Pierino in Kensington and Chelsea

Had a very nice experience with my family in Pierino. The food was delicious, and the service was very fast. If you are sitting inside, though, the tables are too close to each other. It can be a little bit overwhelming if it's busy. But overall experience was nice.

Exceptional food and service. The place is a little small but for the food and desert I will def come back. The best chocolate truffle cake ever had.

Amazing experience! Sean & Jasmine were wonderful and made us feel at home and like family. The food was delicious, and the wine recommendations were wonderful. If you’re in the area, skip every other restaurant and stop in for a bite….you won’t regret it!!

This was always my favourite restaurant for Apollo Milanese with spaghetti (flatten chicken in breadcrumbs yum) Sadly today (maybe it was a bit too thin) the chicken a little dry and the spaghetti needed more sauce However the Diavalo pizza was great and the Aubergine Melanzane very tasty. Plus you can’t beat their homemade desserts from the apple and rhubarb crumble, tiramisu or the banoffee pie Service prompt and efficient - good for a night out or pre theatre eats :)

Small gem, this restaurant offers excellent quality pizza and cuisine in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in London...South Kensington! Very friendly staff and service too!

Very kind staff, excellent value for money, especially considering that you are in one of the most elegant areas of London. I was so struck by the tradition carried on, finding fresh flowers on every table, like thirty years ago. I hope to return as soon as possible. Among other things, the pizza was excellent and I say this as a Neapolitan. I recommend it to Italians who want to eat Italian.

One of the corners of Italianity (increasingly numerous and appreciated) where you can savor the goodness of the beautiful country. Which is also no bad thing for an Italian tourist who wants to take a break between a meat pie, a fish & chips and a hamburger 😃

Our family had pizza, lasagna, octopus risotto and gnochi. Everything was delicious! Tiramissu was also amazing. Highly reccomend!

Yesterday I had dinner with my family at Pierino, and we had a wonderful meal. We had pizza and eggplant parmigiana, which were very tasty. I suggest those of you who like pizza to try the Bianca pizza, which comes with prosciutto and burrata; a perfect combination. The staff goes out of its way to make you at home, and gives great suggestions. Look forward coming back to Pierino!

After being shown to our table, we was advised that we must be paid by 5 o’clock because there’s another booking. Than we ordered our food with Mediocre service. Ordered the gnocchi got no Parmesan cheese off it only to find out after we finished same waiter graded it over another tables plate then was very rude to one of the table members snatching out the bill out of her hand all in all the experience was not nice, but I took a picture of our plate. Just approved that we were there and it’s not a fake review.

I had Napolitana pizza and Carbonara. I had high expectations after hearing that it was a popular restaurant with reasonable prices, but it was a little too salty for Japanese people. The clerk was kind.

Pierino offers a pleasant atmosphere with nice music, but the experience was far from enjoyable. As soon as we arrived, we were told we had to leave in an hour due to a reservation, even though the restaurant was half empty. This felt unwelcoming and rushed. The male staff were friendly, but one female staff member was rude and dismissive, which really affected the experience. The pizza was good, but unfortunately, the service and overall vibe didn’t match the quality of the food. Not likely to return.

We chose to eat here for a school friends' reunion as it was near the V&A museum. Although it was not on the menu, they made saltimbocca alla romana especially for me. It came with saute potatoes and side dish of asparagus and salad. It was delicious. I also had non alcoholic beer and an espresso. Two of my friends chose taglioni with large prawns which looked delicious and they enjoyed. My other friend enjoyed pollo alla funghi with mashed potatoes. Although my meal came to approximately £52, it was worth it and left me with very happy memories. The staff were helpful and the owner/manager from Puglia was very friendly and accommodating in giving me a dish not on the menu. I hope to return for another delicious meal. Gracie mille.

Cena para las 3 el 24 de marzo, que fue el 83 cumpleaños de mi padre. (Viajó desde la costa oeste de los EE.UU.) hizo una reserva con semanas de antelación. Sentado por una joven rubia amigable y luego casi inmediatamente nuestro camarero vino a tomar nuestro pedido. Un caballero - tal vez 40 ish con una constitución ligera y cabello oscuro. No tenía personalidad y parecía molesto y apurado por tomar nuestra orden. No ofreció ninguna ayuda ni conversación ni ninguna pequeña charla. Todo el personal estaba hablando italiano - las dos mesas a cada lado de nosotros también eran de habla italiana, así que asumimos que este lugar era el verdadero negocio! A mitad de nuestra comida - nuestro camarero cambió a un joven agradable de tal vez 20 años - nunca volvimos a ver al viejo gruñón. ¿Tal vez terminó con su turno? En general - la comida era excelente y limpiamos nuestros platos. El servicio inicial sin embargo - fue decepcionante y un apagado.

Somos 5 de familia, mi marido y mis 3 hijos , una de 13 y mellizos de 11 años. Paseábamos x la zona y Vimos que Pierino tenía buena calificación así que probamos. Nada más entrar vimos que el sitio era justo de espacio, tanto que cuando nos trajeron los platos con las pizzas salía casi medio plato fuera de la mesa porque no cabían, pedí agua grande y me trajeron una pequeña diciendo que no había más opción, luego vimos que como en el resto de sitios sí tenían la jarra que es gratuita, se lo comenté entonces la trajeron, pero ya cobraron la otra.Pedí una pizza y me trajeron esa pero le faltaban ingredientes, se la tuvieron que volver a llevar y añadirlos, y para pagar, casi nunca reviso pero la verdad con todo lo que estaba pasando la revisé, y efectivamente nos cobraban un plato de más y bebidas que no habíamos pedido. La factura a mano que casi no se entendía, juntaban el total de bebidas y cuando le pregunté qué costaba cada una me dijo que lo mirara en la carta que no sabía……Increíble, quizás están acostumbrados a tomar el pelo a los extranjeros……NUNCA MÁS.

I'm a little bad at English, so I use Papago to travel. It's the same in all places, but it's especially friendly, delicious, and good service. I recommend this place if you're nearby.

Pasta served by warm fellas who will make you happy

Went there after visiting Victoria Albert Museum and I was thoroughly happy with food and service. We had 2 babies on strollers and they accommodated us just fine. I had the best sea-food linguine in London. Their pizza was great too. Would definitely go again for sea-food linguine.

I had the prosciutto & funghi pizza, mamma mia, delisiosa. The second best pizza ive had in my life( number 1 is in Napoli). Staff was super friendly and welcoming, my friends had the lasagna. They also have chilly oil which i recommend highly if you are getting pizza.

Lovely Italian, amazing food and great environment

We met up with a long time friend today and had the most wonderful time at Pierino. We we're quickly seated and waited on. Everything we ordered was delicious! My son ordered the spinach soup as an appetizer. It was so good, he ordered a second bowl! Everything came out hot and fresh. This is a gem tucked away on a side street.

Incredible service, really friendly, funny and helpful waiters who made our evening really enjoyable. The food was gorgeous, sooo tasty and so filling wow. They also took my allergies very seriously which means so much as some restaurants can be quite blasé. Save room for dessert, they have the most insane cakes. Overall a really lovely evening. We sat outside and really enjoyed the food—it was delicious. But what made the experience even better was our waitress, Hasmig. She was professional, attentive, and just genuinely kind. Her great service and warm personality stood out, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best service experiences we’ve had!

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, the food was delicious, the best pasta I have ever eaten, we will return when we return to London.

We booked a table for 3 in advance, there was still a bit of a wait as it was so busy. Well worth the extra 15min wait! Great food, good enough portion sizes and great customer care. A little cramped but well worth the experience!

Came here for pre-theatre supper and was 100% delighted with everything. Pizzas were perfect- thin crispy base, fresh ingredients with correct amount of toppings. Crispy green salad. Risotto also delicious. Creamy ice-cream. Friendly staff. We would love to go back.

Ahh, I discovered this little gem on Google while looking for a place to eat after a show at the Royal Albert Hall. We booked but arrived an hour early—no problem at all! The food was superb—starter, main, dessert, coffee, pasta, pizza—we indulged in it all. The front-of-house staff were lively, engaging, and full of good humour, with the chefs occasionally making an appearance. A buzzing, vibrant little spot. Would I go back? Damn right, I would. Grazie!

I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a warm little restaurant. The lasagna here is amazing! The waiter we had was super friendly and welcoming (not something you usually see in London). The garlic bread starter was interesting (just bread, garlic butter and tomato sauce), but it was super tasty!

Italian restaurant that tastes like Italian. All very good from pizza to pasta. Even the coffee reminds you of home. Great William who welcomed us, helped us find accommodation despite the chaos of people. Super recommended place, very close to central London. 4 star environment only because the tables were really too close together and you couldn't move.

During my little getaway to London, I had the pleasure of enjoying an authentic Italian culinary experience that will undoubtedly be unforgettable. Located near the Science Museum, Pierino Restaurant not only offered delicious food, but also a cozy and charming atmosphere.

This is a fantastic little Itailan restaurant! The wait staff were amazing and the food was incredible. I went with my in laws for a birthday meal and had the Calamri and king prawn starter and the Italian salami pizza. The food came out hot and delicious! The atmosphere was lovely, a cosy restaurant that felt intimate and friendly. Over all a lovely meal for a good price.

La comida era absolutamente deliciosa. Disfrutamos de toda la comida que tuvimos y el limoncello al final fue un bonito cumplido. Sin embargo, el servicio dejó mucho que desear. Nos sentamos con unas cuantas mesas a nuestro alrededor y recogimos algunos comentarios raros que el camarero hizo sobre la pronunciación de una mesa además de nosotros. Cuando se trataba de pedir nuestro camarero parecía como si no quisiera nada más que estar en otro lugar. Pedimos que los calamares se compartieran, los ñoquis leganeses y el solomillo. Cuando salió la comida comimos los calamares luego salió un plato de ñoquis fritos. Cuando se lo planteamos al camarero, él nos patrocinó y nos dijo "así es como lo hacemos en Italia, usted ordenó esto". Lo logramos y nos lo comimos. Cuando sacó nuestra red después fue bastante grosero meneándome el dedo por tener mi teléfono colocado en el borde de la mesa (era una mesa de 4 y éramos 2 así que tenía espacio más que suficiente para colocar las cosas). Luego se sentó a comer comida del personal detrás de nosotros y miró fijamente a mi novia durante toda nuestra cena, lo que nos incomodó a los dos. En general una buena comida arruinada por nuestro camarero.

I came in using a first table 50% discount. The host/waiter showed me the bill with the discount applied but then put the full price into to the card reader and tilted it away from me so I couldn't see. Appalling service. Effectively paid more than normal price due to the booking fee. Food was OK but a bit expensive.

We found this pizzeria restaurant by chance and I must say that it was a beautiful and good discovery. The delicious pizza Top, fresh and genuine food. We had 4 first courses and I must say that everything was delicious. The staff is courteous and very kind but William's friendliness wins over everything.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a bowl of beef ragu pasta to share between 2 and the portion was just right! Lovely and delicious meals, and staff service was great too.

My second visit to this great little restaurant, very well placed when visiting the South Kensington museums. Wonderful delicious, authentic pasta and pizza and pleasant service. We shared a pizza which had a perfect crispy base and lasagna. Also shared a rocket and Parmesan salad which was plenty for two. My husband had an affogato afterwards which he really enjoyed and I had mango sorbet.

We discovered this restaurant by chance while leaving the Natural History Museum. We ordered four starters and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Honest price and very welcoming staff, especially the very nice William. If we ever return to London we will remember it.

At Pierino's everything is perfect: the food is authentic and delicious, but above all the staff is so kind and welcoming that you feel like you're staying with family. It has become my favorite place in London.

Had a stunning experience today! The food was super delicious, especially the desserts 😍 The waiters were also super attentive and friendly. It did feel a bit cramped, though, but the food was worth it. Overall, we had an amazing dining experience after visiting the museum with the little one.
