I’d never visited Cacciari's before but it was a terrific experience. Unlike so many popular places, the atmosphere was lively without being overpowering, so my friend and I could enjoy our conversation without fighting the noise. (A few weeks ago I was at well-known Italian restaurant in Soho, in the basement, and it was just cacophonous.) And the arancini balls with carbonara inside were UNBELIEVABLE. A must-get.

Surprisingly great Italian food. Carpaccio and ragu pasta were delicious, pizza and truffle pasta good as well albeit a bit heavy. Chocolate fondant to die for. Great location and design. Can very much recommend

Delicious cuisine, and lovely staff. Please, I have rarely tried dishes this delicious in Italy, so imagine in London. A marvel and, from now on, an unavoidable stop on every visit to London.

Just popped in for a quick lunch and was very impressed with the warm welcome, attentive staff and comfortable atmosphere. Above all. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, best Italian cuisine I've had in years!!

What a shame we weren't able to return during our stay! We went on the first evening as soon as we arrived, and it was the best way to acclimatise to London, with a gradual transition from Italy to the British kingdom :D they are very good, they make a pizza that will fly away and they had no problem making us a variation vegan, with veg mozzarella. Thank you all, and who knows we'll be able to return for that dessert soon! We took two space pizzas and the atmosphere is really super. Highly recommended if you miss home a bit <3

Not all rosy. My escalope Milanese was just a very large. over-breaded piece of meat, I suggest they should halve the size of the escalope snd add vegetables and a salad instead.

Overcooked pasta and poor quality pizza dough

We did delivery and ate very tasty. Generous and good will be the 2 words to remember. We recommend for refined Italian cuisine.

By chance we found this excellent restaurant, it immediately made an excellent impression on us, excellent first courses and very good pizza, we met the Sicilian manager and the pizza chef, kind and professional people like all the attentive and always smiling staff when we return to London fixed stop, see you soon

My first time at Cacciari’s; came with a friend on 11 December to celebrate my birthday and everything was fabulous; it’s hard to find an authentic Italian restaurant in London these days, so I will definitely return!

food was 10/10 and the vibes were v nice service extremely poor, we had to wait for ages for them to get our order, delivering food and getting the bill when there were no other customers. They missed items from our order and didn’t apologise and they were all just waiting around at the back

I organised the Christmas dinner for my colleagues in Cacciari’s restaurant. The restaurant and the atmosphere was lovely. All the staff members were very efficient and the food was on time. Very well organised and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the restaurant, we really had a lovely time 😊

El cacio e pepe fue increíble y me duele la boca pensando en ello ahora. Mi pareja tenía pizza primavera, que también era excelente. Todo el personal era genial, pero particularmente Khan que nos sirvió. También estaba capacitando a un nuevo miembro del personal, pero esto no afectó su servicio a pesar de tener que equilibrar esto. La paciencia y la amabilidad que mostró con el nuevo miembro del personal fue encomiable.

Best restaurants in South Kensington💖

Enjoyed a great evening of dining and conversation in this warm, friendly Italian restaurant. We loved the very original Olipac cruet set (reminiscent of chemistry set and piston valves!).

They have delicious gluten free pasta. I love their crab tagliatelle and mushroom one. It is soooo good. I also enjoyed the chocolate cake. Amazing! This is my favorite Italian restaurant.

Where did it all go wrong? Majorly overpriced food for what it actually is, cocktails were mediocre and genuinely rude service. If you're looking for Italian food in London, this is one to steer clear from, unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Perfect Italian atmosphere! I have been a client for 10+ years and never been disappointed. The staff are nice and make you feel at home. Sizeable portions, healthy ingredients - I particularly advise the pastas (tortellini, tagliolini, cacio & pepe, Bolognese) and the chicken milanese! Alessandro

The food we ordered was good, but the starter - arancini - was fantastic! If it were a main, it would be a popular dish. The staff were attentive and helpful even though we were seated outside, so they didn't forget about us.

The food was very tasty, but the experience was spoiled by part of the service. Most of the staff was good:we were welcomed, our glasses were filled with water upon arrival, which I always appreciate. Whilst my friend and I were still discussing what to order, one waiter asked for our order when I was still clearly showing the menu to my friend across the table, it was obvious we were not ready yet, that was a bad sign. I was not done yet with my starter (arancini with creamy sauce) that the same waiter started clearing the table and took away the sauce. Shortly after, our main dishes arrived when I was still eating my starter. I do appreciate a quick service but that was just rushing us out. After the main course, I finally managed to get up to the washroom as I hadn't had the chance yet to wash my hands. When I came back to the table, my napkin was gone. I was still contemplating ordering a dessert, but after that my friend and I decided to leave and have dessert somewhere else. So although the dishes were good, some staff need to learn the standard of European service and make the difference between a fast food and a more expensive restaurant where the experience is as important as the food. Also the restaurant was sooo noisy and loud, it was not pleasant at all.

Lovely staff who were really accommodating to get a high chair for us. They magically remember your order without writing it down and they were really conscientious of my friend’s food allergies and helped her with the menu. And the pasta was delicious without being extortionately priced. Recommend

However, what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service from our server, Diana. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Diana’s service added a personal touch that elevated our experience.

Si te gusta el sonido de fondo que va boom, boom, boom toda la noche, entonces este es el lugar para ti. Descubrí que esto me metió la cabeza. Camarera bastante ambivalente aunque hizo su trabajo. Tuve escapatoria de pollo (milanés), que eran rebanadas delgadas de pollo seco en migas de pan. No muy apetitoso. Cuñas de patata y ensalada bastante buena. Al parecer el salmón también estaba bastante bueno. Pero la música de los golpes lo hizo una experiencia infeliz para mí.

Truly enjoyed our meal here on the first night in London! Very convenient to our hotel and staff was able to fit us in because they were super busy! Truffle balls were delicious and I had a Bucatini Cacio e Pepe that was scrumptious. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

¿Por dónde empiezo... vamos a empezar con el personal... recibido con una sonrisa siempre es bueno especialmente cuando entra en un restaurante .. pero no aquí, anfitrión gruñón muy desagradable .. asientos, mesa están demasiado cerca uno del otro mesa a mi lado estaban literalmente en mi regazo .. comida, pedimos salmón a la parrilla, presentación cero seco muy soso, pollo milanés, seco y necesitaba una sierra para cortar a través de él, Tagliatelle boloñesa estaba bien nada vale la pena escribir en casa. En general, no volverá allí en el corto plazo.

The food is absolutely delicious, and I love the ambience. Lisa was our waitress and she was absolutely delightful. Great prices and great quality. A wonderful neighborhood restaurant.

We ate bolognese pasta and diavola pizza, with focaccia and grissini for starters. For dessert, a tiramisu was delicious. The service is good although the food may take slightly longer than expected. Very pleasant and lively atmosphere.

Very ordinary meal, not justifying the prices charged even for the neighborhood. Nothing to complain about the dishes but nothing very tasty either. In terms of service, we had to call again to get water, parmesan and coffee.

Though no reservation made, we the group of 11 enjoyed a very nice meal here. Pizza and sphegetti are tasty and suitable for kids. Piadine with aged parma ham is a surprise which I tried the first time here. Staff are very nice.

I often order from this place and it has amazing food - best pizza and pasta. But the restaurant itself is very old and worn-off.

I was a customer here since 2024 when I was permanent patient in Cromwell Road Hospital. I have to say they’ve alway looked after me. Moved to Dollis Hill now had fabulous take out from the restaurant as I couldn’t find anything of the same standard here. Well done guys, I’ll be there after my next treatment. Niall - the Irish guy

Mi marido y yo cenamos en este restaurante esta noche y fue perfecto. Teníamos agua con gas, cesta de pan de focaccia, pasta con gambas y el aperitivo de berenjena / berenjena parmesano. Todo fue fabuloso. Incluido el servicio que era de 57 libras. Por coincidencia habíamos cenado en un restaurante italiano para almorzar con amigos y era 100 libras para nosotros dos. Preferimos la cena e incluso teníamos sobras que nos permitieron llevar a casa. Mi favorito era la berenjena / berenjena. Era tan suave, cursi y gooey. Nuestro servidor María era muy servicial con nuestras preguntas del menú. ¡Estamos seguros de volver!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel that you have arrived at the most fun party in town. Just a cool place. I ate wonderful gluten-free pasta and there was also a gluten-free chocolate cake. All the dishes we got were great, impeccable service.
