Enjoyed a great evening of dining and conversation in this warm, friendly Italian restaurant. We loved the very original Olipac cruet set (reminiscent of chemistry set and piston valves!).

They have delicious gluten free pasta. I love their crab tagliatelle and mushroom one. It is soooo good. I also enjoyed the chocolate cake. Amazing! This is my favorite Italian restaurant.

Perfect Italian atmosphere! I have been a client for 10+ years and never been disappointed. The staff are nice and make you feel at home. Sizeable portions, healthy ingredients - I particularly advise the pastas (tortellini, tagliolini, cacio & pepe, Bolognese) and the chicken milanese! Alessandro

Where did it all go wrong? Majorly overpriced food for what it actually is, cocktails were mediocre and genuinely rude service. If you're looking for Italian food in London, this is one to steer clear from, unless you enjoy being disappointed.

The food we ordered was good, but the starter - arancini - was fantastic! If it were a main, it would be a popular dish. The staff were attentive and helpful even though we were seated outside, so they didn't forget about us.

The food was very tasty, but the experience was spoiled by part of the service. Most of the staff was good:we were welcomed, our glasses were filled with water upon arrival, which I always appreciate. Whilst my friend and I were still discussing what to order, one waiter asked for our order when I was still clearly showing the menu to my friend across the table, it was obvious we were not ready yet, that was a bad sign. I was not done yet with my starter (arancini with creamy sauce) that the same waiter started clearing the table and took away the sauce. Shortly after, our main dishes arrived when I was still eating my starter. I do appreciate a quick service but that was just rushing us out. After the main course, I finally managed to get up to the washroom as I hadn't had the chance yet to wash my hands. When I came back to the table, my napkin was gone. I was still contemplating ordering a dessert, but after that my friend and I decided to leave and have dessert somewhere else. So although the dishes were good, some staff need to learn the standard of European service and make the difference between a fast food and a more expensive restaurant where the experience is as important as the food. Also the restaurant was sooo noisy and loud, it was not pleasant at all.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cacciari’s and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The food was absolutely fantastic – every dish was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. However, what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service from our server, Diana. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Diana’s service added a personal touch that elevated our experience.

Lovely staff who were really accommodating to get a high chair for us. They magically remember your order without writing it down and they were really conscientious of my friend’s food allergies and helped her with the menu. And the pasta was delicious without being extortionately priced. Recommend

Si te gusta el sonido de fondo que va boom, boom, boom toda la noche, entonces este es el lugar para ti. Descubrí que esto me metió la cabeza. Camarera bastante ambivalente aunque hizo su trabajo. Tuve escapatoria de pollo (milanés), que eran rebanadas delgadas de pollo seco en migas de pan. No muy apetitoso. Cuñas de patata y ensalada bastante buena. Al parecer el salmón también estaba bastante bueno. Pero la música de los golpes lo hizo una experiencia infeliz para mí.

Truly enjoyed our meal here on the first night in London! Very convenient to our hotel and staff was able to fit us in because they were super busy! Truffle balls were delicious and I had a Bucatini Cacio e Pepe that was scrumptious. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

She was attentive without being intrusive and made us feel like cherished guests.Cacciari’s it’s a little slice of Italy right here at home!

¿Por dónde empiezo... vamos a empezar con el personal... recibido con una sonrisa siempre es bueno especialmente cuando entra en un restaurante .. pero no aquí, anfitrión gruñón muy desagradable .. asientos, mesa están demasiado cerca uno del otro mesa a mi lado estaban literalmente en mi regazo .. comida, pedimos salmón a la parrilla, presentación cero seco muy soso, pollo milanés, seco y necesitaba una sierra para cortar a través de él, Tagliatelle boloñesa estaba bien nada vale la pena escribir en casa. En general, no volverá allí en el corto plazo.

We ate bolognese pasta and diavola pizza, with focaccia and grissini for starters. For dessert, a tiramisu was delicious. The service is good although the food may take slightly longer than expected. Very pleasant and lively atmosphere.

The food is absolutely delicious, and I love the ambience. Lisa was our waitress and she was absolutely delightful. Great prices and great quality. A wonderful neighborhood restaurant.

Very ordinary meal, not justifying the prices charged even for the neighborhood. Nothing to complain about the dishes but nothing very tasty either. In terms of service, we had to call again to get water, parmesan and coffee.

Though no reservation made, we the group of 11 enjoyed a very nice meal here. Pizza and sphegetti are tasty and suitable for kids. Piadine with aged parma ham is a surprise which I tried the first time here. Staff are very nice.

I often order from this place and it has amazing food - best pizza and pasta. But the restaurant itself is very old and worn-off.

I was a customer here since 2024 when I was permanent patient in Cromwell Road Hospital. I have to say they’ve alway looked after me. Moved to Dollis Hill now had fabulous take out from the restaurant as I couldn’t find anything of the same standard here. Well done guys, I’ll be there after my next treatment. Niall - the Irish guy

Mi marido y yo cenamos en este restaurante esta noche y fue perfecto. Teníamos agua con gas, cesta de pan de focaccia, pasta con gambas y el aperitivo de berenjena / berenjena parmesano. Todo fue fabuloso. Incluido el servicio que era de 57 libras. Por coincidencia habíamos cenado en un restaurante italiano para almorzar con amigos y era 100 libras para nosotros dos. Preferimos la cena e incluso teníamos sobras que nos permitieron llevar a casa. Mi favorito era la berenjena / berenjena. Era tan suave, cursi y gooey. Nuestro servidor María era muy servicial con nuestras preguntas del menú. ¡Estamos seguros de volver!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel that you have arrived at the most fun party in town. Just a cool place. I ate wonderful gluten-free pasta and there was also a gluten-free chocolate cake. All the dishes we got were great, impeccable service.

I recently dined at Cacciaris in South Kensington and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. I started with a piadina filled with aubergine, which was simply delightful. The bread was perfectly crisp, and the aubergine had a wonderful smoky flavor. For the main course, I had the costata, which was cooked to perfection and served with tender, flavorful broccoli. The dish was a testament to the quality and freshness of their ingredients. To complement my meal, I ordered a Blossom Martini cocktail, which was a refreshing and well-balanced choice. And to end a nice Rasberry tart with limoncello!! It added a lovely touch to an already excellent dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Diana was an amazing host, she suggested the crab tagliolini which was absolutely delicious😍 everything else was perfection as well, this is definitely one of my top restaurants in London!!

Don’t book - you will be denied the best table in the restaurant that will be given…to people that not bot reserve. Waiter said it was a table for 4 but it was arranged to welcome a party of 2.

Amazing menu selection and amazing service with a smile. I've tried many cappuccinos in South Kensington, and so far this is the only place that makes them right and just how I like them -- solid foam, not liquid. Their food is delicious. Great pizza options, pasta and starters. Diana has been my host each time and she always recommends the right selection from the menu for me, and always greets me with a smile. This is my second time here, and I will come again. It makes a difference when you dine at a restaurant and they recognize you and pride themselves on taking care of their guests. Diana is simply lovely! The best!

Delicious food with variety. Great service from the staff and wide range of drinks. Inside a little hot when full and busy but that's expected with leather chairs.

Amazing dinner on Tuesday , I’m Italian and the food I can confirm was outstanding, Alex and Marco guide me and my wife during the experience with a smile making us feel very well looked after, Cacio e Pepe deserve a 5 stars.

We loved this!! Had the pappardelle with cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and the pappardelle with beef fillet ragu - both fresh and tasting amazing!!

Everything we ordered was excellent. Extra points for the aubergine parmigiana (it’s a small plate but like a lasagna so quite filling) and the Garganelli & Ham pasta. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Ordered the salmon tartare and had the worst food poisoning. When I called to let them know they just said 'So sorry' - but in a way where it was clear they didn't mean it. Didn't offer any compensation at all.

Liked this Italian and had an enjoyable pizza. Sat outside under the heat lamp which was nice. It’s a busy spot so book in advance. Pizza was good.

It was fairly crowded and service was slow. Some on the party loved the food and some were disappointed. Quite expensive.

Avoid to take the fish, it is tasteless and too overpriced vs the taste. White wine is so-so too.

During my recent dining experience at a restaurant recommended by my Italian friend, I found the culinary offerings to be exceptional, meeting or even surpassing expectations. However, I observed some opportunities for improvement in the realm of customer service. There appeared to be a sense of urgency in prompting to reorder at frequent intervals, which contributed to a feeling of being rushed. Additionally, the waitstaff's eagerness to clear plates before the meal's completion detracted from an otherwise professional ambiance. Addressing these aspects could elevate the overall dining experience.

We were looking forward to another pleasant dinner at Cacciari's. Unfortunately we were a little bit disappointed this time. We ordered Vitello Tonnato and Melanzane parmigiana. There was a difference in taste and presentation compared to our last visit. Our mains, tagliatelle with black truffle was too dry and spinach ricotta tortellini bland and also too dry. We informed the manager about the issues and showed him the photos of our last visit. He agreed with us, as the difference was obvious and he explained that the restaurant has several chefs and the taste and presentation can vary, but this is not of customers´concern.

One of the better meals we had in London. Pasta was cooked perfectly. Music was pop music which didn't fit the inside of the place and the lights were very bright, however, we went just as they opened prior to going to see a show so perhaps they were just getting things set up for the day. decent drink menu & whatever chocolate dessert we had was divine. in terms of main dishes, the pasta dish I got was the only one that jumped out at me on the menu, however, it was done so well that I really can't complain.

The food is DELICIOUS , we enjoyed every bite we had! We ordered aubergine Parmigiana for starter which literally melted in our mouths, fettucine with mushrooms and parmigiana pizza which were so tasty!! The service is good, the staff were respectful and nice. The atmosphere is also so cozy and welcoming located in south Ken. Highly recommended 10/10

I have been to the other branch near to residence in by marriot. That was much better in food quality, vibes and service. This branch unfortunately a bad service, didn’t like the host that started to set us and take our orders as she was not interested, didn’t like the service , the table had small flies , overall the food is lovely but this visit is the last for this branch, I recommend the other branch beside the Marriott.

In culinary terms, about as depressing as Gunnersbury tube station on a desolate winter's afternoon. 'Staffed' by complete imbeciles in penguin suits. One of my more egregious booking errors.
