London! Absolutely phenomenal! And our waiter Adeel was so wonderful! I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. I look forward to coming back for my next visit! ❤️

Everything we ordered was excellent. Extra points for the aubergine parmigiana (it’s a small plate but like a lasagna so quite filling) and the Garganelli & Ham pasta. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Ordered the salmon tartare and had the worst food poisoning. When I called to let them know they just said 'So sorry' - but in a way where it was clear they didn't mean it. Didn't offer any compensation at all.

Liked this Italian and had an enjoyable pizza. Sat outside under the heat lamp which was nice. It’s a busy spot so book in advance. Pizza was good.

It was fairly crowded and service was slow. Some on the party loved the food and some were disappointed. Quite expensive.

Avoid to take the fish, it is tasteless and too overpriced vs the taste. White wine is so-so too.

We were looking forward to another pleasant dinner at Cacciari's. Unfortunately we were a little bit disappointed this time. We ordered Vitello Tonnato and Melanzane parmigiana. There was a difference in taste and presentation compared to our last visit. Our mains, tagliatelle with black truffle was too dry and spinach ricotta tortellini bland and also too dry. We informed the manager about the issues and showed him the photos of our last visit. He agreed with us, as the difference was obvious and he explained that the restaurant has several chefs and the taste and presentation can vary, but this is not of customers´concern.

During my recent dining experience at a restaurant recommended by my Italian friend, I found the culinary offerings to be exceptional, meeting or even surpassing expectations. However, I observed some opportunities for improvement in the realm of customer service. There appeared to be a sense of urgency in prompting to reorder at frequent intervals, which contributed to a feeling of being rushed. Additionally, the waitstaff's eagerness to clear plates before the meal's completion detracted from an otherwise professional ambiance. Addressing these aspects could elevate the overall dining experience.

One of the better meals we had in London. Pasta was cooked perfectly. Music was pop music which didn't fit the inside of the place and the lights were very bright, however, we went just as they opened prior to going to see a show so perhaps they were just getting things set up for the day. decent drink menu & whatever chocolate dessert we had was divine. in terms of main dishes, the pasta dish I got was the only one that jumped out at me on the menu, however, it was done so well that I really can't complain.

Exelent service, amazing food, very friendly staff. Will be back for sure!! . And I recommend to every one to check, and enjoy very nice Italian restaurant....

Their cocktail list is very interesting but it is the Italian dishes that really make the difference. I love this place

The food is DELICIOUS , we enjoyed every bite we had! We ordered aubergine Parmigiana for starter which literally melted in our mouths, fettucine with mushrooms and parmigiana pizza which were so tasty!! The service is good, the staff were respectful and nice. The atmosphere is also so cozy and welcoming located in south Ken. Highly recommended 10/10

I have been to the other branch near to residence in by marriot. That was much better in food quality, vibes and service. This branch unfortunately a bad service, didn’t like the host that started to set us and take our orders as she was not interested, didn’t like the service , the table had small flies , overall the food is lovely but this visit is the last for this branch, I recommend the other branch beside the Marriott.

In culinary terms, about as depressing as Gunnersbury tube station on a desolate winter's afternoon. 'Staffed' by complete imbeciles in penguin suits. One of my more egregious booking errors.

The food is amazing, from the salad to the homemade pasta. An excellent experience from all perspectives.

Food was quite good and well priced as well! Ordered 2 pastas and a pizza for four people and it came up to £14.7. Lovely atmosphere in terms of lighting. My only critique would be the music selection! Some jazz or italian classics would complement the atmosphere but instead they were playing pop artists like imagine dragons and sia. In spite of this, it was a really good dinner and we were all satisfied.

I had a lovely lunch at Cacciari’s on a Wednesday afternoon. Diana was fabulous. She offered great recommendations, was attentive and genuinely seemed interested in how I was doing. The salmon tartar was fresh and delicious and the pumpkin tortellini with sage was to die for.

Visiting the V&A we called in for brunch. Absolutely spot on! A party of 4 ladies, we all really enjoyed the food and the staff were very accommodating with our various requirements. Delicious glass of Prosecco too!

We had only antipasti - carpaccio and insalata caprese - and creme brulee - and it was excellent, same as wine and ambience. Italian experience in the middle of London. Come back next time and eat more - promise!

We had a lovely evening at Cacciari´s in South Kensington. We ordered Vitello Tonnato, Aubergine parmigiana, Seafood Tagliolini, Bucatini cacio e pepe and panna cotta for dessert. Everything was extremely tasty and freshly made. This was by far the best Vitello Tonnato I ever had. Service was very good and attentive. Highly recommended, we would definitely go back. There was a small issue when we arrived at the restaurant as the manager was not able to find our reservation. We booked through the restaurants´website and received a confirmation for our booking at 8.30 pm, but it was booked in their system at 7 pm. So unfortunately we were charged a 50 £ fee for a no show which I found out a few days later. The problem was resolved after we contacted the general management to explain the situation and a refund was sent to us immediately. Great customer service, thank you and see you soon.

Delightful restaurant with lovely decor and tasty food - but WATCH OUT for hidden scams - like the waiters request to have water means a £3.50 charge for a bottle of tap water and be sure to look at your bill as they take a 12.5% surcharge for optional service without mentioning it, so you might be tempted to provide an additional tip without realising this - as I did. As a result of this oversight, I would not go to this restaurant again.

This place was awesome. Booked in with just a little notice after visiting the V & A. The tables are very close together but it's London. The food was great. A really fresh salad to start. A pizza & a pasta dish were both fantastic. The Affogota to end. Also discovered a great wine - the Santa Margherita Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore. Highly recommend.

From the outside this looked inviting with nice looking lighting when we booked earlier in the day. This however isn't a proper restaurant - it is a food service providing food mainly for Deliveroo & other delivery firms. Staff are constantly & almost running past our table with red bag after red bag. We felt sorry for the staff so didn't make a complaint while there as this is an owner/management problem. The food wasn't particularly Italian and the Tagolini had very little taste & was very poor value of money for £29. Also our glasses of Syrah at £10 each were not good quality. The tables at the back of the restaurant are better but we weren't offered those and they remained mainly empty. The first table we were offered as 2 people was so close to a table of 4 it would have been difficult to hear each other. So we were given a table at the front in a corner looking at a wooden divider and watching the continous stream of delivery drivers who do work very hard. Unlike this restaurant who do no know how best to serve people in their restaurant or cook Italian food. I was horrified to hear of the couple a few months ago who were turned away despite the restaurant being almost empty. A number of the good reviews are not specific as to food or experience and are probably not genuine.

Went for lunch with a large group of family and friends, had the Tagliatelle Bolognese, which was well presented, the perfectly spiced meat sauce was well-balanced/hearty, and the obviously hand-made pasta perfectly al-dente, with the flavours enhanced by the added fresh parmesan. The service was prompt, attentive, and professional. These guys are professionals!

We enjoyed two DELICIOUS pizzas at Cacciari’s in South Kensington - a calzone and another with tuna and red onion. Lovely crispy base - baked in a proper pizza oven. I had to eat the whole thing! Great service and also Birra Moretti - one if Italy’s best. Thank you Cacciari’s team!

Food and service were great; we were seated quickly and the food came out promptly. The bill took a while to arrive because they were so busy, although this makes sense because the restaurant is so good!

One of our absolute favorite Italian restaurants to order from. We love the tagliatelle and the fries. The deserts are delicious too!

Food was very delicious and a great size for the price , service was very quick and waiters were kind . Only downside about this place is that the tables are very very close to each other and was awkward to get up if your seated on the inside against the wall .

To start off i ordered delivery so cant comment the restaurant or the service but wow the pizza was so so good. I had the diavola and the garlic bread with cheese. The garlic bread was pretty standard but agian the pizza was perfect cooked well and full of flavor. Best pizza ive had in London. Definetly on the high side for the price but worth it.

Fabulous high quality Italian food! I definitely had much worse food in Italy itself. We had a 3 course menu each and all food and drinks were fine. Value was ok, normal London prices I reckon. Staff was very friendly.

I utterly detest London - a place that charges you to simply move about or park if you're in a car. It's more like a video game set on hard level for any civilised out of towner. However I enjoyed tasty Italian food here and a lovely cocktail. London prices - so probably could have enjoyed it twice if it were anywhere else in the uk, but worth it as a one-off. A bit loud and busy inside, not helped by the piped music, but again that's London.

My favourite Italian place in South Ken/Chelsea. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Even breakfasts are great, which is a rare case for Italian restaurants.
