I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a warm little restaurant. The lasagna here is amazing! The waiter we had was super friendly and welcoming (not something you usually see in London). The garlic bread starter was interesting (just bread, garlic butter and tomato sauce), but it was super tasty!

Italian restaurant that tastes like Italian. All very good from pizza to pasta. Even the coffee reminds you of home. Great William who welcomed us, helped us find accommodation despite the chaos of people. Super recommended place, very close to central London. 4 star environment only because the tables were really too close together and you couldn't move.

Excellent restaurant, perfect service, as Italians who arrived in London a few days ago and after eating only fast food, sitting here made us feel at home, with delicious and plentiful dishes, the Italian guys very kind, helpful and friendly. During my little getaway to London, I had the pleasure of enjoying an authentic Italian culinary experience that will undoubtedly be unforgettable. Located near the Science Museum, Pierino Restaurant not only offered delicious food, but also a cozy and charming atmosphere.

This is a fantastic little Itailan restaurant! The wait staff were amazing and the food was incredible. I went with my in laws for a birthday meal and had the Calamri and king prawn starter and the Italian salami pizza. The food came out hot and delicious! The atmosphere was lovely, a cosy restaurant that felt intimate and friendly. Over all a lovely meal for a good price.

La comida era absolutamente deliciosa. Disfrutamos de toda la comida que tuvimos y el limoncello al final fue un bonito cumplido. Sin embargo, el servicio dejó mucho que desear. Nos sentamos con unas cuantas mesas a nuestro alrededor y recogimos algunos comentarios raros que el camarero hizo sobre la pronunciación de una mesa además de nosotros. Cuando se trataba de pedir nuestro camarero parecía como si no quisiera nada más que estar en otro lugar. Pedimos que los calamares se compartieran, los ñoquis leganeses y el solomillo. Cuando salió la comida comimos los calamares luego salió un plato de ñoquis fritos. Cuando se lo planteamos al camarero, él nos patrocinó y nos dijo "así es como lo hacemos en Italia, usted ordenó esto". Lo logramos y nos lo comimos. Cuando sacó nuestra red después fue bastante grosero meneándome el dedo por tener mi teléfono colocado en el borde de la mesa (era una mesa de 4 y éramos 2 así que tenía espacio más que suficiente para colocar las cosas). Luego se sentó a comer comida del personal detrás de nosotros y miró fijamente a mi novia durante toda nuestra cena, lo que nos incomodó a los dos. En general una buena comida arruinada por nuestro camarero.

I came in using a first table 50% discount. The host/waiter showed me the bill with the discount applied but then put the full price into to the card reader and tilted it away from me so I couldn't see. Appalling service. Effectively paid more than normal price due to the booking fee. Food was OK but a bit expensive.

We found this pizzeria restaurant by chance and I must say that it was a beautiful and good discovery. The delicious pizza Top, fresh and genuine food. We had 4 first courses and I must say that everything was delicious. The staff is courteous and very kind but William's friendliness wins over everything.

My second visit to this great little restaurant, very well placed when visiting the South Kensington museums. Wonderful delicious, authentic pasta and pizza and pleasant service. We shared a pizza which had a perfect crispy base and lasagna. Also shared a rocket and Parmesan salad which was plenty for two. My husband had an affogato afterwards which he really enjoyed and I had mango sorbet.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a bowl of beef ragu pasta to share between 2 and the portion was just right! Lovely and delicious meals, and staff service was great too.

We discovered this restaurant by chance while leaving the Natural History Museum. We ordered four starters and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Honest price and very welcoming staff, especially the very nice William. If we ever return to London we will remember it.

I wanted to clarify the facts regarding our experience. Contrary to what you indicate, we were not a group of 15 people. Basically, only 4 people consumed and ate in your establishment. The rest of the group joined us later at the table, just to wait for everyone to finish. Your server came several times to ask for payment, although we weren't finished yet, which made for an unpleasant experience. Furthermore, the behavior and attitude of the staff was far from welcoming or professional. We understand that you may have internal policies, but these do not excuse a lack of respect for your customers. Your response demonstrates a lack of listening and consideration for customer feedback, and this only adds to our dissatisfaction. We hope that you will take these comments into account to improve your services in the future. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, especially since there are many other much more quality establishments where you can enjoy a meal in better conditions.

I was at the Museums near by and thought of soemthing to eat near by. So i came here and hell ist this a good authentic Italien Restaurant. I never eat such a good Bruschetta or Carbonara. If you want good Italien food its a must visit if you are in London.

Delicious food. My family and I were visiting from New York and were craving some delicious Italian food about halfway through our trip - this was a delicious meal we were all so happy with our food and with the service. We decided to come back a second time and happened to come on Christmas eve, when we had another fantastic meal. Highly recommend.

Excellent Italian food with friendly staff. Large menu with plenty of options (I have two teens who can be picky eaters). Portions are appropriate (not American super-sized) and the prices were fair. We sat outside in late December and the heaters kept things bearable with coats on. Not a lot of seating so we did see people waiting but the staff was very attentive and worked to get everyone seated. Would definitely recommend.

Pierino London makes the best carbonara I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked pasta, a rich, velvety sauce, and just the right balance of pancetta and Pecorino—it was absolute perfection. The warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. If you’re craving authentic Italian, this is the place to go. Don’t miss the carbonara!

We discovered the place by chance after going to the Natural History Museum. Wonderful surprise, top quality products (excellent buffalo mozzarella) and extremely courteous and approachable staff. They were very helpful when we asked for a candle (children's birthday). We will definitely return.

Had a fantastic lunch before going to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall as it’s so close. Service from all the waiters was outstanding. The restaurant was full so we had to sit outside under the heaters. Initially we thought we wouldn’t enjoy being outside however we were warm and looked after as if we had been inside and even received a free pizza bread as a starter. I would 100% recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be returning!

Two of us took a late afternoon table in this pleasant handy-sized Italian restaurant close to South Kensington tube. Service was excellent and supplied with good humour. Food and wine both delicious and well presented in timely fashion. The 'specials' on the menu really were just that! Although the restaurant was quite busy we were under no pressure to finish with the table. Above all it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Geoff.

First evening in London, having the house right behind the restaurant, we stopped for dinner, ordered pasta (also gluten-free) and risotto, exceptional and very generous portions. While we waited we were offered some pizza, which was excellent too..

I made a reservation at 6, I was with two kids, we arrived on time and they asked us to wait outside, we had to wait 30 minutes in the cold before we could be seated. Very rude.

Super friendly attentive staff. The food is awesome. I had the Lasagna and there was plenty of sauce. The food came out hot. A great way to spend an afternoon eating Italian food.
